El riad Magda ha sido un lugar increible, la piscina super acogedora, igual que el roof y las instalaciones en general que estaban muy limpias. Hablando del personal, la señora que recibe y prepara el desayuno nos hizo sentir como si estuviéramos en nuestra casa a pesar de tener problemas de comunicación, una señora super atenta y cariñosa. Lo mejor de la estancia fue el gran señor Abdoulahuad, era su primer dia trabajando en este riad y fue un tio de 10 con nosotros. Nos hicimos amigo suyo, nos servia aguas y té a cada hora, conversabamos con el todas las noches y incluso nos acompaño a cenar un dia. Un crack total. En general, por el precio que tiene el riad Magda, nos ha encantado el trato recibido

Det är en fin Riad och det är väldigt nära till souken. Fantastisk frukost och fint rum. Terrassen är dock mycket finare på bilderna än i verkligheten.

Personalen pratar ingen engelska, de är hjälpsamma och försöker, men som sagt ingen engelska alls.

Quizás por zona estaba algo alejado.

Esperienza deludente e sotto le aspettative. Avevamo richiesto con anticipo di spostare la prenotazione di una notte, ma la struttura ha rifiutato senza alcuna flessibilità né volontà di venirci incontro. Un approccio poco professionale per una struttura che dovrebbe puntare sull’ospitalità. L’accoglienza è stata fredda e distaccata: nessun calore, nessun sorriso, nessuna di quelle attenzioni che ci si aspetta da un riad. Il problema più grave, però, ha riguardato la sicurezza: persone esterne ci hanno seguito insistentemente chiedendo denaro per accompagnarci perché la via del Riad è molto stretta e difficile da trovare e Abbiamo chiesto aiuto al portiere di notte, che però non ha aperto subito e non ha fatto nulla per allontanarli, lasciandoci in una situazione spiacevole e per nulla sicura. La camera non era pulita e abbiamo trovato gli insetti Non torneremo e non consigliamo questa struttura.

Habitación grande, decoración tradicional y desayuno muy completo

Sofá-cama bastante incómodo, no había presión en la ducha y el agua no salía caliente, el último día fue literalmente una ducha fría.

Struttura molto carina e accogliente in perfetto stile Marrakech. Letto comodissimo, colazione superlativa. Personale disponibile e gentile, non invadente. Bella la terrazza sul tetto con lettini e angoli relax. Quando ci abbiamo soggiornato a inizio marzo la temperatura era godibile si stava bene sul terrazzo ma ancora non era pienamente operativo. La posizione ottima tra la Medina e il Souk. Consigliato.

Alfombras sucias, camas incómodas, en las habitaciónes triples las camas individuales son bancos, con un colchón súper duro, se siente como un banco con mantas encima. Almohadas muy duras, más firmeza imposible.

The staff were very friendly and arranged our transport to the airport. They were attentive and made sure everything was going well, but…

The carpets and the floor were not clean, the shower was clogged, the breakfast was basic, and the bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were poor quality.

Super manager Amine. Une cuisinière aux petits soins. Des très belles chambres. Un super petit déjeuner très copieux et variés et qui change tous les jours.

Riad molto curato posizionato leggermente fuori dalla Medina, silenzioso. Bellissima terrazza. Il ragazzo del Riad è stato molto gentile accompagnandoci la notte a prendere il transfer per l’aeroporto.

Lo staff non parlava né inglese né francese quindi non è stato semplice comunicare.

Die Lage und die Zimmer, sowie der Pool und die Dachterrasse sind sehr schön. Außerdem ist das Frühstück sehr lecker!

Die Organisation hat manchmal nicht ganz so gut geklappt. Bei Ausflügen sollte man sich eher auf GetYourGuide etc. verlassen. Auch beim Taxi am Abreisetag gab es wohl ein Missverständnis zwischen den Mitarbeitenden.

Franchement, je préfère être transparent avec viys suite au retour de mon client sur le riad quil est bien noté sur booking Son expérience était vraiment mauvaise : beaucoup d’humidité, un état général jugé catastrophique, et globalement une expérience à ne pas répéter. Il était aussi très déçu par la réservation via Booking.

L emplacement est très bien. Très tranquille

Attention aux détails de la propreté. Tuyaux douche cassé, il reste la vieille saleté aux toilettes. La terrasse n est pas soignée, les coussins du canapé orange sentent mauvais ét ont des grandes taches. Mieux s assoir avec un linge. Les toilettes sur la terrasse sont cassé et la douche extrêmement sales. C est dommage. Lors de ma réservation, j avais commandé un petit gâteau pour l anniversaire à mon mari, malheureusement rien eu pourtant c était marqué sur l information.

