The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a good location.

The rooms are very small, and the AC was not working on the first night. There were also many basic amenities missing, including a toothbrush, body lotion, shower gel, and even a tissue box. The towels did not seem clean. Although the staff were friendly, I believe they need more training in hospitality and attention to guest needs.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The AC wasn’t working, August 13, 2026, we went for sleep in a long stop over in an airplane, we couldn’t almost sleep. For breakfast, they wanted us to have it through room service, but I told them I didn’t want to eat in the room because there was no AC. They insisted, and so did I, so we finally had breakfast in the dining room. It wasn’t very good: one egg, bread, some cheese, and only tea.

It’s my third time in 2 years and still loving it every time I get there.

The hotel was excellent—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were absolutely perfect: friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. I have stayed at many hotels in Istanbul, especially in Nişantaşı, but this hotel offered the best hospitality I have experienced so far. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I will definitely stay here again!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was traditional Turkish but perfectly adequate (bread / olives / cheese / egg )

There was quite a lot of noise from both the street and the other guests. And while one should expect the calls to prayer in Istanbul- this hotel is very close to the local mosque so that impacted also. Overall my stay was nice but the noisy nights were a bit of a struggle. If you really need your sleep - maybe find something a bit quieter.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff was really helpful.

لم يعجبني شيء سوى الموظف في الاستقبال واسمه عبد الرحمن وموظف آخر يلبس بدلة لم أعرف اسمه.

"للأسف، تجربتي في هذا الفندق لم تكن جيدة. والموقع ليس بجيد، ومستوى الخدمة كان دون المتوقع. لم أكن راضياً عن دخول الموظفين للغرفة رغم تنبيهي بعدم الدخول، بالإضافة إلى ذلك وجبة الإفطار ترسل لك في الغرفة ليي من باب توفير الراحة إنما من باب التقليل من الوجبة فلا ترتقي لكونها وجبة إفطار ومع ذلك خرجت ولم آخذ منها شيئا ثم رجعت للفندق فوجدتهم قد أخذوها دون إذني لهم بالدخول للغرفة وهذا ما لم أشاهد في الفنادق الأخرى وقد اعتذر لي الموظف عن هذا التصرف ولكن ترك انطباعا سيئا في نفسي فالشعر بالأمان أمر أساسي. وكذلك خدمات الغرفة لم ترتقِ لمستوى خدمات فندق، مثل عدم وجود أنواع مختلفة من الشامبو، وعدم توفير ماء الشرب في اليوم الثاني، وعدم تغيير بعض الفوط، وغيرها. لهذا السبب، لا أنصح الآخرين بتجربة هذا الفندق.

I arrived at 8 AM and was expecting that I'd just drop my luggage off and go have breakfast or so till 2 PM when it was the check in time but they told me the room was ready and checked me in once I arrived and this was really unexpected, it gave me the time to get some sleep to start my trip with energy. Overall, they were very helpful and very accommodating. Also the location is really a plus.

Sometimes, you could hear the people in the corridor talking. And during the afternoon, the street gets very busy but that wasn’t a problem because that was when we were out enjoying the city.

Location close to my business location

Not too sure about the sound proof quality between the rooms. I was repeatedly approached by the receptionist to lower my voice when l was talking with someone on phone. Alleged that another customer on the 1st floor(I was on the 2nd) was complaining about noise from my room. The question is, how did they know it’s from my room. I find it ridiculous

We came and ask for a cancellation after we found out that it’s not what we were looking for in terms of quality. We were agree to charge for one night out of four (we didn’t stay for more than 10 minutes) and left. Nobody answered, nobody cared, charged 100%. May be they are right and we did wrong, but still we did pay for nothing and they could contact and discuss that, I was ready to pay even half of the “stay” without staying.

Die Ausstattung ist etwas alt aber für den Preis gerechtfertigt. Es war nämlich alles sauber.

There was no Internet in the hotel, towels were smelly and the walk to & from the hotel was hard as the pavement is very narrow and bumpy.

Es wurde nicht das gebuchte Zimmer zugeteilt. Es gibt keinen Frühstück-Raum.Auf die Frage wo können wir frühstücken, kam die Antwort, “wir bringen Ihnen ins Zimmer “. Morgens kam erst nach dem 2. verlangen (nach 20+12 Minuten) Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption mit einem Serviertablett mit der Inhalt: Klein Stück Käse, zwei Scheiben Wurst, ein gekochtes Ei, 20g-Packung Nutella, Gem, Margarine und einer Tasse Tee, der bereits lauwarm war. Den Besteck und Brot müssten wir nochmal zusätzlich verlangen. Als ich dann bezüglich des Zimmer und Frühstück ansprach, plötzlich gab es keinen Imternetzugang mehr. So haben wir noch eine Ubernachtung geblieben und am 24.02.2026 morgens um 10:00 Uhr das Hotel verlassen. Unsere Buchung war vom 22.02. bis zum 01.03.2026. Wir erwarten zumindest eine Teilrückerstattung vom Hotel.

Die Betten und das Bad waren gut! Das Frühstück war eher mäßig, vor allem weil es kein Frühstücksraum für alle gibt. In einer Plastikbox werden einem 2 Tomaten, 3 Gurkenscheiben, 2 Stück Käse, 2 eklige Wurstscheiben, Ei, Marmelade, Butter und drei Scheiben Weißbrot gebracht, die man ohne Teller+Messer aus der Plastikbox auf dem Zimmer essen muss.

Nach 3 Tagen kann man das Frühstück nicht mehr sehen. Kein Obst, kein Saft, kein Müsli, kein Joghurt, kein Croissant, kein anderes Brot, keine Auswahl, keine Abwechslung, keine Gesellschaft, weil man im Zimmer frühstücken MUSS. Noch schlimmer: KEIN WLAN im Hotel!!! Die Heizung macht nicht warm. (Wir hatten 4 Grad draußen). Fenster sind undicht. Baulärm und Muezzin um 6 Uhr! Keine Dachterrasse (wie auf den Bildern suggeriert), Schreibtisch ohne Stuhl, Service spricht Englisch nur mit Handyübersetzung, kein Flughafen-Shuttle wie angekündigt.

Great location, great room size, comfortable bed and very kind staff.

Breakfast was the only low point since one usually expects quite the variety when visiting Turkey. Maybe that has more to do with managing our expectstions next time :)

The location is great, if you like Nisantasi. It’s near all necessary spots for living. Plus the atmosphere in the district is so chic. People are well-dressed, chill living their best life. Plus it’s a super safe area

Включить кондиционер в этом отеле- это опасно для здоровья, его не чистили с момента постройки, оттуда идет пыль. Спать с открытым окном невозможно- орут чайки. Сам номер чистый, но сильно потрепанный. Для меня завтрак был абсолютно неподходящим, пришлось давится хлеб, чтоб остаться сытой. На второй день даже яйцо и вкусную булку не принесли-очень скудно, ушла искать где поесть

Das Personal war sehr lieb und hilfsbereit und bei Fragen sofort einsatzbereit. Die Lage war perfekt und total angenehm, von der Lautstärke hat man kaum etwas mitbekommen.

The staff are so friendly and they made us to feel at home. The location was excellent.
