The space is really nice, and the host is great. The breakfast was also good! I’d definitely recommend it.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und auch das Badezimmer überzeugt mit Dusche und Badewanne. Alles war sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Zugang war zu jeder Zeit mithilfe eines Codes möglich. Aufgrund einer Bahnverspätung kamen wir erst mitten in der Nacht an, zum Glück konnten wir trotzdem noch einchecken.

Das Frühstück war etwas einseitig und der Frühstücksraum sehr eng.

Struttura ben fornita e confortevole. Ottima colazione variegata. Camera, bagno e spazi molto ampi e comodi. La titolare è molto gentile e molto disponibile per ogni richiesta. È possibile lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check out. Si trova in un'ottima posizione, in una zona tranquilla e residenziale, con locali di ristoro facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Anche il centro storico è raggiungibile facilmente a piedi o in metro, la fermata si trova a pochi metri. Anche la stazione del treno di Bruselles Midi è raggiungibile a piedi in un quarto d'ora. Fornitura di carta igienica e saponi su richiesta. Sono disponibili guide turistiche da utilizzare all'ingresso.

Camera molto grande con un bagno ampio, pulizia ogni giorno, colazione discreta, anche se non molto ricca, ma e’ un B&B di famiglia, mica un albergo (croissant buonissimi). Anche se la struttura ha del mobilio moderno, alcuni pezzi sono autentici che parlano dell’altra epoca, il che e’ molto caratteristico. La proprietaria è molto disponibile, vive sul piano terra, quindi e’ come avere sempre la reception sotto mano.

Della struttura piaciuto tutto, nulla da segnalare. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, non si trova a Bruxelles ma a Saint-Gilles, un comune con certa gente trasandata, il che, al primo impatto, non fa una buona impressione. La struttura è situata a 5 minuti in metro da Gare du Midi, 15 min in bus dal centro, quindi, se uno cerca una posizione centralizzata, non e’ il caso. Ma noi siamo stati contentissimi di aver scelto questo B&B per un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Principalmente a localização, uma saída de Metro quase à porta do alojamento, embora se faça muita coisa a pé! O quarto era enorme, bem equipado com mini frigorífico e microondas e ainda uma mesinha de chá/café. Cama confortável.

As almofadas podiam ser um pouco mais confortáveis.

Gyönyörűen berendezett, nagyon felszerelt, szép állapotú. Kedves személyzet, teljesen alkalmazkodó képes. A környék kicsit balhés volt, de könnyen elérhető 10 perc alatt a vonatállomás, és sorban a nevezetességek.

Összességében meg voltam elégedve, DE én emeleten laktam, és amikor már este aludni készültem, rendszeresen nagyon hangosan beszélt valaki a szobám közelében, és így nehéz volt aludni.

No views from frosted windows. A little warm ..heating on a lot. Small dining room and small window of opportunity for breakfast. Tea and coffee facilities but not coffee/milk. No foot towels in room until 4th night of 4 nights.

Una camera gigantesca, un bagno altrettanto grande fornito di ogni servizio, tra cui Bidet, doccia, vasca, due lavandini. Asciugamani puliti. Possibilità di accendere e spengente il termosifone a proprio piacimento. La proprietaria di casa abita al piano sotto, e se al momento del vostro arrivo non è in casa, vi aprirà il portone da remoto, quindi nessun problema. Lei è super disponile e gentile. La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo e si fa una una stanzetta al primo piano, è molto casareccia come situazione, ma comunque bel apprezzata. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Scale un po’ ripide, senza ascensore, per un passeggino sarebbe un po’ scomodo, ma noi che avevamo solo lo zaino in spalla nessun problema

Breakfast. Although I read the reviews before booking and I knew that breakfast was not that great, I did not expect it was so sad. You get 1 frozen croissant each (only if you ask you can get more), boiled egg or scambled egg and some toast bread. There is not fresh milk. Only long-life milk. If you are lucky you find some yogurt in the fridge, not every day was there. It is not only about the quantity. The way it is presented is sad and it is not nice to ask for more if you paid for the breakfast. I would have preferred paying less and have breakfast somewhere else. There should be little more effort in serving breakfast especially if you call it B and B. I am paying for the bed and for the breakfast. Definitely very disappointed. During night room was colder than morning. Heating was on only during the morning. Overall, too expensive for what they offer.

Big spacious rooms. I was on the top level of the apartment and had a complete kitchen, dining, bedroom and seperate bathroom/toilet. Nice coffee provided in my room (within the kitchen area) The host was very kind and accomodating. I was super impressed with the size of the accomodation. Really exceeded my expectations as a solo traveller. There is no lift, only stairs.

