I envisioned the suite being a lot nicer for the money you spend.
It wasn't as nice as the picture lead on.
Location
Great vibe amazing stay
Theragun, lobby, art
Wonderful experience, close to everything downtown. Staff was amazing and accommodating and professional.
We had a wonderful stay at Limelight Denver. The property is clean, cozy, quiet and located so close to everything downtown. We found the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, well laid out and the Amex Fine Hotel perks (breakfast, property credits, late checkout, etc) were an added bonus. The in-house restaurant (Ajax) had wonderful servers and food. The view of the trains and Union Station was surprisingly quiet and fun to people watch from our window in the mornings while sipping an in-room espresso. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we return to Denver in the future.
Excellent hotel with easy access to Union Station.
Excellent experience. Fantastic service by Nick at front desk. Room was great. Super clean hotel.
Just the best, easiest, classiest place to stay in downtown.
The location is a prefect distance from the happening area of Union station. Atmosphere was very modern and friendly. The rooms were very lovely and comfortable. Booking thru Amex made the value a truly great experience. Cleanliness of the room and hotel was spot on. Noise level is great. Room service was quick and responsive. The amenities were very useful, only one I wish we had was a fridge to store left over food from our trip.
It was a great hotel, very close to Mile High Stadium and Ball arena. Perfect downtown hotel.
I so enjoyed our stay here! Probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in! It is right at Union Station, so we walked from our Canyon Spirit passenger train from our tour from Moab to Denver straight into the hotel. So nice! The front desk offers you a free wine spritz or a lager when you arrive. They also have a nice coffee machine with all the flavorings. The staff is very nice, and helped me figure out how to call an Uber (my first time, lol). There is a nice restaurant that we ate at onsite. Also, a handy tip for transportation if you need a ride to the airport. The train is the way to go. There are 4 kiosks with blue tops. You can get a 3-hour ticket or an all day ticket. We got an all day ticket, and if you are a senior, check that box. The ticket was $2.50! The train leaves every 15 minutes for the airport. Take the A Line on Track 1. It will take you approximately 45 minutes to get to the airport, and it will be the last stop.
We had an amazing experience with this hotel. Every staff member we engaged with were very helpful. The gym also had a Tonal machine and two Peloton bikes that we enjoyed working out on. The location was close to everything in downtown Denver (Ball Arena, 16th St shops, etc). They also offered a free Audi eTron experience where you can use the electric car for 2 hours; we opted going to the Flatirons which was great for us because we were able to go inside the National Center for Atmospheric Research, which we weren’t aware of initially.
We were there for the Olivia Dean concert and are Chase Sapphire Reserve card holders. Let me tell you. My sister and my Mom were with me and what an amazing experience. Location is amazing and safe. Great staff and employees! Super clean and all the amenities make this hotel! Truly one of the best stays I have had in a long time! Thank you for making our experience amazing. Also the drip coffee, coffee machine and water stations throughout the hotel was such a perk!

We had such a great experience at the Boulder Limelight we decided to try their Denver property for a few nights as we stayed to see friends and family. Unfortunately our stay was not as enjoyable as in Boulder. The overnight parking is $64 per night. Yes that right its high and I live in Chicago. Fortunately we discovered that they park with SpotHero which reduced the cost to $33 per night. Although it is well located in "LODO" it is not easy to navigate with traffic from concerts and games. The rooms as nice but don't as nice as Boulder. Same with gym. And there is no pool. There are lots of restaurants close by including a wonderful Italian restaurant Tavernetta is attached to the hotel. Overall the staff was attentive and helpful but not very personable. In fact, they lacked any excitement or courtesy often found with luxury hotels as they self brand. We returned late Saturday night around 10:30pm with no-one outside. It's valet parking. We waited a few minutes and then a guy came out of the hotel. He was not friendly and then I reminded him of the parking receipt in the front window of the car which tells the valet we are guests and return parkers. He made a flippant response and walked off. I then stepped into the lobby confirming with the two people at the front desk that he was the valet. One of the reps made a couple of off handed remark in response. I clarified my question as the supposed valet did not look like the other valets and I just wanted to verify he was the valet. The front desk clerk, made another comment that made me stop and turn to say, your tone and response with me is unacceptable. Unfortunately, it really upset me and kept me up for a while. As I thought about it, the overall impression of the hotel staff is that they are not happy and it's just a job. Not what you usually expect. I hope that my interaction was just their team member having a bad day and not an anti-gay slur (though we did not see other same-sex couples in the hotel or neighborhood). The hotel itself is nice, comfortable and quiet. But like much of Denver this trip, it is expensive for what you get. They need to better match to their newer property in Boulder.
