L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans Little India, proche du centre historique et de Jonker Street .... à 5-10 minutes à pied. Il a un grand parking gratuit, ce qui était bien pratique car nous avions une voiture de location. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet offre un choix important et de qualité. Le personnel est souriant, serviable et efficace. Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre familiale alors que nous n'étions que 2, sans rien demander, cela a été une agreable surprise ! Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et disposent d'un système de filtration permettant d'avoir de l'eau potable, ce qui est bien pratique.

Rien ! Nous avons été agréablement surpris, alors que certaines critiques sur cet hôtel étaient plutôt négatives.

The location is excellent, with many attractions and eateries within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, although it was a little small. The breakfast had a good variety of choices. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money.

Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about my stay. Everything was good, from the room and cleanliness to the location and service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

Bathroom washbasin tap water pressure too low. Breakfast start at 6.30am , the buffet food was cold seems like just started heating up. Car park surface not properly maintained.

Very conveniently located in Little India street, walking distance to many areas. Staff were very prompt when we called about our aircon issue. Did not use them, but the facilities looked well kept

There were lacking of lights at the open space parking lot, which gives an unsafe feeling especially for solo traveler. In addition, there was also no shaded walkway from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, at which point if it rains, any guest walking from their car to the hotel will be drench in rain. I hope the management take note of this and make the necessary improvements.

Sarapan - tempahan bilik saya tidak masuk dengan sarapan. Lokasi terbaik sebab berdekatan dengan tempat liburan.

Room is good, especially the water filter, so we don't have to bring in bottle water. Breakfast was simple, but how much can one eat in the morning. Staffs are friendly and proactive especially the front desk staffs.

I like that it is at the heart of Melaka town. Very walkable in distance to the main attractions of Melaka. The parking spaces are plenty. The convenience to go in and out of the place. The place has pharmacy and convenient store just across the street.

I dont like the pool was a bit not maintain well. We came on the first day and the pool was out of service. The food for breakfast is okay. Could improve some more, plus I wish that the egg station could have more helping hand.

Gezilecek yerlere çok yakındı ama oda ıslak bez gibi kokuyordu bu bizi çok rahatsız etti. Havuza serinlemek için giremiyorsunuz çünkü suyu soğuk değil ısınmış bir suda yüzmek de o sıcakta hiç hoş olmuyor. Ayrıca denetlemeleri çok zayıf havuzdayken birinin burnu kanadı kanı suya sümkürdü şok içinde izledik müdahale edecek kimse de olmadığı için bunu yapmaya kan durana kadar devam etti. Kısacası kötü bir deneyimdi.

This hotel shouldn't discriminate people by race. Tamil channel not provided and when i ask the management team they blame another team. Which I felt very bad. Even the breakfast I'm willing to pay extra RM 39, with the belief they provide the best like last 3 years back. But they failed.

The kid's pool floor are broken. It's hurt my feet while I step in. The small rock start rip off from the surfacem. Management should change it ...

Good location, comfortable bed, and a smooth check-in process. The hotel design is modern and the room was generally clean.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The swimming pool was not as clean as expected and looked very different from the photos shown online. The parking area was quite far from the hotel, which was inconvenient. During our stay, there was an emergency alarm/fire drill that caused significant noise and disturbance. We also experienced a power outage that lasted approximately 3 hours. The bellman was not very friendly, and the staff presentation did not reflect the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel. There was also confusion regarding breakfast entitlement. The receptionist informed us that breakfast was for 2 guests per room, but the breakfast staff stated it was only for 1 guest and asked us to reconfirm at reception, which was inconvenient and unprofessional. Overall, the hotel did not match the expectations created by the photos and descriptions online.

Everything was good ! We stayed for 2 nights , family of 3 (2 adults and kid). The room was specious, breakfast was full of choice. Location was near to the city center. We enjoyed our stay!

First time I saw this way of bedding, it’s ok but looks different from the usual way. Also one night we didn’t have a full sheet, the bed cover was done from 2 small sheets. In general Ok, just surprised :)

I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Melaka. The hotel is in a very convenient location, within walking distance to many tourist attractions, which makes it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great with a good variety of options. The service from the team was also friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. Overall, it is definitely good value for money and a great choice when visiting Melaka. I would be happy to stay here again.

quick and smooth check in. staff was friendly and room was ready when I arrive. I had requested for a slightly earlier check in and it was good.

there was a musky smell in the room and the air-conditioning was not working well. It was on, but the room was definitely not cool. I stayed for one night only so I did not say report or complain about it.

Area of improvement - The service at the front desk can be improved. Be more flexible to suit business people like me which have tight schedule during business trip. Avoid of saying…. NO….. SORRY WE CANT…..

The single queen bed in one of the rooms ,bedsheet was dirty. Was not changed at all.

We stayed there for two days in mid March. We wanted a hotel that was close to the center and one that had a pool. We toured in the morning, went back to the hotel in the early afternoon to relax by the pool, then went back out at 5. Very pleased with our room. It was modern, spotless, etc. We found the front desk team very helpful, very pleasant. Checked in late. The front desk did not appear busy. Attractive lobby. Easy 10 minute wal along the river walk to the center. We did have breakfast or eat dinner at the hotel. Overall a very good two day stay. We would definitely stay here again.

I’ve been spending my Hari Raya at Ibis Melaka for the past 7 years. I think the swimming pool needs major repairs. The children’s slide is rusty and loose, and the pool floor also needs fixing—the stone tiles are coming off and can hurt your feet.

Towels were old and some had runs. TV would.not switch on Fire alarm went off and no one from the staff called us to Inform us what happened and what to do. Eventually called and found out someone smoked inside the room. But people were outside in the corridor wondering what happened.

No hand towels and used toilet roll was provided (with no additional roll ). No shampoo or conditioner was provided. Tissue box provided was also half full only (used). For quite a new hotel , not seem very well maintain .

El hotel está muy bien, limpio, tiene piscina tanto para adultos como para niños, y un pequeño parque para ellos con toboganes. Está cerca andando del centro pero la zona no es muy bonita. Igualmente es seguro y fuimos andando a todos los lados. El desayuno completo y rico.

Very busy at breakfast time

Super Lage zur Innenstadt fußläufig. In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit grossem Pool. Leider nur bis 7pm am Wochenende 8pm geöffnet. Es hat keine Bar dabei. Sehr schade dass es abends nicht zu nutzen ist, da es tagsüber sehr in der Sonne liegt. Rate dem Hotel gerade abends die Nutzung zu gewährleisten, brächte viel Zuspruch .

Es gibt Zimmer mit kleinem Fenster und der Aublick 1Meter dann Nachbarwand. Uns wurde erst ein solches Zimmer zugewiesen, auf meine Bitte hin, dass das unmöglich sei, erhalten wir ein normales Zimmer mit Fenster.

The staff and location were great. The premise is starting to show signs of ageing, though. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I won't mind staying there if I'm visiting Melaka again.

Some electrical items are not working as it should. Lighting in the room were inadequate.