Struttura posta accanto ad una strategica stazione delle metro 2/6 che collegano direttamente ad esempio la fiera e la stazione ferroviaria Midi/Zuid. La camera è molto grande ed accogliente, letto comodissimo, bollitore, macchina del caffè (purtroppo non funzionante per un contatto elettrico, ma quello si sistema), televisore, due divani e tutto il posto necessario per mettere i vestiti. Il riposo di qualità è garantito. Il bagno è molto grande, addirittura con due lavandini, vasca e doccia. Si potrebbe fare tutto in contemporanea perdendo poco tempo 😀 Tutto è molto pulito e trasmette una sensazione positiva. Molto gentile la proprietaria, che ci ha accolto con tutte le informazioni necessarie e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in custodia nella giornata della partenza. Colazione migliorabile ma buona, con prodotti freschi e confezionati, più votata al dolce.

Una cosa vorrei scriverla, allo scopo di migliorare ulteriormente l'esperienza, visto che il B&B merita: manca quel pochino di attenzione per rendere il cliente totalmente contento...un rotolo di carta igienica in più nel bagno, il non avere paura a presentare i prodotti della colazione in modo risicato senza dover chiedere un'aggiunta, ma piuttosto in quantità utile per tutti gli ospiti, infine l'aggiunta di qualcosa di salato (ad esempio prosciutto o salame insieme al formaggio). Se tornerò a Bruxelles sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questa struttura, sperando di trovare quella "perfezione" sperata 😊

Even though the room was facing the street it was pretty quiet and I didn't notice any traffic. Since I was on the floor right across from the breakfast room, I did hear noice from the breakfast in the morning, but if you're not trying to sleep in, it likely won't be a problem. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The host was friendly and I had the option to store my suitcase there after checkout, which was a big plus for me.

The cleaning wasn't great. There was missing hand soap to begin with, the glasses and coffee mugs didn't look very clean and in the shower there was some dirt on the tiles. The shower head had the water spewing out in a very weird setting that felt like being hit with needles, when you turned it up a little higher, which just made it very uncomfortable to take a shower. I also noticed that the light next to the mirror and the outlets in the bathroom didn't function.

Ho passato un soggiorno davvero splendido al Bed and Breakfast Le Lys d'Or! 🌸 Il letto era più comodo di quello di casa mia e il bagno, grande e luminoso, è stato una vera sorpresa, con tutto lo spazio necessario. La struttura è pulitissima, curata nei dettagli e trasmette un’atmosfera accogliente. La posizione è fantastica: in pochi minuti si arriva in centro e le attrazioni principali sono facilmente raggiungibili sia a piedi sia grazie alla fermata della metro praticamente sotto casa. Una comodità incredibile! Un grande plus: la gentilezza della proprietaria, che ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli dopo il checkout così da poter sfruttare al meglio l’ultima giornata prima della partenza per l’aeroporto. Mi sono sentito a mio agio dal primo all’ultimo giorno. 💛 Lo consiglio di cuore a chiunque voglia vivere la città in totale relax e comfort.

Tiene todo lo que se necesita para un viaje así donde pasas el día viajando de un sitio a otro, lo que apetece es llegar y descansar en una cama cómoda, un baño limpio, y por la mañana un buen desayuno, es verdad que sin mucha variedad pero suficiente

Para mi no fue un problema, pero quien tenga dificultades para subir escaleras, decir que nos tocó launa planta tercera sin ascensor

The house was safety, room was clean and spacious. The accommodiation is near to metro stop in the center. The breakfest was tasty (especially coffee).

A good place to stay. The host is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The room is big and nicely decorated. Things are a little old, but in good shape. The bed was comfy. It is not noisy.

The room was spacious, much larger than anticipated and was even ready before the official check-in time. The property is ideally located—just a pleasant 20 min walk from the historic center. Additionally, it's only a 6-minute stroll to the upscale Louise area, famous for its shops and gourmet restaurants. The Hotel des Monnaies Metro station is conveniently situated right outside the property, making it incredibly easy to explore further. The neighborhood itself was quiet and felt very safe, and the host was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The only drawback was that the room was not properly cleaned every day, but given the affordable price, overall it was acceptable.

We absolutely loved everything, from the area to the location itself and the host. We even had the opportunity to enjoy breakfast while listening to piano music played by our host’s son—a wonderful experience. Thank you for that ❤️🙏🏼

The apartment has everything you would need for a long and short stay. It can comfortably host two couples. The parking garage in front of it has a good deal for the weekend parking. Overall we were very satisfied.

There is a big hospital nearby so sirens can be heard throughout the night (despite closed windows). In warmer weather it can be difficult for light sleepers.

It had a really homely feel. The decor was old fashioned yet chic. It was close to the station and was ‘no frills’ but the host catered for everything you needed.

The room was very spacious, which I liked. I was able to enjoy evening meals in my room. The owner was always very helpful and answered all of my questions, which I appreciated.

Breakfast was only a croissant and a yogurt. I I also had a very hard kiwi. I think there was a banana the first day. Cereal was available, but the dispensing jars were nearly empty. There was barely enough for a bowl. The jars should have been refilled. I have a large appetite in the morning and was quite disappointed when I saw the breakfast. It would have been nice to have a few cold cuts and cheese and some more bread to choose from. There was just a few very thin slices of bread on a plate for us to toast. I ate with others both times and everyone only ate the croissant, a yogurt and that was it. Other than that everything was perfect.
