Pool and staff

Some maintenance is needed but they are improving it step by step

I like the location where it is a spacious car park and easy access to nearby city.The pool also kids and family friendly .The place just nice if you want family gathering and village views.

Кондиционер дует на кровать, из-за чего разболелось горло и появился кашель. Хлипкие замки, но стоит признать, Малайзия - безопасная страна.

We had a good stay here, you can walk into town, there are a few restaurants nearby (Syrian one very good) and a good supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Otherwise we had no problems getting grab to pick us up. We enjoyed the pool and the staff were friendly.

We have read other reviews and have to agree that it could be cleaner/tidier/smarter otherwise no comment to make, it ticks the box for a well reasonably priced option pretty close to pantai cenang.

There was a lot of noices at night that woke us up many times.

The location was great, close to the beach, the mall, and the airport. It’s not ideal if you’re looking for a truly “local” vibe, though. The swimming pool, although tiny, felt quite clean and was a nice place to relax. There was parking available, and we could easily park our rented motorbike. There were also supermarkets and convenience stores nearby.

The room was very poorly maintained. There were large cracks across the walls throughout the room. The mirror was covered in fingerprints, and both the walls and the bathroom tiles were stained. The toilet also had yellow stains and showed signs of limescale buildup. The bathroom had a slightly moldy smell, despite the presence of ventilation. I usually request room cleaning every second day; however, in this case, I had to ask for daily cleaning because otherwise many ants would come out of the washbasin.

Proche de l’aéroport et du centre ville

Ma chambre avait des fourmis les murs sont mal isolé ont entendait tout, de plus les prises fonctionnait très mal on avait qu’une seule prise pour 3 personnes et les draps étaient sales.

L’emplacement est un vrai point fort : l’hôtel est légèrement à l’écart de l’agitation de Pantai Cenang, ce qui permet de profiter du calme tout en restant proche des commerces et de la plage. Le personnel est également très gentil et serviable. La chambre est spacieuse, ce qui est appréciable pour un séjour confortable.

La propreté est clairement le point faible de l’établissement. La chambre n’est pas nettoyée tous les jours, les vitres étaient sales et, à mon arrivée, il n’y avait ni papier toilette ni shampoing dans les distributeurs. De plus, après avoir séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels en Malaisie, j'ai toujours eu au minimum une brosse à dents et du dentifrice, ce qui n’était pas le cas ici. Ces petits manques donnent une impression de négligence qui nuit à l’expérience globale.

The hotel has a good location and was clean.The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony.The cleaning staff was very helpful and polite.

Drinking water was given only on the first day, afterwards guests need to refill their bottles. Water refiling facility is available on the ground floor. Information regarding drinking water and ironing facility was not clearly communicated during check -in, and we had to approach the staff each time to ask. During check-in , the reception lady staff s attitude was not very professional and clear communication was lacking which made the process uncomfortable. .Additionally ,the hotel wifi was not working during our stay.

Nos recibieron con unas camas con sábanas, colchones, edredones y almohadas sucias, con manchas de sangre y manchas marrones. Cuando les dijimos que nos cambiaran de habitación o la cama ya que eso no era higiénico y no era aceptable, simplemente nos invitaron a marcharnos del hotel, diciendo que no tenían nada mejor. El encargado fue muy grosero, incluso riéndose de nosotros por estar enfadados por la situación. nosotros fuimos una familia con niños y el encargado no empatizó en ningún momento con nuestra situación. Simplemente nos dijo que nos fuéramos, con la dificultad de buscar otro hotel en horas nocturnas y con un menor. HORRIBLE

The room and the bed were big enough. The beach is approximately a 15-20 minute walk or a 5-8 minute ride by Grab. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff were friendly.

The washrooms were wet when we checked in. They need to clean up the selling. They provide coffee/tea, a water heater, and cups but no spoon. The internet was too slow. One night there was a power interruption, and my adapter plus the charging cable are not working anymore. People were talking loudly outside at night, and you could hear everything; that's annoying. They could at least ask them not to speak so loudly.

yang tak bestnya kena iron dekat luar bilik, macam tak sesuai. Dalam toilet pun tak disediakan sabun dan sebagainya. pintu bilik yang saya duduk pun berbunyi bila nak masuk.

This hotel offered excellent value for money. The location was decent—not right in the heart of the action, but with good access to main roads and public transport, making it easy to get around. Most notably, the staff were excellent and went above and beyond. When our flight was delayed, they kindly allowed us a late check-out even though the hotel was fully booked, which was a huge relief and greatly appreciated.

The hotel delivered great value, a decent location, and a spacious room with a lovely porch. To make it even better, I'd suggest focusing on the bathrooms. Ours was functional, but modernizing the shower and upgrading a few amenities would make a significant positive difference for future guests.
