Beautiful grounds. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room was 45 min late, but received 2 complimentary drinks as we waited. Fuego restaurant was delicious, kid friendly as well. We went horseback riding for an additional charge, I believe 50 usd per person. Overall everything was great. Only one minor thing. The shower was slow to drain so it made quite a mess in the restroom floor. Overall I give this place an A- Would def go back for the restaurant and pleasant staff. Side note the road to the hotel is bumpy and when it rains can have some flooding. A SUV is recommended.

Very beautiful hotel, nice employees. Loved the hotel. Lots of things to do. Only complaint was the toilet did not flush. We didn’t put any toilet paper in it but it would just not flush. We called to get it fixed multiple times but they never came.

When we arrived like 10 minutes before check-in, the staff refused to let us even into the lobby area. They directed us to "go get a drink at Fuego." Even after check-in time, they still tried to stall us. I had to gently remind them that I had a reservation to eat at a restaurant. They have a lot of stray dogs on the property who leave their excrement there. Our room's floor was sticky. There were cobwebs in the bathrooms. You are limited in which pool that you can use. Only spa guests can use the indoor jacuzzi. Overall, this place has potential but it is a very expensive letdown.

The room was great we had a issue with the toliet. It would not flush and they did not offer to change the room. Other then that its a nice place.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Very nice continental breakfast, courteous staff. Front desk heloed with car services as there are no Ubers available in the hotel location. Rent a car if staying longer than 2 days. Overall, great value.

We were not allowed to check in after 4PM. Extremely pricy for what it is.

We really enjoyed our stay at entre viñedos. Out suit was super cute, clean, and cozy. The location if perfect. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The restaurant was tasty. We recommend this place.

I realize that everyone working at this hotel need their job. But, the General Manager made us feel not safe or comfortable at the hotel or area. Suggestion is to rethink your reservation at this hotel.

The staff was extremely accommodating and courteous. Room and all amenities were clean and in great working order. The master suite was a intimate setting and worth going again.

Two hotels on the same property and it’s stunning. The rooms are spacious. The restaurant was delicious. I do wish they had an Adults only pool. The pools are rather small for the number of guests and unfortunately screaming children.

Very nice, easy check in. Great restaurant . Only bad thing is very thin walls, can hear all conversations in room next to ours.

truly loved everything about this place. cannot wait to come back. they have everything you want from hot, comfortable showers to great food and in-room dining, an amazing restaurant and so much to do on the property. it’s perfect for a family. we are so excited to come back! we stayed in the master suit which was excellent and perfect for a family with a 1yr old. large rooms, great amenities and a beautiful property!

We were very disappointed, we showed up after 3:00pm and the room was not ready. I suggested they give our two guest friends a complimentary drink while we were waiting and they did not do it. We had problems with the toilet as well.

Well situated hotel, with nice architecture and beautiful landscape. This hotel is near the most important wineries around the valley.

Perfect little gem. My wife, 6 month old baby and myself. Awesome boutique. It’s part of boutique Valle de Guadalupe, however, this is a newer area. Our room was very spacious. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Big TV. GREAT quality coffee, Nesspreso. Cute outside patio with fire pit literally in front of vineyard and just a few steps from the pool. Pool is small but just perfect. Very clean; they check it several times a day. Cute little walk way towards the main hotel and restaurant. We weee there during the week, so it was very quiet and peaceful. There were other guests hanging out at the pool at night, however, we didn’t hear a peep! There is still construction going on, again not a peep. Workers are very respectful in keeping as quiet as they can. We are definitely coming back. Restaurant menu options not very big, but it was good. We had just a few items and they were great.

This property was absolutely beautiful and our stay was perfect! The staff here is very friendly and always willing to help.

The suites are really nice, comfortable and your close to the pool and jacuzzi. You are close by to many wineries.

The grand delux suite was just as pictured. Such a beautiful and romantic casita. Loved the firepit. It was cold when we went and wish the jacuzzi was hot. It was slighty over luke warm but nowhere near jacuzzi temp. One other small complaint was the restaurant. Breakfast is good, but the tacos we got down the road were so much better then their dinner menu which is supposed to be gourmet along with gourmet prices. Not really good at all. Other then that, it was an amazing stay!! All the staff were great, friendly, and extremely accommodating. Very safe and beautiful property! I highly recommend entre viñedos and will be back soon!