I’m in love with this hotel! Easy breezy check in and a wine spritz too … yes please! Cozy lobby with water and coffee and happy birds by the elevator - love them! The wood accents - love! Plant near the elevator, gorgeous artwork, mountain in the closet, humidifier for guest use - love each and every thoughtful touch here. Rooms have a safe, stocked mini fridge, snacks, espresso machine, QR code for room service! Love the welcome text / concierge service. Bed and pillows are comfy, curtains block out light and shower was perfect! Nice soaking tub if interested and counter room for toiletries in bathroom. Full size toiletries for use including liquid hand soap- thank you! Housekeeping was great. Corner King room is spacious, clean, and decor is cozy and warm. Location was great just steps away from Union Station, a short Lyft to Cherry Creek, a short walk to Ball Arena and great restaurant options near by, Whole Foods across the Street and a park right up and over the steps over the train tracks.
Fantastic Denver stay during my family’s trip to Denver. Highly recommend this hotel if in Denver. Close to a lot of things nearby and rooms were awesome. Clean and comfortable and staff helpful. Will definitely be back!
This hotel was an absolute "joy"! The location is unbelievable...at the intersection of the rail line from the airport and the free bus shuttle along 16th Street! Once inside, the check-in experience was friendly and efficient. I felt like I was entering a hunting lodge when I entered my room (with wood paneling and exposed walls.) The furnishings were sleek and modern, the bed was comfortable and the internet and tv service were easy to use and lightning fast. I also appreciated the focus on being environmentally friendly. An added treat was the green tea-lemongrass scented bath products-very refreshing with temperatures reaching nearly 100 degrees. While I was attending a conference and did not get an opportunity to dine in the restaurant, I popped down to enjoy a happy hour beer with colleagues and found the staff to be attentive. In fact, every single person I encountered was super friendly. Checkout was a breeze too. It is an unexpected surprise when the hotel is such an important part of a travel experience! I had never been to Denver before and was not familiar with the Limelight hotel brand before this experience. I can't imagine staying anywhere else and made sure to but a Limelight water bottle as a remembrance. And I have been sharing my outstanding experience with everyone I've talked to since!
I was charmed by the interior decor of this place and it's at an unbeatable location steps away from Union Station. I was worried about the noise, being in the heart of downtown, but I slept better at this hotel than I had at any other! It was a great experience from arrival to departure, and would highly recommend for any traveler passing through Denver. I look forward to returning!
Selected this hotel for location and will return for ambience and service! Located just a few minutes walk from Union Station, this is a modern and attractively appointed hotel. Love the industrial features and the friendly vibe-a wine spritzer upon arrival, water and hot beverages in the lobby, recycling facilities, and bulk bath products. We were upgraded to a suite with a beautiful View of the train station-quite spacious and comfortable. Very clean! We stayed on the American Express Fine Hotels package-great value including breakfast at Ajax, $100 credit and late checkout.
Great location for walks, park, and restaurants
None
Great hotel located downtown, and just steps away from the train station, which provided easy access to the airport line. Staff are great, rooms spacious and clean, and overall a very positive experience.
Great hotel. We enjoyed our time there.
Great location. Clean facility with a rustic charm. Fantasic rooms with all of the comforts of home. Staff was very responsive to questions and needs.
Easy trip from Denver airport to Union station which is practically adjacent to the hotel. Exceptional experience. Union station view allowed us to see July fireworks from Coors field. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Room was clean and housekeeping were attentive.
Great location for downtown activities. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice decor in hallways and rooms. Water station on floors. Bikes available for free.
Parking expensive but valet staff very friendly and efficient.
Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Location was perfect. Close to everything. The room was comfortable and the food/service was amazing. Highly recommend!
