朝食料金がもう少しリーズナブルだと嬉しい

Nebuta artworks, Localization close to pier and the sea, extremely clean, well furnished, desk, openable window and the view, polite and helpful staff and more!

1. Coin Laundry area located just next to smoking booths - the smell would sometimes carry over 😅 2. No storage space for suitcase eg. under the bed or place to unpack clothes.

It was a 15 min walk to the train station, not an issue if you are driving, but if train is your main mode of transportation, do factor in the additional time required.

角部屋で海も見えて、サイコ～でした。 金魚ねぶたなど展示物もステキでした。 ホテルの近くにある善知鳥神社にも初めて行くことができたのもよかったです。

ボディータオルやシャワーキャップなどはお部屋か宿泊フロアにあると助かります。 バス・トイレのドアノブのまわりにクロカビがついてるのがちょっと気になりました。

立地がよく、ロビーにねぶたが飾ってあったり、2階の飲食店のスタッフが優しかった。リファのシャワーヘッドやドライヤーが嬉しかった。

酒店離車站有一點距離，設施也比較舊。自助洗衣機只有三台一直排不上

ねぶたがロビーなど至るとこにあり、青森を感じられてよかった！

エントランスでのねぶたのアート作品の展示、作者の紹介、各部屋入口のねぶたアートがとても素敵です。

朝アメニティを受け取れなかったこと。

早餐物有所值，不會過度。停車場數量算夠，停入的機會高。

內裝舊了一點。備品弱了一點(品項不算多、品質一般，但是夠用)。

部屋がシングルと思うほど狭くガッカリしました。

スタッフさんが皆さん素敵な笑顔で、接客態度も良かった。朝食が青森の郷土料理とかリンゴを使ったメニューがあって、どれ食べようか悩んじゃうぐらいワクワクした。味も美味しかった！

部屋に入った瞬間、タバコっぽい匂いがした。 トイレが汚れてるのが気になった。

The staff was exceptional, the location was good, and the food at the restaurants was excellent.

The hotel was under construction so we were unable to look out or open the window. The carpet was stained in several places.

Tout. Surtout le personnel bilingue anglais. Nous avons enfin pu faire des blagues ;) Nous avons fait une demande last minute pour un changement de type de chambre accordé pour une modique somme. Les produits de beauté. Un régal. Personnel du petit déjeuner adorable. Copieux. De qualité. La décoration du hall ! + éclairage à chaque tête de lit + confort des pyjamas

服務很有熱忱… 地點位置很好！

2fの予約不要夕食設備の混み具合のことをフロントに聞いたところ「わからない。2fに直接聞いてくれ」と言われた。 その際2fは営業時間外だったため、夕食をどこですませられるかプランが立たなかった。

ウォッシュレットあり これだけでも満足ですね

Nice hotel and a comfy room. The pillows were memory foam, so it was some of the best sleep in a hotel we have ever had.

A bit far away from the train station, but it was nice walking through the shopping street.

Liby of the hotel small but very beautifully decorated with Aomori traditional nabuta lanterns. Our room was also decorated with small lanterns

We booked room for three person. The room was not suitable for the family. Three beds make impossible to move in the room and deal with suitcases. Also room has very strange placed doors to the toilet and bathroom. They both in the rooms, 60 cm from the bed and not as it usual from the corridor that create big privacy issue. Generally looks and feels old.

The area was great and breakfast was really nice.

The room was very clean but the hallway felt very dusty - keep in mind they have renovation in some part of the building.

沒有提供水，員工請我們開水龍頭就可以喝，即便日本號稱水龍頭的水打開就可以喝，但一間還不錯的飯店連水也不提供，還是覺得沒有很好 另外停車場也要付費而且沒有很多位置，我們到的時候已經完全沒位子還要自己找停車位

フロントに居る年配の男の人の態度がイマイチだった。

The decorations in the hotel lobby were nice and the staff was efficient and friendly.

The parking for the hotel is split over multiple parking lots. You have to move your car from the parking lot during certain times of day even if you are staying multiple nights. The room was not 100% clean (the TV remote was dirty and the floor had not been fully vacuumed). You are unable to make any changes to your reservation over a month before your stay.

アメニティの種類が豊富だった。備え付けのアメニティの他にエントランスで頂けるのでお部屋に行く前に見るのが良いかも。

工事の時期と被ってしまったので足場が目の前にあり、カーテンは閉め切り状態で景色は見れなかった。 足場が無ければ良い景色ですね。

Posizione a 15 min a piedi dalla stazione, vicino sono presenti vari servizi (supermarket, caffè, ristoranti). Staff gentile e disponibile. Pulizia giornaliera della stanza ottima.

Ventilazione/aspirazione della sala da bagno non correttamente funzionante, rimaneva sempre troppo umida. Lavatrici disponibili in hotel in scarso numero (in totale 3), abbiamo atteso a lungo per trovarne una libera e dopo aver lavato la scarsa capacità di asciugatura della macchina ci ha costretto ad andare ad asciugare la biancheria in una lavanderia 24h/24 a circa un quarto d’ora di cammino dall’albergo. Non consiglio di utilizzarle se non per lavare uno o due capi/magliette/camicie, noi avevamo i vestiti di tre giorni di trekking probabilmente troppi per la capacità reale delle macchine lava-asciuga.

