Central location. We had breakfast at No 32, which was very good and we got the 10% discount. It was all very organised considering there were no staff in sight, except the cleaners. I will definitely stay there again.

It was a bit hard to find at first, we had to go into a shop to ask where it was. Parking spaces were hard to find too, not very obvious and there were only 2 spaces. Much easier to go straight to The Lygon car park instead (car park 2). The front signage over the entrance needs a refresh.

Broadway è un bellissimo villaggio, perfetto come posizione per visitare le Cotswolds. Questo Hotel si trova in un ottima posizione al centro del villaggio. Se vi piace il self check-in e non incontrare nessuno della struttura, questo hotel è perfetto. Tutto ben spiegato riesci a entrare nella tua camera senza problemi.

The room was a good size for 3 people, beds were comfortable and clean. The decor was cosy and welcoming and the kitchen area was clean. There were plenty of towels and toiletries. Location was great.

The dining chairs were a bit hard so we watched TV from the bed. The milk in the fridge was not fresh and left floating bits in the coffee I made. There were a couple of hairs in the bathroom. There are only 2 allocated parking spaces which were full at 3pm so we had to park at the far end of the Lygon Hotel car park.

I couldn't find the accommodation it was not very clear where it was.

We had a good stay here in a clean spacious room. After a quick message to the remote reception, we were able to check in a little early too. Great location in downtown Broadway, and close to the Cotswolds Way. We also enjoyed a lunch at the No. 32 Bistro next to the hotel.

Fabulous location, good-sized family room, spotlessly clean and very convenient kitchenette.

It’s difficult having a remote reception- the info we were given in the text message to connect to the WiFi was incorrect. But my biggest complaint was the lack of hot water the morning after our night’s stay- it would have put me off staying any longer. Pretty basic requirement really.

Excellent location. Extremely spacious

Pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. It was also very hard to locate the parking spaces. The text we had sent said the location by Keil Close, but couldn't find Keil Close and when speaking to other guests they had the same issue. The signs were very small and easyto miss. So i'd suggest changing the wording, maybe to say just after the George apartments as thats very visible

Nous avons été contraints de partir un jour plus tôt pour des raisons médicales. Nous en avons informé l’hôtel 5 jours à l’avance, qui a refusé tout remboursement ou report de nos dates. En cette période touristique, il aurait été très facile de relouer la chambre et de nous rembourser, au moins partiellement, la nuitée. Le personnel n’a pas du tout été accommodant, refusant tout dialogue et se retranchant derrière ses conditions générales. La communication était tres peu fluide : on nous a recontacté le jour de notre départ pour nous demander pourquoi la chambre n’était pas occupée. Des intervenants différents ; pas de communication entre eux et aucune bienveillance ni volonté de nous apporter une réponse satisfaisante. Bien dommage vu le prix.

There was only 2 parking spaces for 8/9 Apartments. You can park in hotel Car park but isn’t that close and have to log your car details at their reception. Was a bit tired in places

Absolutely perfect. The location was fabulous, the room was spotless, comfortable and had lovely little extras like a bottle of milk and water in the fridge. I was also so grateful for the big fan. Would highly recommend.

Accomidation one street back from main road. easly access to all shops & bars. Very quiet, good comfy bed and all amenities you required.

Parking is misleading - only 2 bays. Main parking within pub / hotel parking. Didn't get text about access code until 2 hours before arrival time. (Didn't pick this up as I was driving - which was a bit concerning - would have prefered details earlier or even day before)

לצערינו נאלצנו לעזוב מכיון שלא היה מיזוג אויר, החדר היה ממש בעליית הגג כך שפלט חום. לקחת בחשבון שאין קבלה, מה שמקשה מאוד על תקשורת. לא מצאנו את החניה, ניסינו להתקשר לפי המספר שנתנו לנו, לא הייתה תשובה. ישנן הרבה מדרגות לעלות לקומת החדרים, עם מזוודה זה לא סימפטי. נאלצנו לעזוב ולשכור מלון אחר. מה שהכפיל את ההוצאות, כיון שלא קיבלנו זיכוי. באיזור יש בתי מלון רבים נראים טובים יותר.

Es gab nur warmes Wasser in der Dusche bei über 30 Grad... Parkplatzsituation zu Beginn unklar (first come first serve), hat dann aber geklappt.

Second stay at The Lodge. Our first visit was excellent — we stayed in the Hare room, which was spacious, had reliable Wi‑Fi (essential, given the poor signal in the area), and even came with home‑baked lavender and lemon biscuits on arrival. We couldn’t fault it. On our more recent stay, we were in the Horse and Hound room (really just the horse). The room was noticeably smaller and very warm with the outdoor temps being high 20s. The two fans provided were appreciated, but it was still an uncomfortable night because of the heat. That said, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless. No lavender and lemon biscuits this time, which was a shame! Overall, still a good visit — perfect location, and breakfast at No32 was delicious.

