Glades Hotel

We reluctantly booked this hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing hospitality of the staff. For a budget stay, everything was pretty good. Best wishes and good luck to the team!

We weren't chuffed about the lack of a hand shower in the bathroom, otherwise no complaints. The hotel seems rather understaffed, but everyone was pulling off a lot more than expected.

The room did have a chair. The TV was not working. The staff should have checked before giving us the room.

Very clean hotel with very attentive staff. The rooms are small, like 90 sft, but it has everything one needs. The bathrooms are spacious and have all facilities. We were going from Manali to Hyderabad and wanted an inexpensive place to spend the night, and this was perfect. The restaurant is also very good with a good breakfast and well-made food.

I would like to share my disappointment regarding the ₹1,000 late checkout charge that was applied during my stay. I checked out at around 2:00 PM instead of the standard 12:00 PM because I returned late from an important interview. This extension was never planned. I had left the hotel at approximately 9:00 AM and only returned at around 1:30 PM to collect my belongings before checking out. Therefore, I hardly used the room beyond the normal checkout time. Additionally, I checked in at around 7:00 PM on the previous day, despite the standard check-in time being 2:00 PM. While I did not expect compensation for the delayed check-in, I was surprised that no similar flexibility was extended for a two-hour delay in checkout. Considering these circumstances, I kindly request that the ₹1,000 late checkout charge be reviewed and refunded as a gesture of goodwill. I hope you will consider my request positively, as I otherwise had a pleasant stay.

Comfortable, close by to both mullanpur and mohali stadiums.

Food and both restaurants, comfort of room were very good.

Section 55 was too far out of main area, close local shops were not for tourists.

Good Professional staff, nice clean posh rooms but small but very nice facilities so loved the stay ,buffet breakfast superb.

Very clean hotel with friendly, polite and helpful staff . The food in the hotel restaurants was very tasty. We especially loved the rooftop restaurant and bar where we enjoyed spending most evenings..

Clean, modern room. Comfy bed, hot shower and good WiFi. We ate in the roof top bar, which was lovely. . Breakfast was good too

Arrived around 5.30pm to the foyer being fumigated, making check in uncomfortable.

Large comfortable and clean room. Dinner was delicious and serves were large - we couldn’t it it all. Good buffet for breakfast. Good value for money.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, 24/7 room service, restaurant/bar serves good food and very friendly hotel staff.. Overall very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Just a little room for improvement is to manage loud music for parties on the rooftop. Occasionally it may be a nuisance to some guests.

Staff are the jewel in the crown of this hotel— friendly, courteous and very helpful. The restaurant offering caters to a range of tastes and all the dishes I had were substantial and delicious. Single rooms are small but well appointed and comfortable.

My room was located on the first floor close to the kitchen and washup area, which can be busy and noisy until late. Full marks and gratitude to the staff for the understanding way they handled my request to be relocated for my second night.

Great restaurant on the roof open to 11 so suited our late arrival. Lovely room very well equipped good shower with lots of hot water and pressure. Good breakfast Staff very attentive . Perfect and great value for leisure or business. Would absolutely recommend.

Everything, receptionist so rude. And property put some stuff in room for eating like chips and chocolates. Without mention that its chargeable. At the time of checkout they are asking 1500rs for those chocolates and chips. I never suggest anyone to stay there

We stayed at Glades for an extended period of time. The staff are just AMAZING, very polite, very helpful, just don't have enough words to express 😄 overall great experience! Would consider Glades for future visits too!

There's not much of a view from the room, which is alright considering the location. But we were here to explore anyway.

Breakfast was served late. I had to rush. The spread was ok.

Small rooms, congested corridors, at night the facade light is a problem. Due to glass windows, you cannot have complete darkness in the room. Curtains can block 90 percent of it but rest 10 percent was annoying. Food (pizza) served in the room was below par, service was too late.
