The location was good.

Everything else. It wasn’t clean, no hot water sometimes staff wouldn’t clean the room, sometimes they would forget to leave any towels. I was moved from my suite because the air con was leaking, made me very ill. Hotel staff put me in a standard room and didn’t offer me anything compensation wise, just a. Free orange juice/ coffee everyday. Wasn’t offered any money back or a refund. This hotel doesn’t reflect the 4 star rating. Cracks all over the walls. Said they would fix the AC and just carried on leaking all over my clothes, been to doctors multiple times since I have got back. Still not been offered a refund which is all I want.

The hotel is not very clean due to the age of the property. I attempted to use the hot tub and all kinds of disgusting growth came out of the Jets.

Perfect location, nice rooftop pool with lots of space, friendly staff. Its really good value and absolutley fine.

The decor is a bit off. Feels a bit cheap.

Het is een fijn hotel. Fijn personeel. Mooi zwembad!

Vliegende mieren in mijn kamer en zelfs in mijn bed. Maar als ik van het balkon naar beneden keek zag ik ook vuilniscontainers.. dus is niet gek. Kan het hotel niks aan doen.

Pulito, ben posizionato vicino a qualsiasi cosa. 5 minuti a piedi dalla bangla e dalla spiaggia.

Il balcone troppo piccolo con vista sul tetto dell mercato e quindi odori sgradevoli. La camera aveva poco spazio per gli abiti

Staff helpful and location good

Location is good being nearby to central areas yet away from all the noise from bars etc. Rooms are decent standard but in need of a refresh. Staff were helpful with any requests

Quite a few instances of loud behaviour from clientele who were largely youngish groups of guys. It was common to hear shouting in the corridors both late at night and early morning. The Hotel vibe was not as friendly as I had experienced on previous stay when the hotel manager couldn’t have been more helpful but is clearly no longer there.

Хорошоее местоположение, уютная комната, приветливые горничные, унитаз низкий, ноги не болтаются в воздухе.

Всех ближайших соседей и тех кто ходит по коридору слышно, от ветра стучит что то где то в районе двери балкона, каждую ночь в 2 часа у кого то из соседей звонил пикающий будильник, который никто не выключает.

Very close to everything

Initially was given a room with mould across the ceiling, pillows were dirty and curtains were dirty. They also tried to take my deposit because my towel was dirty

Staff were really friendly. They supported with any questions. The location for me was good walking distance to beach and key spots in Patong and shops. The cleanliness was good in terms of housekeeping and accommodated late wake ups!! Great value for money.

I feel the room was below par from my expectation although for what I paid I feel it probably was good. However the bathroom had mould in places and under air condition unit ceiling was peeling off. The curtains had stains along with the red sofa which I felt could be cleaned. The house keeping although was good they did not clean the sofa hence why it was the way it was. Could do better with the bathroom facilities.

Temizlik konusunda titizlerdi. Gece saat 3:00 da bile temizlik yapan çalışanlar ile denk gelebilirsiniz. Konum plaja alış veriş merkezine açık hava pazarlarına çok yakındı merkezi bir noktada.

209 nolu oda da kaldım yan tarafta açık hava pazarı tüm kokusunu hissedebiliyordum balkonu kullanmadım. Ancak otelde zaman geçirmeyeceğiniz sorun olucağını düşmüyorum :)

Obsługa bardzo miła. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko wszędzie. Jednak na spokojny wypoczynek polecam hotel na uboczu patong lub na topowych piętrach gdzie muzyka z pobliskich dyskotek tak nie daje o sobie znać. Dla mnie na pierwszy pobyt na patong hotel spełniał oczekiwania.

Świetna obsługa. Lokalizacja również na plus, blisko do Bangla Road i do plaży.

Bardzo brudny pokój, nieposprzątana skarpetka pod łóżkiem, roztrzaskana kafelka zaciągnięta jakaś zaprawą która była mokra i się nosiła po całym pokoju, łazienka też średnio czysta.

Great quiet location. I’ve stayed in this area a few times and Neon is the quietest. Always clean Great and friendly staff who are always willing to help. LALA who is part of the cleaning staff and who cleaned my room every day is fantastic. She always ensured the room was clean and always on time.

Neon MUST change their beds. They are very uncomfortable and it needs to change. Very hard to sleep sometimes. They need buy new beds that are either single or 100% actual double beds NOT joined single beds. They also need to have 4 pillows as 1 each person is not enough.

Literally nothing. Couldn’t even stay there.

The condition of room was a little average , particularly for the price (New Years rates noted), and the bed was too firm to be very comfortable.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to formally complain about my stay at the hotel booked through your platform, as the conditions did not match what was promised in the listing and caused significant discomfort. The main issues we experienced were: - Very low water pressure, and on several occasions the water stopped completely during the shower. - There is no breakfast buffet at the hotel at all, which makes this information entirely misleading and false. - The gym is extremely small, and the treadmill was broken and unusable. We reported this issue to the staff and were told it would be checked, but in practice nothing was done and the problem was never addressed. - There was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the shower from time to time. Due to these issues, our stay was far below acceptable standards and did not reflect the description or value of the booking. We are very disappointed, especially as we relied on Booking.com’s accuracy and reliability when choosing this accommodation. We kindly request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, the unresolved issues, and the misleading information provided in the listing. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 繁華街へのアクセスが良いが騒がしくなく、程よい場所

シャワールームの排水口が詰まっているのか、水切れが悪かった

- Enorm vriendelijk personeel - Propere kamers - Aangenaam zwembad - Wisselkantoren, winkels en massagesalons dichtbij

- Ligging is op wandelafstand van Bangla road maar je moet hiervoor wel een heel drukke straat over zonder verkeerslichten of zebrapad voor voetgangers

Localisation

L’hôtel était bruyant, ce qui rendait le repos difficile. De plus, les draps étaient tachés à notre arrivée. Nous avons signalé le problème à la réception et demandé qu’ils soient changés, mais à notre retour dans la chambre, rien n’avait été fait. Manque de réactivité et de professionnalisme, surtout sur des points aussi essentiels que le calme et la propreté

-Das Bett war bequem und gross. -Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. -Das Personal hat alle wünsche erfüllt. -Preisleistung war ok.

Sofern man das Zimmer in Richtung Box Stadion hat, ist es bis ca. 22:00 relativ laut. Durch die relativ laute Klimaanlage hörte ich es jedoch kaum.

Cool Hotel. Clean and fair prices. I was surprised. And the location is really central but still quite. Definetely a good recommendation.

Výborná lokalita - před hotelem hned večerní tržnice Banzaan a Bangla road v docházkové vzdálenosti 5-10min . Pláž 10-15min pěšky . Na střeše hotelu bazén s pěkným výhledem a barem.
