Very glad that I booked this Riad.. All Staff is very helpful, friendly and amazing hospitality, especially Zakaria help to explain the area and whAt to do especially for me as a solo female traveller. The Riad inside the Medina and walkable to any place/sightseeing, but also close to big road if u need to be pickup by the car/taxi, so its not too far. Riad as pretty as the picture and very clean :)

My second night had another guest for very loud at 2am. But the staff solve it as the issue as the other guest not from the Riad

Un véritable havre de paix au cœur de la médina. A environ 10 -15 minutes à pieds de la place Jemaa El Fna. Nous y avons passé un séjour parfait. Le personnel agréable, attentif qui nous a orienté dans toutes nos questions. Notre chambre et la terrasse sur le toit étaient magnifiques décorer avec soins et finesse. De plus le petit déjeuner était gourmand et variés. Un séjour juste parfait 👌

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Dar des Arts. The service was outstanding from start to finish. When we arrived, staff met us at our taxi, walked us to the riad, and made sure we knew how to find it again in the future. We were welcomed with delicious tea and biscuits, and a member of staff sat down with us to give recommendations on where to go, as well as helpful advice on places to visit and areas to avoid. This was incredibly useful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a lovely aesthetic that matched the rest of the riad. One thing to note is that the bathroom did not have a door and was instead divided from the room by a curtain. This was completely fine with us, but it is useful to know if you are booking a room with a garden view. The food was delicious, both at dinner and breakfast, and the property itself was beautiful — exactly like the pictures, if not even better. We could not recommend this place enough. They really do take very good care of you.

Some of the best service we have ever received at a hotel, massive thank you to Zakaria and Issam who made our stay so memorable. They were both so kind, friendly and helpful - willing to go the extra mile to make our stay perfect (little things like offering tea, recommendations, organising taxis and waiting with us until they arrived). The location is fantastic - about 5 minutes from the main square but down a quiet street so there is no outside noise. Rooms and the Riad in general are beautiful with a relaxing vibe. Also the breakfast served on the rooftop was the best we had in Morocco. again with exceptional service - particular mention to Sofian who looked after us each morning.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Really appreciated the "orientation" to Marrakech upon our arrival. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful oasis. The food was delicious. Specifically the tuna sandwich was one of our favorite meals of the trip!

Our first night the water pressure in our room/shower was poor. We later learned that sometimes when they are using the hammam it can affect the water pressure in the building. Overall our stay was wonderful and I would not let this deter anyone from booking. It was a one time issue.

Breakfast was excellent, beautiful setting on the roof deck.

Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The level of hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A beautifully presented riad, a great location and super friendly and helpful staff. A great escape from the chaos streets of Marrakech! The rooftop pool was especially great and peaceful for an afternoon chill and cooling plunge.

A truly great experience in a gorgeous palace. The staff -Issam, Zakaria, Ellis, Said and Mohammed - couldn't be nicer or more hospitable. Breakfast is good, but a bit boring, but it does the trick and don't sleep on dinner on the roof as the chef does a wonderful job. It's in a great location and just far enough from the craziness of the Medina. They will help with dinner reservations and offer good suggestions..

Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande calore e professionalità, facendoci sentire immediatamente a casa. La struttura è splendida, autentica e curata nei minimi dettagli, con un fascino tradizionale che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e molto confortevoli. Uno dei punti di forza del riad è senza dubbio il suo staff: sempre sorridente, disponibile e pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza, dai consigli sui luoghi da visitare all’organizzazione di attività e trasferimenti. La colazione è abbondante e gustosa, preparata con prodotti freschi e tipici della tradizione locale; l’unico piccolo suggerimento potrebbe essere quello di variare leggermente di più le proposte da un giorno all’altro. La posizione era perfetta per visitare tutta la città, consentendo di girare tutto comodamente a piedi. Il personale ha davvero delle attenzioni particolari per gli ospiti e questo rende il soggiorno speciale. E l'estetica del riad è semplicemente stupefacente, è tutto speciale.

E' tutto autentico ma se si potesse migliorare qualcosa sarebbe l'estetica dei bagni. E' comunque tutto molto pulito e curato, ma se fossero leggermente più moderni sarebbe perfetto.

Struttura molto bella nello stile marocchino tradizionale fatto di colori caldi e accoglienti. Tenuta peraltro molto bene . Camera bella e accogliente e pulita Personale professionale e gentile . ( Ellis è stato una risorsa utilissima , davvero grazie )

Air conditioned was not working in rhe room first night. At 9pm we had to change rooms and then the next morning reception staff elis was extremely rude borderline racist and acting like hewas doing us a favour by letting usstay there. They moved us back to the previous room saying ac has been fixed but well it wasnt. Would work only for 10 minutes.

The riad was beautiful, with lovely interiors and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was truly the best part of our stay — incredibly kind, attentive, and always there to make sure everything was okay. Issam and the entire team were fantastic, very welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring toward their guests. We felt very well looked after and would highly recommend staying here.

