Sofitel Hongqiao was superb - beautifully designed, elegant, and extremely well maintained. The entire property has a refined luxury feel, and everything from the lobby to the rooms is thoughtfully done. Service was exceptional. Every request was handled within minutes, including the check‑in and check‑out process, which was impressively fast and smooth. The staff were consistently attentive, warm, and professional. The location is a major advantage. Being very close to Hongqiao High‑Speed Train Station and Hongqiao Airport makes travel incredibly convenient. Cafés, malls, and dining options nearby were an added benefit, making it easy to step out for food or coffee without needing long commutes. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will certainly return to this property.

El desayuno es fabuloso, tienen una muy amplia variedad de alimentos y de muy buena calidad.

Los precios de la carta de alimentos estaban desactualizados, para el caso de las bebidas el precio real es casi del doble del que aparece en la carta. Adicional solicite early check in y Late Check in y me parece que los costos fueron muy altos y ambos me lo cobraron, cada uno fue la mitad del costo de una noche,.

El desayuno es muy bueno y con mucha variedad, un placer! La habitación era muy grande y espaciosa, pero se notan ya los años sin renovar muebles, etc... Todo estaba muy limpio, pero se ve el desgaste y para este tipo de hoteles da un poco de pena. El personal, pues muy variable; algunas personas nos atendieron de 10 y otras la verdad es que tubieron con nosotros un trato peor. Pero en general intentan entenderte y ayudar.

Tocaría empezar a renovar el hotel en general.

Het hotel was oud, slecht onder onderhouden, ontbijt ook zeer matig, zeker niet de kwaliteit die ik van Sofitel gewend ben. Toilet spoelde niet door. Personeel was ook uitermate onvriendelijk. Zelfs voor een korte businesstrip geen prettig verblijf.

La dimensione della camera e la vicinanza all'aeroporto, la palestra è molto bella, grande e ben attrezzata.

Ho scelto questo hotel anche perché vicino all'aeroporto e perché, nella presentazione venivano indicati diversi servizi: palestra, piscina, spa, sauna, bagno turco e idromassaggio. L'hotel indica una spa aperta dalle 10:00 alle 2:00, ma durante il mio soggiorno la spa di fatto non era attiva. l'area wellness era tutt'altro che quella che mi aspettavo da un hotel 5 stelle: sauna spenta; bagno turco in riparazione; vasca idromassaggio vuota; alcuni lettini/aree idromassaggio a bordo piscina non funzionanti. Per la piscina è obbligatorio indossare la cuffia, cosa che non era indicata nella descrizione della struttura. Ho dovuto acquistarla direttamente in hotel al prezzo di 88 yuan, un prezzo assolutamente eccessivo per una cuffia da piscina. La piscina, mi ha dato più l'impressione di una piscina comunale che di una piscina di un hotel 5 stelle. Considerando il livello della struttura, mi aspettavo di più. La navetta aeroportuale esiste, ma effettua il servizio soltanto in determinati orari. Sarebbe stato molto più corretto indicare chiaramente gli orari già nella descrizione, così da poter organizzare il trasferimento. Fortunatamente a Shanghai i taxi hanno prezzi ragionevoli, quindi questo aspetto è stato meno problematico. L'hotel è abbastanza isolato rispetto a ristoranti e locali, quindi di fatto si è portati a cenare e fare colazione in struttura. ho trovato un prezzo davvero esagerato: 26 € a persona per la colazione. Un costo che considero sproporzionato. il problema non è tanto il prezzo della camera, quanto il rapporto tra ciò che l'hotel presenta e ciò che effettivamente offre. Se una struttura 5 stelle pubblicizza piscina, spa, sauna, bagno turco e idromassaggio, mi aspetto che questi servizi siano realmente disponibili e funzionanti.

Excellent location to the HongQiao station and Airport. Airport pick up service was excellent.

الفندق نظيف وفخم ومرتب والخدمة من أفضل مايكون والموظفين متعاونين، الفطور متنوع وحلو وفيه أصناف تناسب المسلمين

-توجد داخل الغرف محطات شحن للجوال بالقرب من المكتب كنت أتمنى اضافة مدخل شاحن ( type C - A )جوار السرير( يوجد فيش كهرباء بدون مداخل شحن). - روب الاستحمام في الدولاب بالمدخل، داخل الحمام لاتوجد علاقة لتعليق روب الاستحمام. - لا يوجد شطاف بكرسي الحمام وهذا نظامهم في معظم الفنادق. ( بعض الفنادق توفر شطاف مدمج بالكرسي ) - السرير الإضافي غير مريح إطلاقاً.

stayed at the Sofitel Hotel in Shanghai for two nights and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The facilities were excellent — clean, modern, and well maintained throughout the property. Breakfast was a real highlight: a generous spread with great variety and everything tasted fresh. I was also pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made the stay feel even more special. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, giving plenty of room to relax after a day out in the city. The staff were attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly during our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai. I’ll definitely be booking again on my next trip.

Love everything about Sofitel. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast is awesome with a huge variety of everything.

Location is remote from main Shanghai attractions but the railway station and the Hongqiao airport is close by which is convenient for out of Shanghai travel.

This hotel was absolutely spectacular! I would highly recommend staying here. The beds are SOOOOOO comfortable with goosedown mattress toppers and pillows. Huge spacious room with beautiful bathroom with bath. The food is amazing - incredible breakfast with fresh squeezed juices, beautiful asian cuisine, lovely array of cakes & baked goods. Staff were very helpful and polite. Well done Sofitel on always having such incredibly high standards!

The reception staff were extremely responsive and fulfilled all of my requests promptly. They were welcoming, courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. I sincerely appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to guest comfort. Thank you very much for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

One area for improvement is that the housekeeping staff do not speak English. In addition, international TV channels and YouTube access were not available.

酒店很气派，从虹桥机场过来很方便，员工都很nice会帮我们解决我们的各种问题，特别是Klay帮了我们很多。以后还会入住这里。

If tyoure thinking of booking this hotel please do, you wont be dissapointed. the location is exceptional. the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. its a little way out from may attraction but didi cabs are cheap in china. The pool and sauna was very nice and clean. Id give this location 10/10 they even hae an octonaught themed room for kids.

to be fair if im being really picky i could have done with a full english breakfast but other than that i have zero complaints,

一进酒店就有礼宾部小伙子klay的热情招待，得知我们是来旅游的之后主动提供各种旅游资料，对我们的问题都能详细回答。房间也很干净，窗外夜晚的景观灯很好看。以后还会选择入住这里。
