Very friendly and welcoming staff, very tasty and filling breakfast; very clean, quiet and comfortable room.

Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. From airport pickup, to luggage storage, they went above and beyond our entire stay. The breakfast was lovely, and the space had a nice boutique feel. The Riad has AC, which is critical in the desert heat.

El Riad es precioso, nadie diría que en las calles tan destartaladas, sucias y oscuras, se encuentra este precioso hotel. Nos encantó 😻

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to walk us to our shuttle and prepare a “to go” breakfast for us as we had to leave quite early. Thank you!

Riad davvero molto bello, ben curato e pulito. In ottima posizione appena dentro la Medina ma fuori dal caos. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione! Camera accogliente con aria condizionata nuova. Consigliatissimo.

The most beautiful Riad, so clean, perfect distance from the Souk markets and easily accessible. The staff were so lovely and funny, we had a Sahara desert trip early in the morning and they went out of there way to make breakfast early for us

El chico de la recepción estuvo atento en todo momento, fue muy amable y agradable. Necesitábamos un taxi y nos lo reservó y nos acompañó hasta el. La estancia ha sido muy agradable gracias a él, siempre con una sonrisa dispuesto a ayudarnos siempre. Además el desayuno está muy bueno, lo prepara y lo sirve el mismo y de verdad que no hemos podido estar más contentos.

While the atmosphere and aesthetic of the Riad was amazing, the staff is really what made the stay memorable. The night receptionist, Majid, went out his way making sure my friend and I received all amenities despite us checking out early in the morning. Will definitely be staying here again when I return to Marrakech!

The riad was clean and beautiful. Our room was big and well kept. The staff was nice and helpful.

Riad davvero molto carino, in una posizione comodissima, vicino a un punto di incontro per taxi e bus diretti alle escursioni. La struttura è dotata di tantissimi comfort e servizi, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Lo staff è stato sempre cordiale, disponibile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza, venendo incontro anche a richieste particolari come la possibilità di fare colazione in anticipo quando necessario. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene! Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la presenza costante di qualcuno alla reception, che garantisce un’ottima sensazione di sicurezza e assistenza 24 ore su 24. La camera era inoltre dotata di aria condizionata, molto utile per rendere il soggiorno confortevole. Un’esperienza davvero positiva, che consigliamo senza esitazioni!

La struttura è molto gradevole. Le camere sono spaziose e curate. Arredamento raffinato. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Consigliato

La pulizia ha in generale standard più bassi in Marocco, quindi non mi sento di penalizzare il Riad per questo, mentre devo dire che se cercate privacy qui potreste averne poca, perché dal centro dell'atrio interno (molto bello) si sente quasi tutto quello che si dice già con un tono di voce normale...

La beauté et l’authenticité du Riad, que cela soit dans la chambre (qui était vraiment splendide et propre) et des parties communes qui nous ont plongés dans l’ambiance de Marrakech. Shout out au personnel à l’accueil qui était adorable, et flexible notamment pour le Check-in tardif. De plus, rapport qualité / prix vraiment imbattable !

The riad is beautiful and the rooms are even better. The staff are so kind and helpful. They arranged all out transfers from the airport and on to further accomodation. The breakfast was delicious and generous. Ismaël couldn’t have done more to make us feel comfortable. Would recommend to everyone.

Gentilissimi, accoglienti e disponibili nel dare indicazioni. La struttura è un gioiello nel cuore di Marrakech, in ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi la piazza principale e le altre attrazioni. Consigliato l’hammam offerto da loro: puro relax dopo una giornata di cammino e viaggio. Bella la terrazza dove si fa colazione.

Pulizia del bagno da rivedere, ma forse nella fretta di darci la stanza il prima possibile hanno trascurato un po’ questo aspetto.

Calm and quiet environment, central location to all the landmarks; breakfast on the terrace was exactly what I needed (beautifully serene). The staff/manager was very helpful- I would visit again!

What a room! More like a studio :-) Our son loved having the whole mezzanine to himself. Beautiful, photogenic place, excellent location and a lovely terrace with lots of seats to chill. My special thanks goes out to the very attentive night receptionist/manager: he is proactive and super kind, making our stay even more pleasant. We also appreciated the early bird breakfast and coffee before our departure. Chukran!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, il riad è meraviglioso e i ragazzi che ci lavorano sono gentilissimi e disponibili. La colazione sul terrazzo squisita e ci hanno anche preparato del pane senza glutine per il mio ragazzo, cosa che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato. Posizione centrale, unica nota a cui magari stare attenti è che la sera tornare a casa può risultare labirintico, almeno per la nostra esperienza abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a ritrovare la via.

The room was beautiful, spacious and perfect for our family of four. The Riad was gorgeous and a peaceful escape from busyness of the streets. The A/C saved us from the hot, hot weather. The staff was super accommodating and polite. And breakfast was a delicious experience on the rooftop!

Very beautiful property with the most helpful and attentive staff who really care about your every need. The property itself is beautiful with comfortable rooms and beds. A staff member was kind enough to walk us out to our transfer to the airport at 4am to ensure we got there safely.

L’hôte est très gentil, souriant et serviable ! Il savait nous indiquer les routes, prendre le temps pour répondre à nos questions et était très réactif par message ou appel lors des retours à l’hôtel (car la porte principale doit être ouverte de l’intérieur par l’hôtel).

Kényelmes volt az ágy. A reggeli nagyon finom volt és rendkívül hangulatos. De az egész szállásra elmondható hogy nagyon hangulatos és visszaadja az igazi marokkói élményt. Az egészben viszont a legpozitívabb élmény az a személyzetnek köszönhető ugyanis nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak.

A tusolóban kicsit nehezen állítható a hőfok, de ezen kívül semmi probléma nem volt.

Entrare nel Riad dopo una lunga passeggiata nell'affascinante caos della Medina è come tornare a casa: i sorrisi dello staff che ti danno il bentornato; la camera rinfrescata, sistemata e con acqua in bottiglia pronta per essere bevuta; il sole che si infrange fra i vetri del lucernario e illumina la corte interna arredata con piante e oggetti che ti fa tornare a quando eri bambino e rimanevi incantato ore a scrutare gli angoli di casa. Grazie a tutti e tutte, è stato magico.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are so accomodating, so helpful and just lovely. The rooms are spacious, well air conditioned and also absolutely gorgeous. We have absolutely loved our stay here and would stay here again, very easily. Breakfast was incredible, Achraf & Majid, they tell you everything you need to know ! The terrace is quiet & peaceful, and a lovely place to catch some sun and relax. I cannot recommend enough, nor fault this place, book this Riad, you will not regret it.

Nos atendieron Ashraf y Majid, dos chicos con una sonrisa de oreja a oreja, fueron súper educados y muy atentos en todo momento. Al llegar ya estaba todo listo y con el aire acondicionado encendido. También nos prepararon un té con bizcocho de bienvenida Teníamos que hacer el check out a las 11h y dejamos las cosas allí todo el día y a la hora de irnos nos regalaron agua para el viaje. Si volvemos no dudaremos en volver a este riad nos ha encantado y el trato ha sido increíble.

The Riad was beautiful, very clean and comfy. The roof terrace was cute. The breakfast amazing, very fresh and a great variety. The staff really made it. So so nice. The location is a 2 minute walk from the souk's and palace.