The WiFi wasn’t working during our second stay, which made things tricky given the poor phone signal in the area. TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV, and with no WiFi available, streaming wasn’t an option anyway. The “Horse and Hound” room didn’t really reflect the name, there was plenty of horse and no hound. The room was very warm. Although fans were provided and appreciated, air‑conditioning would make a huge difference to comfort.

The location of the Lodge in Broadway, just off the main street, was excellent.

The directions to the property were unclear and it should be made clear there are only 2 designated car parking spaces, in which case guests should be advised to use the Lygon Arms car park 2 in the first place. In addition, apart from a text a couple of hours before arriving stating that the WiFi was not working, there was no further information.

Good location and comfortable with good facilities. We found the mini kitchen useful for an early breakfast and the beds were comfortable

Liked the location a lot as it was situated right on the high street.

The bathroom seemed a bit worse for wear as there were a lot of marks in the bathtub/shower.

Overall experience was good and excellent location. We were happy to get one of the two allocated parking spaces, although there seemed full instructions if alternative parking became necessary. On an extremely hot day the fan in the room was welcomed but to be fair it was only circulating the warm air. Good to have fridge in the room and very spacious bathroom. The cleaning team were friendly and polite.

Was a little anxious about the coded keying in process but it did not give us any problems.

Vi fikk ikke rommet vi hadde bestilt. Vi hadde booket et twin rom men fikk en dobbelseng. Vi ringte for å høre om det var mulig å bytte eller i hvert fall få en ekstra dyne da det var en dobbel dyne i sengen. Da vi ringte fikk vi beskjed om å lete i kommoden i gangen og så skulle de ringe renholdspersonalet for å høre om de kunne levere en dyne Vi fant ingen ekstra dyne og de ringte heller ikke tilbake.

My only negative comment is that I feel that there needs to be signs warning you of steps as you go through the doors on the corridor as I did fall down the step and fell quite awkwardly,luckily I did not seriously injure myself but it was abit of a shock. As the carpet is the same colour throughout the corridor the step is not easily identified so I think this should be looked in to

The shower door leaked onto the floor, the room was incredibly hot (not really your fault), appreciate the fan being provided and no wifi and poor signal was painful not good. So overall not great.

It had two twin beds and a full bed. There was a wall partition which separated the full bed from the two twin beds. There was a full mini kitchen which I didn’t use because I just stayed a night. The best feature were the TWO STRONG FLOOR FANS. The fans helped keep the room cool, especially during the heat wave at the end of June.

No one to help carry the suitcase up the stairs. Barely saw any staff.

Very hot, in need of air con, we stayed during a very hot spell and fans were provided but skylights in the corridors made it exceptionally hot and stuffy. Needs more power sockets and usb points would be useful

We left the lodge within an hour of checking in and did not stay there at all because the standard and quality of the "apartment" was unacceptable. This was supposedly their most luxurious and expensive unit, yet it fell far below any reasonable standard. The carpets were extremely dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, and the entire apartment was covered in dust. As a result, I developed an allergic reaction, including burning eyes, a sore throat, a severe headache, and difficulty breathing. To make matters worse, the bedding contained visible hairs and dirt. The cleaning supervisor was brought in to inspect the unit. However, she confirmed that it had been her day off and that she had not been there to check the apartment beforehand. While she inspected the room, this did little to address the issues we had already encountered. Speaking with the reception manager was equally disappointing. It was clear that their priority was protecting their revenue rather than addressing legitimate concerns about the condition of the accommodation. Despite us not staying even a single night, she was unwilling to offer any refund, including for one of the two nights we had booked. The manager may argue that they were willing to rectify the situation, but expecting guests to vacate the room while it is re-cleaned after check-in is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, the filthy carpets and unpleasant bathroom could not be remedied with a quick clean. The lack of communication was also shocking. I sent three emails on the day of our arrival and received no response. I also sent a WhatsApp message, which went unanswered. I ultimately had to call using my international number, incurring additional costs, simply because they failed to provide adequate communication channels. This level of unresponsiveness is highly unprofessional, particularly for a lodge that does not have staff permanently on site. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place!

Room was very hot and bed was uncomfortable. No warning whatsoever that aircon wasn’t available, or that there were stairs to get to the room and I stood there helping others trying to get their luggage up the stairs. Also to top it off the internet was down. Such a shame as it’s a beautiful place .

