JR-East Hotel Mets Komagome

Very good experience to stay here for 7 days. Good location for traffic to both side of Tokyo area and good connection to NRT airport too. BTW, train station location is also wonderful. Just few minute walk to connect Hotel and convenient store.

夫婦で数泊しました。部屋の広さ、浴室の広さ、明るさ、静かさ（線路のすぐそばにあるにもかかわらず）等、快適でした。朝食をとらない日もありましたが、デニーズの朝食券をランチやディナー時にも使用できるのが便利でした。立地も大変良く、従業員さんの対応も良く、私たち夫婦のニーズにマッチしたホテルでした。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would recommend it without hesitation! The location is excellent - it’s right next to Komagome Station, served by both the Yamanote Line (which loops around major Tokyo hubs like Shinjuku and Shibuya) and the Namboku Line. You can get to most key areas in under 30 minutes. Despite the great transport links, the neighbourhood itself is quiet and peaceful, offering a more authentic glimpse into everyday life in Tokyo. It’s also home to the beautiful Rikugien Gardens, one of the city’s finest Edo-period landscape gardens. There are plenty of convenient amenities nearby, including Lawson, 7-Eleven, McDonald’s, KFC, and several pharmacies. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The hotel also has a well-stocked amenity station in the lobby with useful items like razors, bath salts, toothbrushes, skincare products, and shampoo. My room was spotless and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and pillows, a desk, TV, and a modern bathroom with everything you might need. Breakfast is provided via a voucher for the Denny’s on the second floor. While simple, the breakfast is freshly prepared with a good range of options, both Western (eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, pancakes) and Japanese (shioyaki salmon, rice, miso soup, fermented vegetables). A self-serve drink bar is also included with tea, hot and iced coffee, juices, and more. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that offers great value for money, warm hospitality, and a perfect base for exploring Tokyo.

在大站間的清幽小站，離池袋，東京，新宿，澀谷都不遠，同一條線就可以抵達，而且住宿出JR站就到，房間內也很適合工作，適合有商務需求也想順便旅遊

One of the best hotels I've been. Location wise, this is very recommendable. It is just few steps away from JR / Subway train stations. They provided us free Denny's coupons for breakfast just across the reception. Size, just ample for 2 (30kgs) luggages. Bath tub is clean and well lit. We will come back, definitely.

4泊の滞在だったが、清掃もエコ清掃だったり、タオル交換だけで過ごすことが出来た。 ゴミ箱も普通ゴミとプラなどのリサイクル用に分けられていて良かった。

駅の改札から出てすぐなのでアクセスはよい。特に周りがうるさいこともなかった。２階にデニーズがありそこで朝食がとれる。チェックインは基本的に端末で行う方法のみのようで、不備があるとモニタにオペレーターの人が出てきてガイドしてくれる。設備は標準的。

Very friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located just 1 minute from the Yamanote Komagome Station ticket gate.

交通アクセスが良い上に静かで六義園も近い周囲の環境もよかったです。前にも利用したことがありましたが、最近改装されて、ますます良くなりました。部屋も広かったし。

Hotel just next to JR station easy for transportation. Not many dining restaurants in nearby area so you have to go other area for food. No supermarket nearby but have some convenience stores so still okay for snack and drink. Room size is okay for two person and cleaniness is okay also. Breakfast set coupons provided to go to Denny at hotel second floor.

此酒店正位於JR駒込站旁，就算一人遊可安心安全夜歸返到酒店。而酒店屬於環保型運作，房間內的耗用品不多，需要在酒店二樓接待處前的櫃檯自行選取，房內亦只有一對室內用的拖鞋。行李秤磅需要向接待處職員查詢借用一下。

This was my wife and I’s first trip to Japan and staying here made it very easy and welcoming. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and treated us very well. There’s a Dennys downstairs on the second floor conveniently located for breakfast, and the Komagome station was right there as well. It was perfect!

The room is spacious and comfortable. It's clean but I can see quite lots of dust flying under the sunshine in the morning time, even the window is closed. Other than that I still think it's a good place for long staying as a JR and a subway station is just next door. Denny's , Family Mart and Cozy Corner is down stair. About 10 minutes walking time to the Rikugien Garden.

Awkward shower head which doesn't stay straight as it always turns left when placed on holder no matter how I tried to fix it.

So convenient to go to everywhere. Room is always clean when I got back afternoon.

Albergo attaccato alla fermata della JR come dice il nome, che lo rende comodo per girare Tokyo, sopra supermercato e accanto al Dennys dove con i buoni della colazione si mangia al mattino con colazione a scelta in realtà molto limitata e in piccole porzioni, no. A buffet. A disposizione qualsiasi cosa possa servire per l’igiene personale nella hall. Camera piccolina,ma molto pulita. Bagno piccolo.