We come to this hotel frequently and love it. It is off a dirt road that can get pretty rough during rain, but a small offset given the awesomeness of the property. The little villas are large and have personal decks with fire pits. The pool area is pretty. The staff is always nice. The showers are awesome with great water pressure, and the beds are pretty comfortable. It’s quiet and a beautiful little getaway while still being in a pretty centralized location in the valley near a lot of wineries and restaurants. I have noticed a little bit of a smell in the bathrooms at times, but for me it wasn’t a deal breaker given you’re in a pretty rural area with septic tanks.

I absolutely recommend this place. The staff was great, the views were unbelievable, and the place is beautiful.

We love staying here. We go down to El Valle frequently and this is our go-to spot. It’s clean and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and it’s safe. It is a little off the beaten path and you have to go down a bit of a dirt road to get to the property, but the seclusion is part of the benefit of the hotel. You can sit out on your porch with the little fireplace that comes outside of every room, drinking a glass of wine while enjoying the stars. Price to quality... this is a very good option

Best place to stay in Valle de Guadalupe. Rooms are new and nice, everything is close and the best thing is the Jacuzi!

It was a really nice place in a really beautiful environment. The staff was courteous and kind and there was easy access to some great restaurants (Finca, Deckmans) and great wineries (Lechuza, Solar). Strongly recommend and we will be back.

Our suite had no tv. The wifi was week at times. The roosters started at 4am. The suite should have earplugs. Overall, the room and hotel area is great.

This property is in the perfect location to do wine tastings and touring the Valle de Guadalupe. Room was good size. Unit’s patio with fire pit is nice to sit around at night. Fuego restaurant is only a couple hundred meters away, and the food & service were great. Hot tub and pool were why we stayed here, and we were not disappointed. Only negative was the 10min when we first arrived, and 10min on the second night, that we spent killing flies in our room. We were able to laugh it off and enjoy ourselves regardless.

The staff was very friendly on arrival and check-in was easy and quick. Our room was not in the main complex, and it was nice to feel secluded with great views, pool and hut tub, and lovely landscaping. The room as enormous, and the bed was supremely comfortable. It was kept very clean. We noticed some wear and tear in the room, but generally in great condition. The wifi was a little slow. It is the perfect location - close to wineries, great restaurants and activities. Definitely worth the price. We'll be back!

Excellent service! Gorgeous setting. The restaurant at the property, El Fuego, has an excellent chef and wine-savvy waiters -- in particular, Salvador, made us enjoy the pairing of wine with the delicious plates served. A very unique experience!!

Service: Missing more atención in the pool área ENTRE VINEDOS Sección no one never went to see if we needed something, room service was with a bad Face becuse the kitchen is to far from were the suites are (witch is not out fault) even if that we gave a high tío witch is included in al bills something that is now iligal in México. Confort: the beds need some remodeling, the main bed is lumpy, and the sofábed is old and you can feel the springs. Overall: the place is nice well located, food is good, the pool is nice, rooms are nice also

Nice hotel with a beautiful small pool next to a small mountain you can go hiking in the am. Love the fire pit at night, very relaxing. The only thing we will recommend the hotel is to stop playing the loud music from the pool at an earlier time at night. Some visitors like us want to relax after having a great day and enjoy a quiet romantic night.

Dirty , over priced , no one is in charge just a bunch of people running around . the room was horrible, dirty with a bottle of water that had been sitting in the room for ages because we are sure no one dares to drink it with 2 dirty glasses. all the outlets in the hotel loose. the bedsheets wrinkled maybe not washed. i can go on and on but dont want to waste anymore anergy on something so bad.

I booked a “Villa Deluxe” room that was advertised as a separate from all the other guests with a direct view of the vineyard, except when we checked in, I was given a “Studio Deluxe” adjacent to all the other hotel guests...with a view of the PARKING LOT! When I asked the hotel manager about the Villa that we reserved, he said that it was “First come, first served” for the Villas! He later went on to say that the room we were given was the same layout as the Villa and blamed it on Expedia for not being specific. Yes, it was a nice room, but it was not what we reserved! We asked for a refund, but they refused because they needed a 24 hour notice, and we’re unable to give us the Villa that we reserved because they were fully booked. I blame Expedia and the hotel for false advertising.