While the riad is beautiful, we felt it was significantly overpriced for what it offered. We paid more than €400 per night for a suite, and in our opinion, the value did not match the cost. For this kind of money, you can stay in an excellent 5-star hotel with far more amenities, comfort, and services. The breakfast was quite limited and repetitive, with the same selection every day — mainly pastries/bakery items and eggs cooked to your preference. There was no menu or buffet option, which felt disappointing considering the price point. Another major issue was the noise. Resting in the room during the day was almost impossible, as the soundproofing was very poor. From around 8:00 a.m. onward, conversations from reception, the lounge areas, and other guests could be clearly heard from the room, making it difficult to relax or sleep. Overall, while the riad has charm and attractive interiors, we expected much more in terms of comfort, privacy, and overall value for the price paid.

The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about the various activities and surrounding areas to explore. We did a cooking class they recommended and had a wonderful time! The breakfast is delicious 😋🤤 and the pool is cool and refreshing with the afternoon complimentary fresh juice 🥤 we will definitely advise anyone to come stay here! Thank you for the beautiful time.

Great location - the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect . Breakfast was lovely on the outside terrace and the staff here were amazing . It was lovely to relax on the sunbeds after a day sightseeing .

Wunderschönes neu renoviertes Riad sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig in der Medina gelegen. Frühstück auf der Rooftop und es gibt noch im EG eine eigene Kaffeebar mit Siebträger-Maschine. Mitarbeiter waren wirklich alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir mussten leider das Zimmer wechseln, auch das wurde unkompliziert und ohne Diskussionen durchgeführt.

Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht und haben das erste Zimmer im EG nicht bezogen, da es direkt neben der Kaffeebar und den Aufenhaltsbereich von allen anderen Gästen lag+sehr dunkel war. Das nächste Zimmer haben wir nach zwei Nächten wieder verlassen, da eine Zimmerecke feucht und teilweise mit Schimmelspuren bedeckt war, auch war ein sehr modriger Geruch im Zimmer. Beide Zimmer waren sehr klein mit wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Wir hatten zu zweit einen großen Koffer dabei welchen wir ins Bad stellen mussten. Deshalb finde ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Deluxe-Zimmer nicht gerechtfertigt. Aber, wie bereits erwähnt, haben wir ohne Diskussionen ein Upgrade auf die Junior-Suite erhalten + ein Abendessen auf der Rooftop. Und dieses Zimmer ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen.

Brand new Riad and renovated less than a year ago. All rooms are made with its own style - we stayed in Junior and Deluxe Suites which are the most spacious ones. There are many riads in Marrakech, but this one truly stands out. Beautiful design, incredible attention to detail, fantastic rooms, and an amazing location. But what made our stay special was the staff — they make you feel at home and like part of the family. After a busy day in the Medina and exploring the city, coming back here felt peaceful, warm, and welcoming.

Everything. A perfect place to stay when visiting Marrakech. Great location, beautiful decor and very professional staff. The lounge area near the coffee shop was a lovely place to sit, have a coffee and relax.

The property is well-located in the southern part of the medina. It is quite easy to reach the property without much hassle, even with luggage as the path is paved and smooth and not far from the medina parking. The staff at the property are very well trained and helpful with handling customer queries and feedback. The food deserves a mention as well - excellent food, with good quality and clean ingredients which help to justify the price.

The room and the bathroom were not cleaned to the highest standard as would be expected from a place of this calibre. There were old contact lenses in the bathroom; the floor was not broomed/vacuumed after the cleaning service. There was no full length mirror in the room.

Wyjątkowa, pomocna obsługa, przepyszne śniadania, nienaganna czystość, rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Wspaniały obiekt, niczego nam nie brakowało.

The staff were super friendly, extremely helpful providing a map of the city, spending the time to explain the dos and don’ts and a very warm welcome! We were treated as if we were at a 5 star hotel. The roof terrace for breakfast is amazing but you should also have dinner one night. Not only the food is surprisingly good, the atmosphere there is one of the best you get in Marrakech. Lastly, it was my wife’s birthday and the whole staff sang happy birthday to her in the morning, brought here cake and there was a nice gift waiting for her when we came back to the riad in the afternoon. Can’t recommend this place enough. Special thanks to Zakaria who made sure we were always taken care of and Sadiq who was always helping us.

Das Riad liegt im südlichen Bereich der Medina Marrakeschs. Es ist sehr gut mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Man kommt ihm nahe genug, um nach kurzem Fußweg das Riad zu erreichen. Es ist, wie andere Riads sehr schön renoviert, wie viele Riads in Marrakesch sind. Es hat eine Kaffeebar eingerichtet, die wir leider nicht genutzt haben.