Com excelente localização! Não podia ser melhor, local muito seguro e fácil para chegar a todo o lado, a pé dentro da Medina, e acesso fácil a táxis chegar aos lugares fora da cidade antiga, como como a Majorelle. O Riad é pequeno mas muito bonito e tranquilo. Bom pequeno-almoço, quarto muito limpo e confortável, com ar condicionado. Poucos funcionários mas atenciosos. Marraquexe surpreendeu pela positiva. Queremos voltar.

Bel riad ben curato e pulito. Le camere grandi e la colazione abbondante e diversa ogni mattina. Vicino ai vari suk e alla Rue Dar el Bacha.

Sicuramente sarebbe meglio che il personale parlasse almeno l'inglese. Dal lavandino in bagno l'acqua non sgorgava bene e usciva odore di fogna.

Riad tipico marocchino. Pulizia eccellente. Posizione ottima per visitare la Medina e le attrazioni principali di Marrakech. Bagno fornito di prodotti e accappatoi. Colazione superlativa con prodotti freschi locali. Letto molto comodo

Purtroppo il personale parla solo marocchino è un po di francese. Sono comunque stati tutti super disponibili.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, camere pulite e super confortevoli. Posizione ottima non nel caos della Medina ma comunque molto vicina.

Situé au cœur de la Médina, l'établissement dispose de toutes les commodités souhaitables avec le charme des riads marocains. C'est très propre, parfaitement décoré, silencieux et à proximité des lieux culturels et touristiques. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et l'accueil fonctionne 24h/24h.

Tout est parfait. Juste peut-être huiler les fermetures de portes qui sont bruyantes. Un peu de W40 et ce sera parfait !!!

Lovely but quite small. Very clean and great location! Staff are excellent and made breakfast early for us and organised airport transfers.

La struttura è in centro alla Medina evsi può raggiungere tutto a piedi. Stanza grande e abbastanza comoda. Colazione abbondante e buona. Staff molto gentile

La stanza so può chiudere solo dall'esterno (essendo un riad tradizionale) e sarebbe meglio poter scegliere la colazione da un menu per evitare sprechi

Riad perfetto, molto pulito e curato. Posizione eccellente e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

La comunicazione online potrebbe essere migliorata, perché alcune richieste non hanno ricevuto risposta.

Beautiful Riad with with rooftop area to relax- large bedroom and bathroom , good breakfast and staff were brilliant !

Bathroom was not up to standard Take too long to get hot water, crack on the wall, toilet water keep on running, TV not working during the whole stay. Too much noise closer to the room (people chatting and eating late closer to the room) Bedroom is very dark there is not enough daylight

Servizio spa e massaggi pessimo: hanno organizzato il massaggio in una stanza gelata, abbiamo chiesto di sospendere il massaggio a metà perché si moriva di freddo. Avevamo prenotato il transfert dall’aeroporto al riad e non è venuto nessuno a prenderci in aeroporto. La televisione non funzionava e nonostante la segnalazione nessuno è intervenuto

L’accueil, souriant, très sympathique et très serviable, la beauté du lieu, les espaces du lieu, Un petit déjeuner vraiment excellent avec des produits locaux. La chambre elle-même vraiment spacieuse et bien agencée Le RIAD très très beau avec beaucoup d'espaces pour se relaxer ou jouer Enfin nous étions très proches de beaucoup de lieux à visiter comme les jardins secrets ou quelques palais, n'hésitez surtout pas à demander pour les activités

We enjoyed Marrakesh but not the Riad

It was cold and we were the only people there! The room was warm but the bathroom wasn't. The public areas were very cold. We took breakfast in an inside room with our coats on as the room remained unheated. The first night we had requested dinner but nothing materialised and there was no staff there to cook anything..The young man who staffed the building overnight was the only positive experience. He took us out to find a. Cafe! A rather unpleasant small Emirates from the bathroom si we were (after two nights) moved to another room. The initial breakfast was orange.,Coffee, bread and jam,and a small cake. No cook was available, the next day we got a small omelette as well. There seemed to be a shortage of toilet paper as well. I had to raid other toilets to ensure we were OK.. The riad was down a long, dark very narrow alley it's a hood job we were met from the taxi. It's not very successful when the single person on duty is out shopping when you return and you are not issued with a key, just a mobile number and have to wait in an alley! We appreciate that the riad is built around a covered but open courtyard but in the winter that's a clear no no.It was advertised as a Spa which is why my wife chose it. The spa rooms were freezing and there was no staff, so we had to book elsewhere. The website sells an experience that we didn't experience! A great golden wedding anniversary present! Marrakesh was great and we really enjoyed the experience except unfortunately the riad. I have booked with Booking.com on dozens of occasions and never had cause to complain. Value for money is important and this certainly wasn't.

