Awesome hotel. Too big to walk around it’s an island! Beach is amazing! Australian standards. Free rowing boats/surf boards! Gym like a proper gym! Breakfast 10/10!!! We had to check out 1 day early due to a family emergency back home and they honoured a refund! Not greedy 👌🏻

Beautiful and very clean resort with excellent service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The restaurants were delicious, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this resort.

很喜歡整個飯店用學校來做主題！ 讓很多地方都可以發現細節的小巧思～ 今次入住是在記念日 飯店幫我們準備了房間的小驚喜也非常開心 在整個園區的各種設施和活動都非常棒 待了4天3晚也不會無聊 在園區內只要叫車，幾分鐘內就馬上到 用WhatsApp聯絡還回覆非常快非常方便 即使出了飯店也可以馬上有支援 超過10分！更不用說基本的所有服務都做得很好！

我住的房間空間大挑高，浴室廁所分開這樣很方便，電話服務隨叫隨到，隨時叫有Golf Car到任何地方。

Our favorite part of our stay at JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort was the fabulous treatment given to us at the Spa! All the girls were incredibly friendly, but our massage therapists, Hai and Jasmine were amazing! We get many massages while travelling, but these two therapists were by far the best service we have received. We plan to come back next year so hope to see them both again! Staff at the Department of Chemistry (the bar) were also great.

Signage on the beach to stop people from picking up (and putting in plastic bags!) the starfish. It was upsetting to see so many people collecting or simply picking up the starfish.

The facilities and proximity to the beach

This is personal preference but the artefacts in the room and some art work can be quite daunting Also the hotel can afford to have some refurbishment Can see signs of aging although effort has been made to keep the hotel as clean as possible .

Interior design of the rooms, the pools, the pristine beachfront location

Everything was outstanding. I would love to come back ! Staff and customer service of the highest quality. Super well trained staff with high emotional intelligence and surpassing customers' needs. Facilities are fantastic. Beach idyllic. Interior design decor is brilliant. Beds are sooooooooo comfy.

Staffs are absolutely great. Please treat them well, so keep them happy, all of them were having happy faces and moods. I heard some of them mentioned that facilities start to show some ages, but I absolutely enjoyed the room and lobby and restaurant. Buggy service was fast as well!

I cannot say anything bad. At least for my needs, everything was good!

They take a 2,000 baht deposit and say they'll refund it after two weeks. I paid by bank card and waited a month, but they still didn't transfer it. I advise you not to use their deposit; they're scammers.

The location is very instagramable because of the story but the services are low for the money paid. I didn’t felt the luxury experience that you would expect. The beach is very nice and deserves the experience.

Absolutely stunning venue with great facilities, outstanding service and an experience we will cherish forever in our memories. The photos do not do justice to how beautiful this place is. We loved the proximity to the beach, the pool, kids club, the spa, nearby restaurants with top notch food. Time stopped for us during those 5 days. We hope to return soon! Thank you to all the staff for a memorable holiday that exceeded our expectations.

Front desk staff were not trained very well in customer service but the manager took over and really made us feel welcomed.

This trip to Phu Quoc Island was perfect, especially the Marriott Hotel. Our whole family loved the Turquoise Suite; the colors, decor, and furniture were so comfortable, the spacious living room was relaxing, and the stunning sea view, coconut palms, and white sand beaches made us want to stay forever. Phoebe's service was particularly impressive; we felt right at home, like family. We will definitely come back!

Property exceeded our expectation. The staff was super friendly. We loved our stay. Breakfast was really amazing. The location is unreal, every corner of the resort is worth visiting.

The resort is lovely with every corner being an instragrammable spot. Love the gardens and also the cleaniliness of the whole facility. The service from the buggy service from hotel rooms to breakfast areas and all areas were quick to repond.

The location is not too far by Grab to Sunset town but far away from any sports if you want to visit the Pearl farm / Grand World ect. however if you book a hotel like this its best to stay and enjoy the facilities at hotel and the lovely beach. Excellent breakfast with so many different varieties of coffee .

Loved: - the room (it’s cleanliness and it’s size) - theres was 3 pools to choose from - the beach looked nice (compared to other vietnam beaches) - breakfast was good - went to Fugit restaurant for dinner one time and it was great

Didn’t love: - the location (not alot to do if you went out on foot), but there was a free shuttle to sunset town

Absolutely wonderful stay. This is a truly high-class hotel with excellent value for money. The property is beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained, with perfect attention to detail throughout. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming, and everyone we interacted with spoke English very well, which made the stay very comfortable and easy. Our room was beautiful, and the view from the balcony was absolutely divine. Everything felt thoughtful, relaxing, and luxurious. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back.

