La ubicación del hotel

Habitaciones: Sinceramente tiene muy descuidadas las instalaciones (piso, sillones, etc.) el baño con telarañas en las regaderas, las toallas están muy percudidas (deberían ser blancas), el freezer con candado. Alberca: Sinceramente estaba sucia y no tienen toallas disponibles para la misma. El servicio de alberca llegó solamente en 2 ocasiones. El jacuzzi no sirve. Restaurant: Le falta mas opciones de comida al restaurante, no es económico y la verdad lo que pedimos no fue la gran experiencia.

Poco mantenimiento de las instalaciones en general. El shampoo era solo jabon corporal. Y asi muchos otros detalles.

Me gusto , el Hermoso paisaje, los caballos , la atencion del personal. La copa de vino que va de cortesia.

Se reservaron dos habitaciones una me la dieron como lo acordado ,pero la otra. Estaba muy viejita,Muy mal ,muchas arañas se veia que no la habian limpiado fui a decirles en recepcion me dijeron que estaba todo lleno. Pero yo habia pagado mas por una buena habitacion la terraza no estaba limpia llena de telarañas y polvo

The property is beautiful very clean. Staff was nice. Room was spotless clean. The room service from the restaurant was also good, fast service and good food.

I don’t think there was anything I disliked I had a pleasant stay.

We really liked the attention provided from the moment we got to the place. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade as well, that was amazing. Also we enjoyed complimentary beverages with a 10% discount for the restaurant which was really good.

How clean everything was security all over the place and view was perfect.

The location is great! We had low water pressure but the staff relocated us to a new room without a problem! They all were so helpful!

The first room's water pressure and a noisy neighbor....but all was fixed with the move!

Beautiful location, the general manager was very helpful and made sure to give us a tour and information about the amenities.

Everything was closed, the spa, the bar, everything was under tarp, there was construction around our room all day. We decided to leave because of it and the stafff was not helpful in reimbursing the rest of our stay, even tho they agreed the conditions were not good.

I like the rooms between the ground up proses vines , some parts have a beautiful view , I was see the full moon and the sunrise.

They don’t have clarification on the days is the spa open , only open from Thursday,Friday,. Saturday, I think they need to be more open and specific whether they are open their spot and some restaurants so then as I guess you planning your visit play my case I was staying in this hotel specific for the spa .

The pool had alot of dead flys.

We have stayed here twice and have had good experiences. The first time we got a room upgrade and we loved the view of the vineyard from our room! The second time we got a standard room but with a small porch where we enjoyed a bottle of wine and charcuterie boxes. We had breakfast at Fuego del Valle, the restaurant situated in the hotel, and loved the food! We definitely enjoyed the grounds and spa area.

We were informed that if we were hotel guests we could have access to the spa pool but when my brother-in-law got in, they informed him that this pool was only for guests who were getting spa services. So the misinformation from staff did throw us off. Other than that, the hotel staff was very attentive.

Beautiful grounds, peaceful and quiet

The check in staff was not polite or welcoming. The restaurant was very good. Good food and pleasant and efficient waiters. The toilet didn’t flush and was fixed upon complaint. The screen door was extremely noisy when opening. We had a room for 3 persons and 1 could not come due to an eminent death. I am still receiving notes from booking.com re the cancellation of the room for 3 to a room for 2 persons. I was requested to pay a large deposit and couldn’t receive the 600 ps overage unless I provided all my banking information. Not happy and I had a group of 5 ladies. I booked rooms 9&10 received 6&7. Not good. Too many hassles with front desk and protocol.

Gorgeous property, incredible food in the restaurant. We heated up the fire outside our room and enjoyed the starlit sky. Very comfortable bed.

Wine was more expensive than I expected for a vineyard. Lots of the amenities like spa and yoga room weren’t open and available since we weren’t there on the weekend and I thought that was a bummer.

Property layout was great. Large areas to lounge and walk around. Pool area was very nice.

A lot of the facilities weren’t functioning. Water features etc. In our hotel room the restroom needs some upkeep, shower was draining. Water faucet and sink was older and corroded. Not very clean.