Laundry facilities, nice amenities like local apple juice at reception desk. Parking next door for ¥800/day.

Buffet breakfast light on Western options. Smoking boxes next to laundry room on second floor made the room smell of cigarettes. Rooms were small.

The previous guest was a chain smoker. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

部屋の広さは十分にあり、朝食も美味しかった。ロビーのねぶたは美しく、青森を感じた。

喫煙場所が非常に狭い、個人ロッカーみたいなスペースです。目の前の煙を吸い込む壁に向かって煙をはいてと書かれていて、全くくつろげない場所でした。喫煙者には悲しい対応に思える喫煙場所です。

ウェルカムドリンクのリンゴジュース。遮光性ばっちりのカーテン(おかげで寝過ごしました笑)。朝食も良かった。ねぶたのエントランスディスプレイ。

私の予約ミスでダブルとツインを間違えてしまいましたが、2日目に空き部屋があり移れました。ご対応いただき感謝致します。

ゆったりした部屋で、朝食ビュッフェが多彩で美味しかった。フロントの対応も丁寧で好印象だった。

部屋に入った瞬間ちょっと臭いが気になった。以前喫煙ルームだった名残のように感じた。

ベットが少ない

スタッフもとても良かったですし、チェックイン時間前にも関わらず対応して頂き部屋でゆっくりする事ができ、夜も静かでぐっすり眠れました。朝食ブュッフェも美味しく、ついつい食べ過ぎてしました。 フロントや部屋前の廊下にねぶたの灯籠がありまさにアートホテルでとても快適にすごせました。

Wir haben uns sehr über das ausgesprochen kompetente Personal gefreut, ein sehr freundlicher Rezeptionist, der in minutenschnelle unsere Fährtickets gebucht hat.

部屋が広く窓からの眺めのよい部屋でした。海が見えて気持ち良かった' 'BS4kが見られたのが良かった😆

夜、静かになるとモーター音のような低い音がが気になった。

You get what you pay for. Overall a pretty standard hotel

AC was broken in the breakfast area so you had to wait until morning to find out it they even served breakfast. A bit unprofessional of an approach as this means you can’t structure your morning well or even count on any food in the morning. -TV was lacking streaming applications -Mirroring does not work

Un albergo moderno ma impreziosito dalle splendide illuminazioni tradizionali. Una passeggiata di 15/20 minuti per arrivare al Nebuta Museum. Le ragazze al Desk molto professionali e gentili. Ci hanno assistito nella prenotazione di un taxi mattitino.

連泊は　掃除がないと思っていたら 清掃してくれていました。

今時　ウオシュレットがない事に 驚きました

The room was comfortable, and I liked the fact that the bathroom was divided into two parts: a typical Japanese modular bathroom, and a separate area with another sink, large counter and mirror, and racks for hanging towels. My room offered a nice view of the water, too. I appreciated the professional staff.

The carpeting in the common areas needs to be replaced; there were quite a few random stains on the carpet as you exited the elevator on my floor. There was work being done on the exterior of the hotel when I stayed there, which meant that one of my two windows was covered.

Apple Juice (Aomori)

Non-smoking room was a smoking room. Apple juice was not available in the morning we were leaving.

What a unique hotel close to everything..

部屋が広く、朝食も充実していました。 コインランドリーも3台設置されており、助かりました。

駐車料金が近隣のコインPより若干高い設定であった点。 青森駅から徒歩だと少し遠い。

The hotel was great, and had no issues. Staff are very friendly and polite.

The location is in a bit sketchy area. Many restaurants around there are smoking permitted. So we had to walk a bit to find smoking free restaurants.

朝食がおいしかったです。 サラダもたっぷり食べました。 他のホテルは、生野菜の補充が少しでした。

The hotel was in a good location tucked away off the main strip but still in close walking distance to everything. The breakfast was amazing, lots of local dishes to try!

早餐是結合在地食材，有特色。 飯店是口字形，有天窗，採光佳 地點不錯，雖然離火車站走路10分鐘，很安靜。 房間有大片窗戶，視野很好。 每張床有兩顆軟硬各一的枕頭。 有提供睡衣，很舒服的睡衣。每天更換新的一套。浴巾也是每日跟換。 浴室很大，有附拖鞋 備品一應俱全放在在室內了！ 這家飯店太棒了。

４人部屋で泊まったが、想像以上に室内が広い。ロビーのねぶた絵が意外性があってよかった。

風呂とトイレが別の方がよい。特に複数人で利用する場合は、一人がバスルームを使っていると、他の人が利用できない。

良い意味でローカルな感じが好き

外装メンテナンスで外部にネットがかかっていたり、8時ぐらいに部屋の窓拭きがあった。予約時に報告や記載が無く、またチェックイン時に10時から騒音作業とあったのに窓拭きは含まれないのか疑問。 バスルームの換気が殆ど無く湿気がこもりがちだった。 外気温15℃程度と寒いにもかかわらずエアコンは冷房しかなく寒かった。
