We're very happy with the facility. The rooms were great.

The walls may have been a bit thin because we did hear some coughing from a neighboring room

Perfect place to rest for the night on our way home. Mr. Patel was very helpful and courteous.

Wished the parking lot was paved and the Gate doors could close and lock properly.

The checkin agent / person was very personable, helpful in answering my questions and familiar with eateries available in the area. The facility was clean and comfortable bed - the two key things I am looking for .... and affordable for simple one night stay.

Small and very friendly

We stay here every time we travel through Sault Ste Marie. The location is excellent for our needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The manager is friendly and welcoming. The value is excellent.

The property was well kept! The bed was super comfortable! I love the fact that it had restaurants and coffee just around the corner! I would definitely stay here again!

Very very very clean. Decor is a bit dated, but mattresses were new, pillows and bedding were great and towels soft. The rooms are large and comfortable.

The room was clean and well-facilitated. The washroom was very clean, and the receptionist was very kind and responsive!

The AC wasn't working properly, and I had to wake up several times to reset it and turn it on. Also, the location wasn't ideal. Also, the next-door neighbours did not seem to be guests but rather permanent residents, and they were smoking and drinking outside, giving the feeling that it was not a family-friendly place. Also, the price was too high for the property!

You tell me not breakfast , no coffee ! I was in McDonald, this was first time in my whole travel experience in Canada! Very bad

Friendly reception. Made to feel welcome and invited to ask for assistance as needed. Ease of check in. Great location to come and go across the border. I plan to stay at this motel any time I go visit my brother in Minnesota.

The swings in temp.. the sir conditioner was powerful but the hot air would heat the room quickly in between time the air conditioner was blowing

it was a motel, no breakfast. But it was nicely updated and had a microwave, coffee maker, fridge, good hot water; basically excellent value for money.

Location -- not a lot around. There was a Starbucks in walking distance and a McDonalds about 5 minute drive.

It was a quick one night stay. It was comfortable and in a good area around plenty of shopping. The room was good. The gentleman who did my check in was very nice. I would stay again if I'm in the area.

Management are so friendly and would talk to you like you know them for a long time. Is very nice yo see a smile face in the morning and they are one of them. Thank you for your great service an accommodation.

My arrival was very late at night. The owner waited to check me in. The staff had gone into my assigned room, turned on the AC and left a light on for me.

I was unable to park in front of my room. I had to park off the end of the building and carry my luggage to my unit

Clean, well-maintained, extremely friendly staff; the exterior of the property had the added personal touch of being painted in bold colors, adorned with potted flowers, and having picnic tables, with umbrellas, on site. We also loved that the bath towels were brown, rather than white.

We can’t think of a single thing we didn’t like.

We arrived late at around 2am and the front desk stayed up to accommodate this even though the normal close time is 10pm.

The owners are so lovely and accommodating. They really care about your comfort.

While the room was small, the layout was excellent so had everything we needed. It passed my 4Ks test: clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient. At the price point (budget accomodation) it was worth the stay.

Older motel with renovated rooms. Owner gave me an upgrade to a family room which was very spacious. Location was close to groceries and restaurants. They even had an ice machine.

The owner and staff are good people, very friendly and accommodating. The highway got closed between Wawa and Sault St. Marie, we were forced to come in really late after 3am and the owner got up when we finally arrived and gave us keys and a extended stay. They are the best.

The accommodations are a bit dated. The beds are comfortable but older.

Look we knew it was a motel. So it was very good for an older motel

I can’t say enough great things about this motel! It’s secure, quiet, spotless, and conveniently located. The bed was super comfortable. The owner is very friendly and remembers who I am, which makes the stay feel very welcoming each and every time. Motels are great to stay in… just pull up to your room and quickly put your bags inside. Departures are quick and easy, too.

There was no breakfast offered and it was not expected. Room was OK nothing special. Modestly and cheaply modernized.

Place is old but very well maintained and very clean. The bed was amazing and we both slept like babies. It’s very quiet and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. When we were leaving, the staff had all the doors propped open when they were cleaning to have fresh air.