Central location in the village and right next to a lovely cafe for breakfast with a discount. The room provided us with our own space including separate beds areas for privacy and a peaceful nights sleep. The kitchenette was very useful.

One small downside, of the bed areas did not have a bedside lamp and when asked for one, they said it was not possible!

The location is ideal as you can walk anywhere in the village within minutes. Facilities everything you need for short break including parking.

Nothing to dislike.

The biggest issue was finding the place. The instructions were in the form of a word salad that was convoluted, inaccurate and incomplete. For example it should have said: On the right of the Lygon Arms Hotel you will find a Laneway that will give walking access to your apartment. The parking instructions were problematic: suggesting that only bays (in the Lygon Arms Hotel) that were signposted could be used. That was also not correct as there were no signposted bays and any could be used as also confirmed by the Lygon Arms staff when registering the car for parking. These issues meant I wasted around 15 minutes sorting this all ou.

The location and value of the property was amazing as it was accessible steps from the heart of Broadway, in the Cotswolds. As for parking that was made easy as the property benefits from an agreement with the Lygon hotel to use their additional parking. For convenience the location also has a breakfast cafe and supermarket close by. Wonderful location for sight seeing!

Be aware there are stairs to access the building and there is no lift.

The room was bright and clean. The bed was comfortable. It is such a quiet location we had a lovely nights sleep. It’s our number 1 hotel of our whole European trip so far. Great value for money to be able to stay in Broadway which is such a beautiful village. Would recommend this property 100%

It was a little hard to find and the parking was a bit confusing at first as you have to go to the pub next door to make arrangements with handing your registration in or you will be fined.

Spotlessly clean, useful to have a fridge and plenty of tea and coffee and fresh milk.

Difficult to find the allocated parking, but we easily parked in the alternative parking spaces.

The location was excellent and near lots of very good restaurants and pubs. The cafe next door (Number 32) for breakfast was superb.

The WiFi was down, which was an issue as there was little or no mobile signal anywhere in Broadway and beyond. We had a serious issue with the shower. When we arrived we could not turn the temperature control down far enough to avoid the water being way too hot. The hotel was good in getting a plumber in first thing the second morning. Unfortunately the plumber over corrected the problem and even on maximum temperature setting the water was tepid. Despite our complaints the hotel said they could not get it looked at until after our stay, so we had cold showers for two days.

Lovely room with excellent amenities to make hot drinks. Plus milk and bottle of water in fridge. Radio was a nice extra. Bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately wifi was not working. Although I did receive notice that it was down. Car park was a little hard to find. Also instructions to find property needs to mention you have to walk from car park through George Apartments as we had to ask for assistance.

Loved the view of the beautiful church from our window. Loved the central location. It was comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was delicious and generous. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

Overall the property was great. The location was good. The rooms were comfortable and suited our needs.

There were a couple of broken blinds, there was laundry left in the washer and the shampoo was empty.

A recently refurbished property. The room was clean & comfortable and well equipped. It's in a perfect location in the centre of Broadway.

There is no reception so no contact with staff. The room was very hot as our stay was on one of the hottest days of the year. A fan had been provided and was running when we checked into the room, so the management had done all they could to help with the severe heat. We didn't find it easy to find the door to the hotel as the street name mentioned in the instructions that we were sent by email was nowhere to be seen when coming from the car park at the rear. I think the instructions need updating.

Communication with on call staff was very good, she was quick to respond . Apartment appeared clean. Location was central to Broadway Center. No issues with accessing property. Enough beds and linens for all 3 guests

There was a heat wave and additional cooling elements for our party were not available, nor was an extension cord for the portable air conditioner. The facility representative DID try to aquire either an extra fan or portable air conditioner but was unable to, so only one bedroom was able to be slightly cooler and all guests had to pile in there. I would expect the property to be prepared with extra cooling devices ***Other downsides-The hallway smelled strongly of something similar to cooking oil. The king bed was unusually firm.

The double bed was small, more like a mini double as I nearly fell out of the bed during the night. More lighting in the bathroom would be helpful to apply make-up etc. Directions for the parking and signs for the Lodge entrance were not easy. I appreciate you don't want to advertise other competitors but it would be less stressful to just say look for the George Apartments

It’s right in the center of Broadway, the room was very comfortable and ideally set up with all the things I needed. I really enjoyed the mini-fridge and massive fan as it was very hot on that day. I could also have a nice warm bath after a day of hiking, it was wonderful. The town is very quiet. There’s a very good breakfast place just downstairs.

Lovely well situated lodge, clean and tidy. All staff are friendly and helpful.