Expedia website only offers two types of rooms (Deluxe villa & villa master) I booked the deluxe villa for $350 a night. When we got to the hotel, we received a studio room with a small to no patio still attached to other rooms. We spoke to the employee at reception, we explained that we had paid for a villa, he advised that the villas are in a “ first come, first serve basis” and that the hotel was full, therefore we couldn’t do anything. I contacted Expedia for assistance, after I explained to representative over the phone that paid for a villa but instead I got a studio room, she offered no help at all, I had to request to speak to a supervisor. The villa offers a view of the vineyard, my view was the parking lot. Because we were So close to the lot, we could hear all the commotion day and night. The room was nice, but had a broken sliding door. The fire pit did not work, they do not offer a blow dryer and they have the cheapest iron they could find! It stained one of my shirts. The continental breakfast consisted only of cereal, yogurt and juice - everything else you have to pay. After the ordered from the menu and paid our bill, I guess the waiter decided he earned my change because he never returned it ( $20 dlls). Overall we were very dissatisfied and disappointed by the hotel and Expedia for advertising misleading information, I did not received what I paid for. Will not return nor refer this hotel to anyone.

Room was not ready upon arrival as promised. 2 hours later we were told the room was clean and ready, to our surprise the room has not even been touched or cleaned at all. we waited another hour until the cleaning crew finally cleaned the room. I will not go back to this hotel again nor that I will recommend it.

Nice rooms. I was told to wait in my car and someone from stuff was going to meet in the parking lot. No one show up. Had to look at around for the reception. Besides that, everything was great.

I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is priced well for the area with good amenities, , nice pool, and interesting archetecture, etc. It's nice to have the resturaunt on site in case you get hungry. (I think breakfast is their best meal) The staff is nice and helpful. I liked the horses, dogs, sheep, goats and kitten on site. I highly reccomend!

Toilet did not flush,very little hot water for the shower.no bedding for our extra bead,pool was not heated,green water in the water fall that was not working,flies in the room,trash on the ground 50 ft away from our room ect. ect.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we had a wonderful time. It was a bit over-priced in my opinion, but my girlfriend had her heart set on it.

Perfect location right in the heart of all the wineries. Very well protected, gated off and staff available 24/7 on property. Staff friendly and very helpful. Accommodations are not going to get any better then this,such a beautiful well maintained hotel! Prices are high but you get exactly what you paid for. Breakfast is included but nothing special however there is a menu where you can order traditional Mexican breakfast items from and for that price you don't care.

Loved it . We stayed in one of the master suites, a 2 minute drive from the main hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable and air conditioned. You get free continental breakfast in the hotel's restaurant it was a very nice spread. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and they serve really good wines from the surrounding wineries. The service was outstanding. I recommend this hotel. We're definitely coming back

Please do not stay here, I paid for a suite and they gave me the deluxe room, when I asked them to change they made excuses and abused their position.

We had a problem checking in. Expedia says check in is at 2pm but when we got there at 2 they said it was at 3pm which was a little tough because we had a wedding at 3 and the reason we booked this room was for the 2 pm check in. Room was nice bed was comfortable they have a lot of construction going on and just wish they started later in the afternoon rather then at 8 am.

I got there a little after two was greated by a rude receptionist that you can tell he hated his job. After that I had luch in the restaurant where the waiter was also rude never came to check on us made a face because I asked him for napkins. I thought ok let's go to the room and relax. Well right around 12 woke up with lots of bugs on the bed am not sure if they were bed bugs or what but am still in pain from all the bites. I had to check out at The middle of the night. Check the bed before you lay on it for 250 dollars I got nothing but bites and a horrible experience.

When we arrived we were told our room was still under construction. Meaning wasn't really finished. I'm an easy going person but for the amount of $$ that room cost this was totally unacceptable to me. It was "ready" a few hours after we arrived but I feel like you shouldn't sell a room unless it's ready. Especially at such a high price. Once we got in the room it was fine. Great bathroom but it needed a few more days of work before it should have been listed as available. The property was cool. We liked the farm animals and the pool area was clean and inviting. The restaurant was just ok. The service was fine and the wait staff very friendly but found it strange that I couldn't get a glass of sparkling wine before 1pm. We did have a great experience with our driver we arranged through the hotel. His name was Carlos and he was awesome!! We will definitely come back to the valle but would choose another hotel next time.
