Sutera Hotel

The location of this hotel is convenient. You have everything your need is nearby. Friendly staff, delicious food, good service and relaxing. I attend our KVRM AGM. Nice swimming pool. Serene ambience all around esp the Lobby lounge

Filthy room. Sheets & towels were stained. Latch on door was broken. Never stay there again.

Hi, we stayed for 3D2N, std double room (given queen bed) with total rm89++ via Agoda (w/o bfast) for short vacation, unfortunately it felt very unworthy. Below I'll share my exp. Kindly consider to bring your family here for a long stays... Good 😊 - friendly fo staff during check in & check out - big swimming pool, felt like private pool coz we came during weekdays - a fridge available inside the room - location strategically located near to AEON MALL, and eateries Bad 😡 - ancient towels, bedsheets & pillow cases - room were half painted or more so painted to cover yellowish paint from old paint - sticky bathroom & molds on the floor - tv not working after rain on the first day, cant even find any channel - room smell like cigarettes, even though we've requested non-smoking room - buffet bfast with small options, during my stay; fried rice, hotdog, fried egg, cornflakes & cococrunch (milk not cold), bread with jams, coffee and tea, orange cordial drink (no ice), NO NASI LEMAK (only on weekends), there were condiments for porridge but the porridge itself were not prepared. Price: rm15 during weekdays rm10 during weekends (we paid only for the first day) UNFORGETTABLE MOMENT DURING BFAST:: We came down around 7.20am to register & pay for bfast, seated and start eating from 7.30am - 10.00 am (drinking coffee while observing the situation inside). At 7.37am came down one lady (i think management staff) and eating, the chef after placed the fried egg on the station began talking with the lady until 8.23am. During the chitchatting, people came to enjoy their bfast, food began to depleted but the chef keep on chitchatting, ignoring the situation (i think the issues being discussed with the lady were so serious). I am pity with the family that only ate bread and cereals during that chitchatting. Once the dining room were swarmed with people they stop talking and moves to do their respective tasks. IMPROVEMENT NEEDED: A lot of things need to be improved from room to dining room. Even though it is a short stay, please make your customer comfortable and happy to enjoy their stays. Kindly be attentive and alert with the surrounding. Thank you.

Room is smelly, lots of cigarette buds outside the room window. Bed sheets are stained but bed is comfortable. Air conditioner is powerful and cold.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, room is just nice, good enough to rest comfortably. Location is very strategic, walking distance away from Jusco Shopping Mall, around 10 mins from Seremban city centre.

Bilik bersih.

Dirty sheets, dirty curtains, smelling closets, bath towel is not clean, but the staff is very kind and very helpful when needed

overall ok

Having pool facility

The room smells of cigarette smoke, the less friendly staff especially the receptionist counter and I will never come to this hotel again

Would like to comment about the hotel breakfast. The food is too spicy. I found "asam keping" in the mee goreng. Why huh? Quite regular staying here as my company panel hotel. Please improve your breakfast immediately. Not the same as last time.

Facility so bad.room condition is not as aspected...

Easy for check-in and check-out process. The room smells like old furniture and it is unpleasant smell

Pro - location near Aeon Big. - next to its swimming pool they provided changing room/bathroom and surau. - OK wifi coverage Con: - Staffs : Upon arrival, we need to find n pull trolley on my own to my room. No staffs offer help. Very slow service at reception. - Facility : Old furniture. Squeaky bed. Bad TV reception. - Parking available in the basement but only limited to max 10 vehicles

We are in the group of taking 41 rooms. Check in on 19.4.2019 - Check out 20-4.2019.The rooms was horrible. Not well maintain.Smelly, stinct and blood stain on the bed sheets. The breakfast is average and cannot expect to much. Not recommended to stay here... We are in a big family will NOT staying here again becoz is a nightmare to all of us.

The hotel is in good location very near to the malls and area center. However the facilities are serious wear, the amenities are not clean up for the claimed 3-Star hotel standard. No towels in room, the receptionist gave me one towel at check-in, The hotel is a nice building with pretty architect, maybe it is not in a tourist or business area so it doesn't want to maintain or upkeep. Staff is super nice and friendly though. Overall it is OK for a stop-by.

Boleh la

Didn’t do wat I had been requested ( decorate room ).just wasting money

Not really clean

The room is dirty, smelly, toilet is small, bad service, the queen size bed and pillows is not comfortable, price is expensive even though below RM 100. Hotel don't have proper maintenance...and it's horror...

Its my second time and it was nice except the water pressure for shower is not satisfied me after long hour drive. hihi... Room was nice and gonna book again.

Located near to the business area and shopping mall, is an ideal place to stay for a seminar. Unfortunately, there are so many areas that need to be improved. The receptionist is totally unfriendly and not customer oriented. A friend of mine has complaining about the operator being rude and laughing while talking on the phone. The room is not clean and water pressure is low. Food is ok and still acceptable.

kotor.. x menarik langsung.. kolam tlalu dalam...kolam.kanak2 pun dalam..makanan x sedap... bilik air kotor sgt... korido kotor sgt..penuh ngan puting rokok...

great stay everything was perfect

Nice to see from outside.. But once u check in.. It is quite bad hotel.. Water heater not function, request for kettle and was given malfunction.. Doubtful to use swimming pool.. Corridor also very dirty.. May b only my bad day

Ms Lalita was very helpful as she helped to keep my jacket where I left it in the hotel room. The hotel furnishing was quite old but value for money. The location was good for a short trip. If you like to shop, you can just go to Aeon Jusco, Mydin Shopping Mall and Palm Mall.