We originally wanted to stay at the Crawford Hotel inside Union Station, but it was sold out, so we booked the Limelight Hotel Denver instead. Looking back, I’m actually glad things worked out that way because our experience at Limelight exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, Jacob at check-in made us feel genuinely welcome. He recognized our Chase The Edit reservation and went above and beyond to make sure we understood all of our benefits and felt like valued guests from start to finish. Our room overlooked Union Station, and waking up to that view every morning was absolutely incredible. It’s hard to imagine a better location for exploring downtown Denver. A special shout-out also goes to Joy at the Ajax restaurant. She provided outstanding service every time we visited and made every meal feel warm and personal. Booking through Chase The Edit made this stay even more exceptional. We received: * A $100 food & beverage credit * $60 daily breakfast credit * Complimentary snacks * Preferred guest treatment throughout our stay Union Station is literally outside the main hotel entrance so getting in and out of the airport was easy as 1-2-3 with direct train service every 15 mins. If you have a Chase Sapphire Reserve and are considering using your Chase The Edit benefits in Denver, I honestly can’t recommend Limelight enough. The value is phenomenal.
Great location, friendly staff, excellent restaurant within the hotel. The rooms are spacious, well designed and clean. Considering it's down town, there isn't a lot of noise at nights, but some of you might want to bring earplugs.
This was the first time we stayed at Limelight, but if we visit Denver again we will be sure to stay here again. Great overall experience!!
Limelight hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff are top notch and eager to please. I would certainly consider a return visit.
Overall, our stay at Limelight was lovely, the location is convenient to museums, great restaurants, Commons Park, and fun biking/running routes along the south platte river. The highlights of our stay were the tremendous customer service, complimentary bicycles, & our Chase perks! Thanks for a nice stay in Denver!
Great 3 night stay at Limelight Denver. Hotel amenities are great, location perfect. Staff were excellent during our stay. The room was great - comfy bed, lots of space, great amenities in room and nothing was an issue for the staff!! Will be back - found our new favorite place to stay in Denver.
Cute place, too bad they prioritize form over function! Pros: Excellent location Friendly staff Cons: Zero storage in rooms (not practical for more than one night). Lukewarm coffee by 9am… cute dispenser, no insulation 😆 Travelled as a couple, age 45
close to our venue
Great amenities. Great facility. Perfect location for our stay.
a little pricey but would've stayed longer and will be looking for limelights in other areas!
The hotel is located nearby the station, making it easy to walk, commute. Room is clean and daily cleaning is included.
They charged $190 extra on check-in, $30 for each day * 3 = $90; plus $100 deposit. $30 was for anemnities -- basically gym. I paid over $1000 on the trip and the breakfast was not even included; I asked: Is it included? they said - no, but you can use $10 credits per day for food / room service. They charge $30 per day for useless facilities, and can't event give me a bun with fresh coffee in the morning. This was terrible experience, I highly not recommend staying here. I booked this hotel I saw 9.2 rating on Booking thinking it is something wonderful, but it was just a mediocre hotel. Don't go here, just don't. They don't even apologies for that experience, and Google Maps is full of similar reviews to mine, I have no idea how they did 9.2 rating on Booking, it is like a scam.
My daughter and I spent two nights at the Limelight in Denver. We had stayed in the Limelight Aspen last year and were looking forward to staying in Denver. We were totally spoiled by the Aspen stay, so that may have colored our experience. There was nothing wrong with the Denver property. The room was good size, bathroom very large and we had everything we needed. The cons (for us). Arrived and the valet/bellman opened the door for us but didn't offer to help with luggage. This is a first. We wanted to get something to eat but arrived just after the kitchen had closed at the restaurant in the hotel. I thought they had a bar menu, but we were told all we could get was a drink. So, we did find a nearby restaurant that was still open. We put out a Do Not Disturb sign but took it down when we left for breakfast. Our room was still not made up by the afternoon. I called the front desk, and they said that it's possible it wasn't made up because we had the sign out. They did send someone and she did a great job but didn't leave any additional toilet paper. The location next to Union Station was very good. Check in and out was fast and efficient. The staff we came in contact with were pleasant, but not sure this is someplace we would stay again.
excellent friendly and courteous staff. convenient location, steps from union station. A++
Everything about the Limelight Hotel was Terrific! I truly enjoyed my stay!
Great location near the train station (cannot hear the trains), restaurants and bars. Next time I come here, I will forego the rental car since the hotel is within walking distance of many attractions.
Had problems with housekeeping - did not replace coffee or water cups. Left an ironing board expanded that would not collapse. Removed all the soap from the room and did not replace the bottles. Added a night - Saturday with Morgan Wallen in town and the charge was $800. The price was excessive for this place. About half would have been more appropriate.
