U need to pay everytime u order , room charges to be paid in advance, u order snacks , u have to pay instantly, u ordered dinner at 11 , u have to pay instantly. Facilities all are paid ,except pool and small badminton and ping pong, they charge for bicycle, kids games, etc all the activities, rooms don't have any proper locks inside if you are taking family rooms , washroom don't have locks

Hospitality is very good, food was excellent, special mention to the chef.

The route to resort is not good, please make it better and with better drainage also.

Infrastructure wise property is good, located in Aravali hills far from city chaos but hospitality is not even of ONE STAR forget about a 5 start Marriott

1. Check-in delayed they gave check after 50 mins from checking time of 3pm that too after having argument with FO team. We reached at 2:15 formalities done immediately even hold 20000 from credit card and asked us to wait till 3pm for allowing checking but very lethargic attitude by hotel team they again asked wait for 30 mins then again 15 mins and finally we got room at 3:50pm 2. Cleanliness was sub standard even after checking delayed by 50 mins room was not properly cleaned it has loose hairs on floor which was again reported to housekeeping they cleaned and took again 30 mins 3. Very slow services/response on call : even a water bottles served with minimum after half n hour in room 3. High tea : Very limited option not as per 5 star standard only 4. Room was not having any arrangements for mosquitoes even. Body wash bottle in bathroom was empty 5. No pacification by hotel staff for their pathetic services

Very less outdoor activities for the kids. No economical prepaid packages for the Club House activities. Water spills out of the Shower Cabin and wets the entire floor near the wash basin area.

The food arrived 50 minutes late! They forgot to punch in our order and we were kids and elderly travelling in a big group! The pool staff couldn’t bother to get orders for 49 minutes, chatting, totally ignoring all customers around them! The rooms had faulty ac, no supply of cold water and zero action or accountability! Just fake apologies

Paid extra for mountain view room. Staff lied thrice and ground floor room was given. Breakfast was vast but taste not great.

The swimming pool and the room was the highlight.

I paid for two meals as buffet but I was not offered dinner as a buffet as there was low occupancy and they also had a clubhouse in which the games were chargeable which I feel should be included. The high tea was also not up to the mark.

It was quite average just proximity from Gurgaon works, kids club was good.

The service is very process oriented and though at the property they were trying to be proactive and forthcoming but besides the restaurant staff which were good everything else was average at best. The rooms, the housekeeping was almost below average, the front desk was just okay. They knew it was a birthday trip but a cake on demand T the restaurant was best they did or anything different.

There was some issue with room number allocation due to which we faced issues both at the spa and the restaurant.

I had booked Courtyard by Marriott Aravali Resort hoping for a peaceful and relaxing getaway with my family. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The property felt less like a resort and more like a chaotic wedding banquet hall. Multiple marriage events were happening at the same time, creating constant noise and crowding. Because of this, the service suffered badly — the food quality was poor, and even basic hospitality was missing. Check-in at the front desk was painfully slow, and staff seemed completely overwhelmed. Every time we asked someone for help, they would disappear or not return at all. It felt like no one was in control. The General Manager appeared occupied with wedding guests, while the rest of us were left neglected. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort or peace — the environment was more like a noisy public fair than a premium resort.

The resort's ambience is simply breathtaking. I especially loved the view from my room, overlooking the poolside. My Teenagers enjoyed the fun activities like go-kart racing and biking around the premises, but most especially swimming. The meals were delicious and my children enjoyed the array of food on display. The resort's staff was very professional.

Das Resort liegt im Grünen, in der Nähe ein sehenswerter Tempel; es gibt die Möglichkeit von geführten Wanderungen; die Anlage ist grundsätzlich schön; Spa war sehr OK, professioneller Service und entspannende Behandlung; Zimmerservice hat funktioniert; Zimmer war mit Blick ins Grüne und schöner großer Balkon -

Zufahrtsstraße eine Katasrophe; erst Zimmer in niedrigerer Kategorie erhalten; gebuchtes Zimmer nicht ordentlich gereinigt; Balkonmöbel schmutzig; Pool nicht sauber und kein Service am Pool; zu wenig Schatten am Pool (fehlten Sonnenschirme!); Personal zwar freundlich aber extrem schlecht geschult; Baustelle am Pool auch am WE und bis abends im Betrieb - keine (!) ruhigen Rückzugsorte (außer eigenes Zimmer) auf dem Gelände; alles ist laut und eng - bei Vollbelegung zu wenig Platz in Restaurant (Gefühl: Mischung aus Jugendherberge und 10 Familienfeiern zur gleichen Zeit); ständig läuft irgendwo Musik, meist viel zu laut; Interessen internationaler Gäste werden nicht geachtet (Aussage: wir orientieren uns am Geschmack der Mehrheit! - Was nicht angemessen ist für 5- Sterne Hotel)

Our luggage came to our rooms after 3 hours of check-in. The pool wasn’t functional on both 15 & 16 August. The buffet food was average.

Special thanks to Nitesh (operations head) amd Raghav (front desk) to make the stay comfortable. Appreciate their passion about the hospitality of the hotel.

The staff the service is so bad i had the worst experience with my family we specially went for my mother’s bday but they ruined it Such a bad experience no staff was coming to get the luggage or the extra bed even it wasn’t mentioned that we need to pay extra for the 3 rd person when we reached they asked for extra amount for him wasn’t mentioned before

The best part was the prompt service at the restaurant and room service.. Do not miss the Spa...ask for Alisa and Zumi From the coffee shop ask Nitish...he is great when it comes to hospitality... Over all a great experience, for kids they hc outdoor sports and a playzone area...

From their side they want to delay the check in, and want you to check out before time...

Obviously the property is beautiful, location is amazing and swimming pool is huge but the highlight is the staff and their politeness and ready to help attitude. Special Thanks to Mohit (F&B), Alishan (Restaurant) and Nilaya Spa

It was a very poor experience from the start. 1. No one was there to help with the bags 2. Despite check in time being 3 pm which is late we were made to wait for 2 hours to get the room. 3. When we got the room no amenities including water was present in the room so multiple calls had to be made. 4. Food quality very average and not worth the spend. 5. My sunglasses got lost/ were picked up by someone and no one despite complaints bothered to help me in getting them back. 6. The extra bed was put after many follow ups at 11;30 pm.

I am a member of Marriott Bonvoy club. They should have added the membership no in the room bills. On asking them to do so , they said booking done through B.com are not eligible for getting points. This was indeed surprising. Kindly have this issue sorted out for this case as well as for future, for we won't be able to book thru booking.com in quite a few cases.

Very well maintained with very warm & efficient staff always ready to serve you with a smile! Ms Shruti was exceptional taking all preemptive steps to make our stay most enjoyable & comfortable! One of our friends had his MA and she upgraded him to a junior suite! Nitesh in F&B was always there to look after us!