駅直結。周辺は静か。六義園もあり、下町の商店街があり。山手と下町が味わえる落ち着いた街にある清潔なホテルです。

事前に荷物を送っていたので確認の電話をしたら、『そんな荷物は届いていない。営業所に確認して』と言われ、とても慌てました。 その後『同姓同名の宿泊客がいた』と電話があり、あきれました。たとえそうであったとしても、住所の確認などで解決できると思うのですが。。。。

感覺上飯店出入住客單純，無閒雜人士逗留，給人十足安全感。

This hotel is in an excellent location, about as close as you can be to the Yamanote line. It's easy to access the rest of the city. The Internet access, air conditioning, and overall comfort at the hotel are great. There are no amenities in the hotel, but everything you really need is available and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed here a few days while in Tokyo. The room was very nice, bed comfortable, services great. They have everything you need if you've forgotten it. The staff are very helpful with directions and such. There is no breakfast included but it is connected with the Denny's restaurant.

Great location, situated right outside one of the exits of Komagome station on the Yamanote Line (which runs in a loop). Yet like the other reviews stated, there is hardly any noise from the trains and it is very quiet. There is a convenience store downstairs and a good selection of Japanese food around the area, which I believe is an affluent suburb neighborhood. In the vicinity, there is a supermarket (Maruetsu Petit), a 7-11 / Seven I and a few other convenience stores. Go explore the area; it's pretty nice. Shared amenities - there is a washing machine and drier in the same room at L4 iirc and a microwave at L7 - which makes it very convenient if you buy a meal off one of the convenience stores nearby and need to heat it up. The room - I believe it is bigger than average for Tokyo standards, fairly ok for 1 person. There is a long desk beside the bed, great for putting your stuff. Heater and AC both available. The toilet is an awesome Japanese one - with heated seat (if you wish) and water spray to clean up after you take a dump. Breakfast - there is a restaurant at L2. If you choose it during the booking, you will receive cards during check in, one card per day. The selection is pretty limited, but you can easily eat off a convenience store in Japan and there are other food options nearby, so fret not. Staff - some of them speak some English. Do not expect an unrealistic level of service as this is a basic business hotel - that said, the staff are polite.

Super-close to the station. The room is clean and large.

Smooth check in. Single bedroom is large and has plenty of space. Shower with tub, also bidet is in room too. Hotel is located at Komagome JR Yamanote South Exit. Tokyo Metro Namboku is also located right in front, but they have multiple entrances and exits. Make sure to enter/exit the correct location if not you’ll be walking further with your luggage. Avoid major commute times, as like majority of Tokyo, trains will be very packed, and you’ll have trouble getting on with a small backpack. Area is mainly residential, no 24 hour restaurants in the area if you’re trying to beat jet lag. So you’ll have to wait till morning for trains for sightseeing. Overall excellent hotel.

The hotel location is very convenient. It is very clean and quiet. Everything is in good order.

This hotel is in a great location on the central Yamanote line. The bed is large and comfortable and each room has individually controllable AC. The hotel is impeccably clean and staff were always very friendly. Bathrooms are spacious and appointed well with appropriate amenities. Breakfast is provided through a daily voucher to the onsite Denny's which had serviceable options. The biggest downsides for the stay are that storage space and space in general are somewhat limited, but this is not out of the ordinary in Tokyo. Also, the area around the hotel has limited activities, but the hotel's location on the Yamanote line overrides that in my opinion.

Hotel Mets exceeded my expectations. The staff spoke enough English to check-in and out. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was from Denny's. Hotel Mets is a win-win!

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood but right next to two transit lines. Convenient and safe.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel was just next to the JR station (2 mins walk), sheltered and covered all the way from the north exit. The hotel is quiet and clean also very conveniently situated along the yamanote line. Thought the amenities were basic, the toiletries were well thought out :)

We found this hotel to be very convient location wise. It was definitely a great location as it is right next to the JR station. The hotel room was very clean, and larger that most rooms (as we have stayed at 2 other chains in Japan). We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we found strange was that the staff would not help us in booking a dinner reservation.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The bed was also comfortable. The only downside would be the location, as it could be far away from the main attractions in Tokyo. The free breakfast from Dennie's Japan was also good, though the smoking area isn't sealed off from the non-smoking area and can be bothersome for non-smokers.

Front desk staff v helpful and passionate about their job. Room is clean and toilet/bathroom looks new. Location is excellent. It is right next to komagome station. You won't get wet even if it rains. I stayed for 2 nights and I was out in other parts of city so I didn't get chance to explore the area near the hotel

Very conveniently located next to a Ysmanote line station and a subway station, above a convenience store and has a 24h Denny's and coin laundry inside. Perfectly what I needed as a base for Tokyo tourism.

The location of this hotel was super convenient as it was literally right next to the station. It was a plus point that breakfast was settled as you can get an early start to the day. There is a cute little garden park within 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel - it is a good place to wander around for a bit. Many convenient stores and quick bites around too for early mornings or late nights.