Stayed here for quick trip to Avalanche playoff game. Location (right next to Union Station) and walking distance to Ball Arena makes it great. Quiet for downtown location and restaurant/bar on site is great. Room was very clean and love the wood-themed decor throughout.
World class service by the entire desk staff and valet. Special shout out for Dante.
Outstanding lovely hotel in the center of Denver - from beginning to end, it was a luxurious relaxing good time!
The staff are doing an excellent job. They were consistently attentive, maintained a positive attitude, and conducted themselves in a professional and courteous manner throughout my stay. The afternoon meals did meet my expectations, and the ambiance was excellent and highly enjoyable. The location of the hotel was exceptional, situated right next to Union Train Station and in the heart of downtown. The vibrant atmosphere and surrounding city life greatly enhanced the overall experience.
This is a nice and fancy hotel. They'll loan you an Audi! The room keys are wood! You can ask for a tea kettle for your room (a genuinely nice amenity). But the beds? The pillows? The two most important parts of a hotel? Horrible. Terrible. I'd avoid this place if you can.
This hotel is a great bonus when you want to be near many cool things. I loved that it was close to Union Station, attractions and Coors Field. The convenience of hoping on a train to the Airport at a very reasonable price was an unexpected bonus. I will say I can't afford to splurge like this all the time, however I enjoyed every minute. I like the eco-friendly options as well. I would totally go back!
thoughtful amenities, good restaurant, comfortable bed. Above average, as a frequent business traveler.
Way too expensive for what it was.
This hotel is SO nice and very convenient in relation to my office, so I was able to walk to/from work. Every staff member, from reception, to housekeeping/maintenance, and the Ajax employees, were so helpful and made my stay exceptional. I'd particularly like to shout out Jacob at reception! He was my first & last point of contact and made everything so easy, which was nice in getting the lay of the land in a new place. This was my first time at the Limelight but I'll definitely be back when I come into town for work in the future.
Upsetting to find out about the obscene charges made on my credit card after check out for consuming items (chips, cookies, etc) in the room that didn't have prices listed anywhere. Very deceiving about what's complimentary and not. No response about price transparency when inquired about it afterwards. Great location but wouldn't recommend because of customer service.
Tout, l'emplacement idéal à la gare centrale, le cadre moderne alliant bois et béton, la chambre spacieuse, la salle de bain magnifique, la literie de qualité, le personnel sympathique...
Rien, tout était parfait
Limelight is a great hotel. It’s right beside to Union Station and all things downtown, and the Ajax restaurant is excellent, with professional staff and a warm atmosphere. I highly recommend Limelight if you’re in Denver!
Top hotel - great staff. Centrally located. Rooms are super clean and modern. Housekeeping staff is fantastic- quick reply to any request. Would definitely recommend this property. In addition, the restaurant next door is top rated. The hotel restaurant offers a great happy hour - very busy and fun place.
Superb location. Large and spacious rooms. Very clean. I stayed a year ago and raised an issue re whether the shower gels and shampoos were vegan (no animal testing and no honey). They didn’t know - fair enough. Same issue this year and still they didn’t know. The staff were eager to try and find out the answer but couldn’t. Who knows what they’re putting in the anonymous bottles - but it looks and smells cheap. Most luxury hotels get these details right. But they get the really important stuff right.
Always great to stay at the Limelight. We stay and go to the Denver Nuggets games. Great happy hour prior to the game. Love it 😀
My stay at Limelight Union Station was very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel restaurant Ajax was a little pricey but I the burger with string fries was delicious. The waitress even made me an Americano that really was amazing.
Limelight is located centrally and Angela from the front desk was very helpful! Double queen bed for a family of 4. Spent 5 nights there.
Hotel location is perfect, walkable from Union Station and to a number of restaurants upon late night arrival. Also great for walking to sports games with a number of stadiums nearby. Employees are courteous and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Audi trial was a highlight, and saved us a night of rental and parking. One downside is that there is no business center for private conference calls, but for the leisure traveler, this would not be a problem.
Great Location! Union Station and Coors Field are located in close proximity to the Limelight Union Station is a major transportation hub with railway tickets running $10 to the Airport. No need for an Uber! A short walk away, typically just a few minutes. Coors Field, the home of the Colorado Rockies, is also within easy walking distance, usually around a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel's location, with many places to stop and grab a drink or coffee! Great Atmosphere! Cool vibes and excellent staff. Acknowledged your presence and offered help at all times. Food at the bar and breakfast was super yummy and water and coffee were available throughout the morning and day. It's a bit pricier than most hotels in the area, but if you got the funds, stay here....it won't disappoint!