Abrechnungsgebarden haben die nicht günstige Unterbringung leider in ein nicht so gutes Licht gerückt. Flughafentransfer 45€ (vor 06:00h a.m.) der zweite Kaffee zum Frühstück 4€ der zweite Orangensaft zum Frühstück 4,5€ Abendessen 50€ pro Person Das haben wir in Marrakesch so in der Kategorie Riad noch nicht kennenlernt. Unter dem Ärgernis leidet dann die „Tipp-Bereitschaft“. Das führt dazu, dass Gelder beim Falschen ankommen. Die Servicemitarbeiter hätten es verdient. Kassieren tun aber die Betreiber, nach meinem Geschmack mit dem falschen Ansatz. Wir werden auf Grund dieser Erfahrung nicht wieder dort buchen. Das Verfahren wirkte auf uns so „ungastlich“. Das haben wir schon anders kennengelernt. Wir waren zum dritten Mal innerhalb von vier Jahren in Marrakesch und werden wiederkommen. Es gibt viele schöne Riads. Our stay at this riad was simply wonderful. We were so happy that we would have loved to stay longer. Everything—from the breakfast to the cleanliness and the beautiful aesthetics of the riad was excellent. What truly stood out the most, however, was the kindness and warmth of every single member of the staff. They made us feel like part of a family.

Adorei o ambiente, a decoração, a qualidade do pequeno almoço mas sobretudo achei a simpatia e disponibilidade do staff excelente! Muito simpáticos e atenciosos, sem serem de todo intrusivos ou inconvenientes.

A única pequena desvantagem foi o facto do quarto ser um pouco escuro e ter pouca luz natural. Também parecia ser muito maior nas fotos quando fiz a reserva do que era na realidade. Como o nosso filho ficou connosco tornou-se um bocadinho apertado, pensámos que seria maior.

Riad Dar des Arts is a beautiful Riad in a great location. The staff, particularly Issam, were fantastic. They gave us a map of the area, asked us what we wanted to do while there and offered suggestions for places to go, things to do and eat, and even provided us with a taxi for a restaurant one night and to the airport at the end of our stay. We couldn't have asked for more.

Great location, easy access to old city center and taxis. Concierge most helpful with activity planning and scheduling, always good recommendations. Cooking class at culinary museum alot of fun. Bring good shoes, you will want to do alot of walking. Thanks to the entire staff!!!

Ein wunderschönes und gepflegtes Riad. Die Dachterrasse ist die Krönung. Das Personal ist herzlich, zuvorkommend und äusserst hilfsbereit. Sie unterstützen bei Allem; bei Transporten, buchen von Ausflügen und empfehlen beste Restaurants und ubernehmen auch gleich die Reservationen. Super Service!

Es handelt sich um eine herrliche, sehr ruhig gelegene Oase, die gleichzeitig zentral in der Mitte der Altstadt liegt. Das Gasgeber-Team bestehend aus Yassine, Issam und Zakaria waren alle gleichermaßen sehr freundlich, zugewandt und aufmerksam und standen uns praktisch rund um die Uhr zur Seite mit Tipps und Empfehlungen. Sie halfen uns bei der Organisation unserer Ausflüge und waren stets ansprechbar. Das Frühstück wurde auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse serviert und war unser ganz besonderer Highlight an jedem einzelnen Morgen. Insbesondere sei hier der ausgesprochen leckere Kaffee erwähnt, der in diesem Riad serviert wird (TANAT from Paris).

Ubicación privilegiada de un Riad muy cuidado y recientemente renovado, buscando mantener el encanto, los detalles que le hacen único e introducir modernidad a la vez. El nivel de servicio y amabilidad es sobresaliente. La comunicación previa, toda la información a la llegada (visitas, restaurantes, que evitar, Hamman, tickets para visitas, etc.) o que te acompañen a la zona de parada de taxis cerciorándose que está todo en orden, es muy muy muy de agradecer!! Si necesitas cualquier cosa, solo hay que pedirlo que rápidamente te dan una solución. Aparte del abundante y variado desayuno, hicimos una comida (tarde porque llegamos pasadas las 16.00 horas) y cena. Muy aconsejables también para probar la comida local. Su compromiso para dar un buen servicio es tal, que tenían a un barista formando al equipo para hacer cafés! Mil gracias por todo Issam, Yassen, Zacarías y perdón que se nos ha pasado el nombre del otro camarero que también nos acompañó amablemente. Gracias por vuestras clases de árabe, por las charlas y por nuestros nuevos nombres marroquíes!!

Por poner un pero y entendiendo que los dias de frío son los menos, nos costaba que se caldeara la habitación e incluso el baño, quizás porque eran estancias amplias con techos altos.

The service was amazing. Yassine is amazing, he is a master at communication and concierge service. He made the experience. I was nursing a cold when I arrived and he made every attempt to make me feel taken care of. He didnt just recommend places he helped book reservations and offered meaningful advice. Location is great as people say if you want to be in the medina.

They just did renovations and things did not meet expectation. This is Dec 2025. I expect them to address this quickly. Do not hesitate to book here.
