Tout était parfait, le petit point négatif peut-être est que les lits de la première chambre claquaient au moindre mouvement. Sinon, l'endroit est formidable!

It was so lovely waking up to coffee. The sauna was also really easy to use with good directions and very well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The whole inn had thoughtful decor, maps and some games.

Très bel emplacement à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Calme et confortable! Chris a été très sympathique avec moi, je me sentais bienvenue et à l’aise! Les lieux communs sont jolis!

The room felt homey and cozy but also impeccably clean, a perfect setting to relax. Having access to the fully equipped kitchen was also very convenient. Overall it was a lovely and comfortable stay at a great price and I only wish we could have stayed longer.

There was a nice swingset, trampoline and badminton set in the back available for use, plus a sauna! Very spacious, common areas included a kitchen and sitting room. Feels like home away from home.

Dogs are not allowed so I had to leave my small quiet dog with a sitter.

Perfect place for an escapade to be in the nature and have a good weekend!

It was all good so nothing to complain!

We were greeted by Steve as soon as we arrived. He had already processed our payment. He then showed us around our room, as well as the shared kitchen and living room area. He couldn't have been more gracious. Our room was comfortable, spotless and very cozy. We enjoyed rambling around the lovely town of Wakefield. We forgot our bathing suits for the sauna!

We made our own breakfast so it was exactly what we wanted. A very well equipped kitchen was available for our use. The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The Inn was well organized, pleasantly decorated, and comfortable. One chair in the lounge was just perfect for me and I wished I could have one just like it.

Well, we saw a friendly looking dog but it was out of sight and sound by the time we got outside hoping to greet it.

The common areas were very nice, and there were many little touches around that showed the owners were very considerate of guest comfort! Beds were clean and comfortable and the nature surrounding was very peaceful.

What a beautiful stay! The owner welcomed me in person for check in and show me around. The room exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and how it felt like home. Would Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Breakfast served is an excellent one, far away from typical fried eggs and bacon :-) Chris is an excellent host and made our stay pleasant.

Nice quiet place to unwind, relax and enjoy the pleasant surroundings. the yard is big with a garden of vegetables growing as well as raspberries and strawberries. Our room was nice and big just what we needed!

My friends and I only stayed for one night but we had a great night and morning! The common area is comfortable, and the sauna was a bonus!! We slept very well in our room and in the morning Chris served us a delicious and filling breakfast!! Would definitely come back 😊

Chris was a welcoming host, provided us all the details we required for our short stay the local town of Wakefield had great place to eat with wonderful views as a backdrop.

Quaint but somewhat problematic country inn. Breakfast an add on that needs to be booked ahead even though it’s a bed and breakfast. Expedia didn’t have an option to pre book breakfast Bathtub unusable because the shower pull had been juried rigged not go back in. And the bathtub drain was questionable. No TV - had to bring laptop for my granddaughter to watch the movie I’d promised her Very loud guests coming in and out late at night - creaky floors so heard every sound. In what I can only assume was a basement or barn at some point. Smell of marijuana all morning. Nice common room but nothing to do in there either. No water bottles or anything of the like. A few complimentary snacks in the kitchen and full use of the kitchen is a positive. Stove, sink fridge, kettle, Microwave, coffee maker. One of my bedroom doors was unlocked this morning and I didn’t unlock it. Not sure if it actually locks. Friendly owner. Very welcoming but I only stayed one night so I don’t know if he would have helped to resolve these issues. Bathroom was newly renovated other than the tub. And beds were comfortable. Very spacious room.

Chris is an accommodating host, attentive but not obtrusive. It was perfect for our MTB getaway. Loved the use of the kitchen .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Grange. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. The property is very cozy and comfortable. We made use of the well equipped kitchen. We look forward to our next stay.

It was clean and quiet.

We saw in the photos that there was a breakfast and we realized there would be a charge. But we were never given any information about it when we arrived and there was no mention of it in the literature. The tub needs replacing. The end posts on the bed were loose. There was little interaction with the host.