Limelight treats everyone like royalty!
Although the hotel is well situated and overall a nice property it’s way overpriced. I’m sure it’s worth the money.
We enjoyed our stay greatly, my kids took full advantage of the hot chocolate that came out of the coffee machine in the lobby, the lady at the front desk gave my kiddos a stuffy that has quickly become a favorite toy! Thank you for making our stay so special! We would highly recommend limelight hotel to anyone!
Lovely. Handsome. Great location downtown - took the train from the airport to Union Station and it’s maybe two minutes from exiting the train. Lots of stuff nearby. Staff has been warm and welcoming. Well appointed rooms with just about anything you need. The blond wood theme is super snazzy. Will come back!
This hotel is divine! Beautiful, luxurious-feeling, and meets all your needs. Location is right in the heart of everything downtown Denver-- you can literally walk just about anywhere you want to go (or bus very quickly). It is quiet and the views of downtown are nice. The restaurant on-site is fantastic! I have had breakfast, drinks/apps, and dinner there. It is a wonderful restaurant with great waitstaff and a variety of excellent food. I have stayed here twice and will again.
Beautiful hotel. Great amenities and service.
Great staff great atmosphere and very clean
We stayed at the Limelight Denver for a family wedding in mid March; it was of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff members/employees were excellent, from the Group sales/reservation folks who accommodated us when we had extenuating circumstances due to storms that disrupted our arrival travel, and when we needed to do some room changes. The front desk staff members were gracious, very competent, and very welcoming. The adjoining hotel restaurant was lovely with great food, great place for people watching and our daily credit made it very affordable. I loved the decor, from the art on the walls to the wooden treatments on the wall, walls and ceiling in the guest rooms and common areas. The second floor Terrace was a sweet secret garden in the midst of the busy union station area. The fitness center was very clean, convenient and well equipped. The coffee maker in the room was good and the one in the lobby by the fireplace was great. The valet staff were awesome and super courteous. It was a lovely to walk around and look at the art on the walls throughout the hotel, including the birds by the first floor elevators. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the ability to walk to shops and even get a hotel discount at some of them, take the train to multiple places and walk to restaurants and Whole Foods and CVS and then amble a short distance to the Bustsng station mere steps from the hotel and head for the slopes at the end of our week in Denver. Limelight Denver was a great place to gather the bride and the groom’s families together for a week of celebration and getting to know each other better. We had a blast and we shall return!
I stayed there for 5 nights. The housekeeping is just not okay. There was a candy leftover on the floor from previous guest and it was still there when I checked out. I need to request the front desk directly in order to have the coffee capsule being refilled (really?). The fridge is full of drinks (paid ones) and I couldn’t even put my own drinks into the fridge.
Great hotel to stay at for a upscale weekend in the city
It is an absolute first-rate hotel.
Very nice experience for a two night getaway. Location is amazing - walked to dinner, to an Avalanche game, to a great bar. Decor is lovely and the room was in great shape. We were treated well.
Loved it! Walked to the park, restaurants and 16th street mall.
None
It’s so nice and all the staff is extremely friendly. Quite literally my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I travel all the time 10/10.
I'm a little torn how to review this one. I could rate it as high as a 4, or as low as a 1, based on various mis-steps... but settled for a 3. I think most folks will have a good experience so just adding this to give folks some context if it's helpful. First off, by mistake, I made 2 bookings at the hotel (I only meant to make one, but didn't realize I had already booked when I made the second. I realized this 4 days out when checking my reservation. My mistake, and I certainly don't think they're obligated to, but they declined to cancel and refund the second booking (I was 1 day late on the cancelation period). Again, they're certainly not obliged to, but I thought exceptional customer service would do this, I was still staying after all and had just made an honest mistake. Second, I get the sense that many/most guests book through Chase Sapphire or Amex to get the various benefits (room upgrade, early check-in/late check-out, daily breakfast, $100 property credit), which are quite generous. We did get a slightly early check in (and were granted a late check out). They said no room upgrades were available. The breakfast and $100 credit are great benefits, but mostly apply to their restaurant Ajax. And this was a BIG problem. Front desk advised they were busy and that we should make breakfast reservations, which we did. But the restaurant was a bit of a disaster all weekend. We never saw it more than half full, but they were slow to seat and slow to serve. The kitchen and servers appeared to be working really hard, they just seemed very under staffed. On the second day, the host was totally flustered and was quite rude in her manner to guests (understandable given the chaos, but a nice hotel calls for grace under pressure). She was quoting people without reservations a 30-45 minute wait (and it seemed like most of these folks were just trying to use their benefits). The food was good. The hotel is nice. Has a cozy feel, not quite boutique but not quite large hotel. Rooms are nice, but quite small. Good bathrooms. Quality of materials seemed a little low to me. Room was in great condition, but I wonder how well it will hold up. Our base level room, actually had a nice view (a bit between buildings) onto the distant mountains. Fitness room was good, including Peloton bikes and a Tonal weight machine (as well as the usual cardio gear and plenty of dumbbells). Our stay was perfectly fine, but I thought it worth noting the issues we experienced so future guests can proceed with caution, or at least set their expectations accordingly.
