Clean comfortable rooms. Helpful staff.

Terrible parking. They share parking with restaurants on same land. I was asked to love my car twice.

Das Hotel war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte einen familiären Flair. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.

Es war etwas schwierig Transport zwischen Hotel und der Innenstadt zu bekommen. Viele Fahrer von Bolt oder Grab haben uns abgelehnt. Das Personal hat uns aber gerne ein Taxi organisiert.

Die Lage ist perfekt hinter dem Flughafen gelegen. Es sind nur etwa 10 Minuten Fahrt bis in die Stadt und trotz der direkten Anbindung an die Hauptverkehrsstraßen ist es nachts sehr ruhig im Zimmer.

Spacious room

The hotel is very old and expensive for what you get

The hotel was convenient for visiting relatives who lived nearby. It was close to a large supermarket but a busy road had to be crossed. A convenience store was nearby by easy walk.

We visited during the off season and the restaurant was closed but it was possible to order breakfast in advance and there were restaurants nearby.

Property is a bit old and tired.

Location was perfect for getting to my race at the Royal Park Rajapruek. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything I needed (fridge, kettle, bottled water).

The hotel in general is dated (it was probably a luxury hotel in earlier times), although everything still works and the room is well maintained. Location next to a main road is a little noisy and meant that I had to keep the windows closed and aircon running. Hotel restaurant is not open 24/7 - I was out the 2 days that I stayed there and only got back past 7pm, and the restaurant was closed by then. There are however food stalls just outside the hotel that stay open until 9pm.

Such friendly staff, flexible and accommodating. You could fill your bottles up with free drinking water, I loved not wasting more plastic bottles, plus the water was chilled. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good location for the airport.

It was a bit far out from Chiang mai, it took a 10 minute walk and then a 15 min bus to get in to the city or the other option is to take a taxi which adds up if you do it each time you go out. It was noisy from the planes taking off and the road right next to the hotel. We moved rooms to be furthest from the road, which was better but still noisy. Lastly the WiFi was really bad, unless you were next to the wifi box in the room, you didn't get good signal. This was a big problem for my husband who works remotely.

Outside of the city

For the price i guess it was worth it. Upside was it was near where we needed to be. Would book again if in area.

Lily Hotel was a very charming and adorable place. The breakfasts were personalized and lovely and so were the staff. It felt warm and friendly which I appreciated very much!

This has to be one of the most convenient location outside the city of ChiangMai. The hotel is not near the inner city but it is near the Airport. There is a restaurant just right beside the hotel. There is also a supermarket nearby called BIG C that sells almost everything, from food to daily household to electronics to clothes. Big C closes at 12 am so it is a great place to get supper near midnight.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is not at the central city but it is close to the main road and close to the airport. I would definitely visit here again. There is a restaurant which belongs to the hotel that is very good as well. Highly recommended for those who want a quite getaway and relaxation.

Overall very nice hotel. Stayed here because it was closed to meeting location. There were some minor details that could make the stay much more comfortable, from my westernized preference.

I stayed here recently for 3 nights with my girlfriend. It's not so close to the city but we had her car and uber to get around. It's a nice, clean and new hotel. On weekdays they offer a cooked American breakfast and on the weekends was a much better mixed buffet breakfast. The only reason it lost a star was its bathroom arrangement. It was a bathtub with a hosed shower head. Very inconvenient. No shower curtain so the whole bathroom was flooded at the end of each shower and the only soap provided for hands or shower was a dispenser that was poorly placed on the opposite side of the bathtub which made washing your hands a real chore. Please provide soap for washing hands at the basin and a shower curtain to prevent flooding the bathroom