The staff in the Riad were very friendly and helpful. The roof terrace was lovely. Breakfast was good and we had dinner there on our first night which was both delicious and convenient. The hammam and massage in the spa were very nice, definitely worth doing. The alley from the street to the Riad looks a bit dodgy at first but is very safe. It is well lit at night. I'd have no problem staying there again.

L’emplacement, le calme, et le ptit dej. Mention spécial à Mohsin qui a été aux petits soins, souriant et très gentil durant tout notre séjour, il a même proposé de nous faire le p’tit dej plus tôt de 30 min le matin pour qu’on puisse être à l’heure à notre activité.

Die Zimmer sind ziemlich ringhörig. Ansonsten war ich rundum zufrieden gewesen.

Il Riad si presenta super accurato, il cortile presenta una billissima piscina che si può utilizzare in qualsiasi momento. Presenta anche una zona massaggi e l'Hmmam. La colazione, ottima, è servita a bordo piscina con una attentissima cura. Abiamo anche cenato presso il riad è stata forse la migliore cena del mostro viaggio. Muassin, che ci ha accolto e coccolato per il nostro soggiorno, è stato SUPER! Noi abbiamo purtroppo dimenticato il cellulare in strutrtura e loro si sono fatti in quattrro per cercare di farcelo riavere. Un grande grazie anche per averci accolto così calorosamente.

Das Riad ist wunderschön, die Zimmer sind mit sehr schönen Detail ausgestattet und entsprechen den Bildern. Außerdem gibt es eine riesige Dachterrasse auf welcher man super entspannen kann. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat sich Mohsin um alles gekümmert. Er war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, definitiv die gute Seele des Riads. Wir sind am Abreisetag vor dem eigentliche Frühstück abgereist und er war so freundlich und hat uns dennoch zu früher Stunde ein kleines Frühstück vorbereitet. Danke Mohsin für die gute Zeit im Riad Magda!

Il riad è meraviglioso, ci è stata assegnata una camera (sono tutte al primo piano) spaziosa con letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. eravamo in 3 adulti. Il bagno era immenso e spettacolare, doccia enorme acqua calda. C'è tutto l'occorrente dai prodotti per lavarsi al phoon a mille asciugamani. Arredato in mado sublime, tutto pulito, bottiglia d'acqua fresca in camera. Condizionatore silenzioso e funzionante. All'arrivo ci è stato offerto il tè tradizionale alla menta.Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff, tra cui Mohsin, veramente gentili e ospitali. Un apprezzamento particolare a Hamza, un ragazzo gentilissimo che ci ha "coccolate" con un' ottima colazione il giorno dell'escursione ad Essaouira, gentilissimo ha chiacchierato con noi, e dato tante info utili. Grazie di cuore.

Diciamo che mi è piaciuto tutto, certo il riad essendo nella Medina per raggiungerlo bisognava percorrere una stradina molto isolata e rientrare di notte tre donne, che eravamo noi, era un po inquietante. Ma il bello dei riad è che sono nella Medina. Basta non tornare tardi o avere degli uomini insieme. Ultima e sola osservazione manca nel bagno la scritta sui flaconi se il un prodotto è per i capelli, o per il corpo.

Staff were helpful and friendly, spoke several languages. Breakfast was very good with juice, coffee/tea, several types of bread, eggs made to order, cheese, jams & honey. Room was comfortable and airconditioned. Several social areas available of use - roof terrace, pool, indoor areas with books and games. Within 15 minute walk from central square through souk areas. Shops and restaurants nearby.

TV not working during visit.

Le riad est vraiment magnifique ! Un havre de paix au milieu du tumulte de Marrakech. Idéalement situé près des souks, nous avons pu visiter tout Marrakech à pied depuis le riad. Les personnes présentes sont vraiment adorables, sympathiques et de très bons conseils.

Très beau riad, bien entretenu et décoré. Le petit déjeuner est bon, merci Mohsin pour l'accueil chaleureux.

On entend trop le bruit de la rue même si elle n'est pas très passante.

Muy buen hotel, en todos los sentidos, ubicación, comida, diseño, habitación,…sin ninguna duda repetiríamos. El chico de recepción Mohsin muy amable y atento a todo.

Riad qui va vers le bas. Peu d investissement pour le maintenir en état. Prises non fonctionnelles, trous ds les matelas à l étage, sur la terrasse, poussière sur decos, Réservation pour 6 sur booking, et deux chambres proposées de 3 et 2 places, malgré mes demandes. Sur place la seule propositions, un lit en plus pour 70e la nuit. Indécent. Nous n'y reviendrons pas. Le manager ne mérite certainement pas ses collaborateurs.