The Limelight is a great location to base your Denver activities from. High end yet relaxed, you will enjoy your stay…..
Hotel was immaculate!! So beautiful and loved how well we were taken care of which made the hotel feel cozy and special! Limelight matched the look of there hotel with great staff!
The location was everything. A quick walk to the ball arena made for a great night. The service we were provided was top notch. Now would I say this room was worth $300+ I’m not so sure. Everything was so expensive. Even if we wanted to play a game it was $20, when at the store it’s less than $5. The room was super clean and felt inviting. I loved the robes, my body did not and it was not made for anyone over the size of Large. We felt like we were in a house. You couldn’t hear anything outside the doors.
Was nice
Nothing, the valet parking. $66 per night
Welcoming, clean, perfect location and the staff was exceptional
Nothing
Friendly staff, free bike rental, outdoor patio area, gym, Ajax restaurant $30 credit, comfy bed. It was our wedding anniversary and the staff brought us a bottle of Prosecco and some macaroons, very nice touch!
The interface between Booking.com and the hotel. At first they wanted us to pay for our room, even though we already paid through Booking. Then at checkout they were going to charge the $30 per day amenity fee, but again we got that free through Booking.com. They were friendly, however, and worked out both issues.
Very central to Union Station and 16th street. Good vibe.
Perfect location next to Union Station. Beautiful hotel - loved the art work! The room was large and pretty with great features. Excellent service! Be sure to eat at Ajax!
Limelight Denver is conveniently located near Union Station, restaurants and activities. The atmosphere and amenities are excellent and beyond what was expected for the price paid.
Located very close to Union Station, excellent rooms and amenities especially the Audi experience. Staff is very polite and welcoming!
From a phone call “day of” confirming parking options & early arrival, to check in, the actual stay & check out … customer service was impeccable! Everyone was SO helpful & knowledgable. We booked through Chase “The Edit” and all the extra amenities were exactly as offered. Room upgrade, welcome beverage, nice surprise treat of Perrier & snacks delivered to the room, and the $100 property credit (which covered our $64 valet for one night … yep, a bit privy it’s downtown Denver at a high-end hotel). We also got $60 for breakfast/brunch that was the perfect price. Room was superior, HUGE shower (with great water pressure!) & soaking tub, comfy bed & great views (we had a corner room in the 7th floor). Very comfortable. Food in Ajax was great — definitely try the fried potatoes & sausage at brunch! Also, the free coffee machine in the lobby has all the options you’d like, including lattes, cappuccinos, and even hot chocolate! Great location right next to Union Station. Definitely recommend!!!
Wanted to stay in downtown Denver and drive up to Loveland for skiing. Be aware, restaurant opens at 7am daily and 8am on Sundays. If you have breakfast credit, you won’t be able to utilize if you’re leaving early since they open late and that’s the only way to eat on property. Other than that, the hotel is clean, and everyone was nice (except AJAX hosts)
Very nice hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Brunch at the Ajax Hotel restaurant was 10/10! We will be back!
Location is very convenient! Hotel is clean. Staff are very friendly. Restaurant onsite is delicious. Lots of nice restaurants are in walking distance, snooze, tavernette, and jinya ramen. We had a great stay.
Location was great, closed to everything. However, housekeeping here needs some training. Only bed was made for daily service, everything else seems to be forgotten. Never replace towels, toilet papers, coffee cups in the room, they didn't vacuum the room everyday, some of mini bar food was expired since 2024.
Great time with perfect location . Perfect location to get to Ball arena to see the nuggets game.walking distance. Would definitely recommend