I had very high expectations for this hotel, and it completely exceeded them. It’s impressive. huge, with a very unique design inspired by an old university, and highly interactive The staff is attentive to every detail. They provided fresh filtered water every day and even offered relaxing sleep playlists, checking if the pillow was comfortable for you. The room was beautiful, very spacious, with a large balcony overlooking the beach. As for the beach, it really was amazing. I had read that it would inevitably be dirty, but honestly I didn’t see a single piece of trash. There were always people cleaning. The beach was practically empty, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The food was excellent, and the breakfast was very abundant. I wish I could have tried everything.

Really interesting, quirky, hotel with great decor, AMAZING STAFF, and a beautiful picture postcard beach (it's very shallow, but beautiful to look at). Great rooms, good food and it's additional USP for couples - an ADULT ONLY swimming pool!

Everything was fantastic. We were 2 adults ans a 6yo and we were very well received. The staff is amazing, que facilities are perfect, the games and decorations and kids club were flawless. The room was beautiful, very clean. Everything plenty. And the best part, the beach!! Pictures perfect, water at 30°C, clean sand, empty beach, water toys to play, good beach bar service. Superb.

הנוף מהחדר לבריכה וחוף הים מאד יפים , חוף חול לבן , בריכה מוצללת , בריכות גדולות , חדר מקלחת ענק . שירות ההסעות הפנימי בבאגי מהיר מאד נותנים מענה מהיר .לובי יפהפייה. מיקום על החוף .

גודל מיטה עד 180 סמ , ולא 200 סמ . ארוחת בוקר אינה עשירה עבור צמחוניים , רוב ארוחת הבוקר מכילה אוכל אסייתי וסיני . למשל אין מבחר גבינות וירקות .

Interesting interiors, great option for swimming pools that had less chlorine in their pool water. The private beach was lovely with the option to hire complimentary kayaks. The staff were attentive and friendly.

Some of the restaurants in the compound only served food during the day.

Alles - es gibt jeden Tag etwas Neues zu entdecken! Das Essen in den Restaurants inkl. Frühstücksbuffet und Mehrgänger im Pink Pearl lassen nicht zu wünschen übrig! Das Spa und die Sportangebote sind auch super, die Massage im Spa war aussergewöhnlich gut.

Das Essen ist hervorragend und bietet eine grosse Auswahl. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, und es gibt einen wunderschönen privaten Strand mit weissem Sand. Es hat uns alles sogar noch besser gefallen als die Malediven! Wir kommen im November wieder! Ein besonderer Dank geht an Managerin May für ihre hilfsbereite Art!

Отличный отель, шикарное расположение, очень красивое место и территория. Процесс заселения немного растянут несмотря на договоренности заранее - все равно ждали долго пока разберутся и найдут бронь, оплату и все, что оплачено заранее (они напутали и неверно прочитали бронь с букинг ком). В отеле есть русскоязычный менеджер Артем, который очень помогает во всех вопросах, рассказывает об отеле очень интересно, всячески старается сделать пребывание максимально комфортным. Большое спасибо Артему за помощь в отеле.

Уборка не очень, забывают положить что то в ванной (ватные палочки и прочее)

-Chambres Terrasse vue mer, attention! Certaines chambres dont la 3411 ont la terrasse en contrebas de la chambre, donc la vue est partielle, à part si l’on est sur la terrasse et sur la pointe des pieds ou en grimpant sur la banquette…Ce n’est donc pas terrible…Dommage ! -Pour les sorties dans l’archipel de An Thoi, nous avons été mal renseignés sur le produit. Nous pensions être 15 sur le bateau et en fait, nous étions répartis sur deux bateaux de 30 personnes…Bousculades et désordres assurés… - Personnel charmant mais l’expression en anglais très approximative selon l’interlocuteur…

Toppenfin resort, fina rum men fantastiskt läge rakt vid havet. Bra service och utbud av restauranger, riktigt bra gym och kul med konceptet for några dagars vistelse. Kanon som en resort som destination.

Resorten ligger som en del i ett område bara uppbyggt för turism. Om man vill se "det riktiga Vietnam" ska man inte åka till denna delen av Phu Quoc. Men å andra siden om man söker en resort som destination för några dagars eller en veckas vistelse är det kanon.

Exceptional facilities and epic design language. The hotel itself could be the reason to visit the island without any needs to step outside this wonderful dream. Been to several resorts all over the world but this one is so special - almost like an endless book to read if you are curious about the details and the on-campus treasure hunt. The staff are magical - Mr. Vihn (hope I have spelled it right way if not my apologies) during the night shift who welcomed us during the very late night check-in, Ms. Ellis the most helpful lady who guided us to our room and speacial Thanks to Mr. Hubert who showed true passion in both the hotel itself and the hospitality profession. The complimentary tickets of the Kiss of the Sea show give a perfect ending note to our short stay.

The breakfast time could be extended a little bit and the sea is a lot windy than expected.