La chambre SdB tout était parfait. La propreté. Beau cadre belle petite piscine avec remous. Belle terrasse et transats ! Copieux petit déjeuner rien ne manquait. Excellent jus d'orange les confitures, miel, les pains locaux sans oublier les pâtisseries un regal. Les 2 hommes d'une gentillesse à notre écoute et de bons conseils et également la dame qui prépare les petits déjeuner. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

El desayuno siempre es el mismo y no incluye fruta. Aun asi está bueno. El agua de la piscina está muy fría pero imagino que en todos los Riads sera así.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour Amine et son équipe sont super attentifs et vous renseignent très bien. Le petit dej est tres.bien et le jus d orange est pressé du matin. V ous êtes proche de la medina et du souk. Vous pouvez y aller en toute sécurité et tranquillité. Vous pouvez également faire un massage hammam et sauna alors allez y...

We absolutely loved the Riad. What stood out most to us was the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Amine, Mohsin, and Hamza made us feel right at home. Always attentive, kind, and helpful. All the staff very kindly took the time to give us information and even teach us some Arabic when we asked for it. Our room was cozy, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, and despite being central, it was quiet. شكراً جزيلاً

Tisztaság volt és kedvesek voltak. A masszírozás fergetegesen jó volt.

A bank terminál nem működött és hosszú nap után kellett elmennünk kp-t felvenni. A reggelihez plusz egy pohár narancslét kértünk de nem kaptunk ami elég fura volt, mivel, hogy csak egy pohár jár... A hely nem ismerete végett meglepetés volt, hogy gyakorlatilag sikátoros részben található a szállás de a belső környezet kicsit kompenzálja. Azért egy külső fotó ha lett volna nem biztos, hogy ezt választjuk. Azoknak akik finnyásak lehet nem lesz komfort érzetük, nyilván ez Marokkó sajátossága is.

Très bon rapport qualité prix L’accueil et le service vraiment très bon Tout le monde est très compréhensif, à l’écoute et près à rendre service . Chambre (1er étage - je conseil) agréable spacieuse et cosie. Chambre climatisée 👍 Safety box 👍 Emplacement finalement très pratique car à 5 minute d’un pôle de taxi ou de l’entrée dans le soûl. Le Riad est aussi très calme Vraiment hors du chaos du centre . Petit dej répondant aux attentes des europeens mais classique . (Œufs - pain - crêpes ou blinis - confiture - yaourt - miel confiture - café thé jus d’orange ..) Perso .. cela nous convenait très bien Thé offert à n’importe quel moment .

Mériterait d’avoir un second cumulus d’eau chaude pour être certain d’avoir de l’eau chaude à n’importe quel moment de la journée De même la partie supérieure avec la terrasse, salon, exposition soleil n’est pas vraiment entretenu et cela mériterait, car l’emplacement pourrait être des plus agréable Un petit frigidaire dans les chambres pourrait être très agréable, même si bien sûr, nous avons l’accès au frigidaire de la cuisine pour y stocker nos propres boissons ou aliments

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Riad Magda. L’endroit est très beau, propre et bien situé, à proximité du centre tout en restant calme. Amine et Mohsin nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention, toujours disponibles pour nous aider et nous conseiller. Nous recommandons vivement ce riad pour un séjour agréable et authentique à Marrakech !

Todo genial !!! super limpio y camas muy cómodas. El servicio estupendo , son muy atentos en todo momento. Sin duda Excepcional. El desayuno muy bueno y completo. Todo un acierto elegir esté Riad.

On a tout aimé. Le riad était superbe et le personnel d'une extrême gentillesse. Merci à Mouahcine qui nous a bien guide et à fatiha qui nous a fait de somptueux petits déjeuner. Ils ont largement contribué à faire de notre semaine ici, une vraie semaine de vacances. Les marocains ont été extrêmement agréables et tellement chaleureux. on reviendra ici avec grand plaisir.

les bus ne respectent pas leur temps de passage. L'odeur de l'urine des chevaux au niveau des calèches. Il y a une circulation incéssante.

Riad Magda was a gem of a place and the staff were very accommodating for breakfast times, directions or just questions about Marrakech. They set up transfers to and from the airport. They can also help with tours if you like. The rooms are big with AC and private baths, games room, pool, and roof top areas to use. Your first time down to the Riad feels scary as you walk a ways down narrow alleyways, but we found it very safe to walk around. They meet you at the curb drop off and walk with you the first time as well. Highly recommend Riad Magda & Spa.

During the off hours the staff don’t speak a lot of English but try really hard to figure it out. Google translate worked great.

We were absolutely satisfied with our stay! What stood out the most was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff - truly exceptionally kind. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent; everything was well-maintained and welcoming. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Poor WiFi on first floor room, very basic breakfast, uncomfortable bed and hard pillows. At least the rooms were clean. But I would not stay at this property again.