La comida del restaurant es lo único que no nos agrado , nada de lo que pedimos estaba bueno 😭, tenía muy mal sabor , he escuchado muchos malos comentarios sobre la comida , el lugar precioso , excelente en todo , deberían mejorar en el menú y comida .

This property was so unique and I loved it. It has an excellent restaurant, wine, views, spa area, pool, horse back riding walking area for my dog. Multiple types of room. I highly recommend staying here

I was there off season..the main waterway was not filled up but it wasn't a big deal.

Las instalaciones son bonitas, el lugar es muy tranquilo y seguro.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. Elegí una habitación “deluxe con terraza” porque en la descripción mencionaban que tenía chimenea, una terraza agradable y vistas, pero en realidad solo hay un pequeño balcón que da a una pared con un aire acondicionado, sin vista y sin chimenea. Las toallas en mal estado muy viejas que no se distinguía si eran blancas o de algún otro color, el futón estaba sucio, con restos de comida, por lo que no pudimos usarlo, y el frigobar estaba cerrado con llave, así que ni siquiera pudimos guardar nuestras bebidas personales.

Lovely plantings, restaurant, pool area, and SPECTACULAR SPA! Food was good, and the service first-rate!

First rooms needed maintenance & we needed to be moved. Advertised that we could taste wines of the entire area but we had to beg for a red wine! (They only wanted to serve us a white or rose’!) There was a sign for wine tasting but never any information about it a never anyone there. They said the hot tubs were heated, but in fact they were only slightly less frigid than the pools.

El hotel es general está bonito, durante las noches no hay nada de ruido pero si se escuchan las habitaciones de arriba, y en las mañanas no pude descansar bien porque se escuchaba el ruido de la cortadora de césped, también se escuchaban camiones, en cuanto a los alimentos es limitado dentro del hotel tendrías que salir para tener más opciones, mi cuarto estaba amplio pero si se veía con tierra como que tenían tiempo sin limpiarlo y el baño también estaba algo sucia la regadera. Para ir a un evento está bien pero si quieres descansar y no salir del hotel no están buena opción.

A las 12:30 de la madrugada se prendía sola la luz, como que en otro cuarto un huésped la quería prender en su cuarto y prendía la nuestra

Muy limpio, área tranquila, seguridad 24/7 con acceso controlado, 2 cargadores para Tesla. Excelente!

Restaurante Fuego...

Instalaciones del hotel descuidadas, pasillos del segundo piso en muy mal estado, necesita reparaciones masivas y en la habitacion la puerta estaba de muy mala calidad, se podia ver hacia dentro y no estaba totalmente hacia el piso....animales o arañas podian entrar por debajo. Necesita renovarse y mejorar sus instalaciones, ademas de juego de toallas....... No vale el precio pagado por la noche de hotel.

Excellent spot for a stay in Valle De Guadalupe. Loved the private pool and spa. Super comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Would love to come back and enjoy the stay!

Nice boutique location and resort. It needs a deep cleaning. The towels had a weird smell and when we asked for replacements, they still had the same smell, like old incense.

El restaurante cocina de Fuego es bueno aunque la actitud de los meseros es poco amistosa y poco servicial.

La carpintería de la habitación DEPLORABLE, parece hecha por aficionados y de bajo presupuesto El diseño de la ducha, FATAL ; la regadera esta en medio del rectángulo de la ducha y LEJOS de las llaves de agua; estuve a punto de sufrir quemaduras con el agua caliente La llave del agua fría de la ducha estaba ROTA y se cayo varias veces mientras me bañaba La habitación NO TIENE buen gusto, ni buena distribución, todo esta con diseño BASICO

It’s a perfect get away as a couple and as a family as they have playground for children and a huge area where to run and play. The attention was very good and the hotel is clean.

Bonitas instalaciones, muy buena atención guardias de seguridad, check in y out sin problemas. Alberca limpia y recomiendo no saltarse montar a caballo 🏇.