Not so good

Terrible dirty and smelly toilet. Parking space in basement with no light, dark. Corridor wall with liquid splatter mark. Hotel staff were not friendly, I need to shout from the outdoor lobby to request the luggage trolley to unload my stuff from my car, the staff was so lazy to pickup the trolley. But when she passed me the trolley, it was no sincerity, without smile, no eye contact, no welcome greeting, hard and tight face, put the trolley about 5m from my car and leave it there so i have to pick it up by myself.

Clean room and good facilities. Near Aeon S2. Near Seremban city.

No towels in the room. Requested twice but no action taken. Broken wardrobe. Water stagnant in toilet. Stains on bedsheets. Wifi signal extremely poor. I would suggest not to stay here even for a night.

No towels in our family room. Requested to be sent to room but no action taken at all until the time we check out the next day. Quite disappointed.

Good location. Near to shopping complex and shop. Near to my working place. But facilities not in good condition. Short stay and for working purposes should value for money

Despite of the room..the door also didn't have a safety lock.Other matter is just alright.

Upon entering, the was the sound of water dripping in the shower..... The towels was damp..... The walls of the shower was mouldy..... The floor kinda feel sticky..... Please improve....

themattres was hard and the pillows was flat.theres no kettle for boiling water and we stay at family room and yet theres packed of mix coffee .

Has been booking use hotels.com and paid made but when checked in not able to find confirmation number. It created problem that I need to pay on the spot at a normal higher rate and wait for hotels.com to get reply. It Not reliable if one day I booked for oversea hotels and when I reach and tell me that not able to find confirmation and need me to pay on the spot at higher rate while waiting reply from hotels.com. It is a little ridiculous that payment made but do not get my room.

What a terrible experience staying this hotel. First moment seen it are so excited but when you check it is nightmare. Better stay away from here unless you like adventure with special purposes.

Check in is smooth and fast but mattress is due for replacement. Windows broken, coffee cup not cleaned after previous guest checked out. Water heater also faulty. Even if I set at lowest temperature but was too hot, complained but no action taken.

Disgusting room. Unfriendly receptionists. Unorganized parking lots. The balcony was dirty, full of cigarette butts. And the toilet was crap.

Berbaloi

The room not proper clean. Still have rubbish from guest before. The bed sheet not changing. The toilet really dirty with a lot of dirt at the wall, floor also the sink & mirror. The swimming pool seem not taking care & also never do the service. Breakfast its really worst. Use cordial for juice. Uncomplete also its not worth. Better shutdown. Poor service from the front line. No action taken when complain arise & ignore it.

The worst ever. I don't recommend this hotel. The cleanliness is so out. We stayed there for 15 minutes only. We complaint to the staff, they gave us a new room but the room is just like before. So we decided to change hotel.

Not clean at all. Worst hotel that I have ever staye

Good to stay here if in hurry mode. If not better check another home sweet home.

The hotel is quite old. Hopefully it can be refurbished then it will be a great choice for staying with its strategic location

Soil bedsheet and towel just dumped and exposed at basement near elevator. Rubbish and unused items kept at emergency staircase. Toilet is not clean. Bed was horrible. No light at corridor to room, feeling creepy at night. Room was noisy as the swimming pool was too close to rooms. Peek hole at door enable to see inside room clearly from outside - very unsafe. I have to use a small piece of paper to blocked from inside. Safely door latch was broken. Checked in process about 30mins, even with no other guest in front - excused given was change shift and need to restart computer - not acceptable!!!!

We are traveling from Singapore and we stop over Melaka to have adventure in the city..as an adventurer we always like to try anything in terms of food, drinks, service and most of all room accommodation. I can say melaka is a nice place. On the second day of adventure we heading to seremban and we book this hotel Sutera hotel we check in late coz we lost our way. Upon check in indian receptionist I think duty manager coz wearing coat with tie.. just look at us while sitting on their counter no greetings and no proper interaction with incoming guest. Wow -1 star service.. When we enter the room the bed sheet have yellow stains and still dirty a lot of hairs. I'm sure never change cos the smells like just finish day use and the yellow stain still there..pillow in the bed small and big not equal..haha..according to the staff that is standard of the hotel..I was not really satisfied with the cleanliness and I call up the reception to change the bedsheets..! The people working there was non apologetic.. This hotel never provide toothbrush wow again.. The worst ever hotel I believe although budget hotel paying 50$ better than this hotel.. Anyway this hotel is best in nastyness.. Not cleanliness...

5 days 4 night stayed here in room with bad condition. - bed linen is too old, smelly and yellowish with blood spot - dirty toilet with damage shower door - blockage sink drainage - room service too slow. 5 pm still not clean my room. - only provided 2 iron for the entire 3 levels hotel. UNACCEPTABLE. and the location for ironing room is at the end of the building and no one will be there at night. - old furniture, but its ok for me as long as clean.

Booked two rooms but upon arrival after a long tiring day, the reception told us that one room was unavailable due to some power problem. 4 people ended up sharing one room with 2 beds. The shower was rather run down with one missing panel, meaning the water kept coming out.

It was a bad experience. I have to change room 3x. The first room, is horrible. Broken cupboard, bad airconditioned, smelly, dusty and was located next to scary store room. The ironing room was located at the remote area in the hotel floor. It is not safe to ironing the since it is too far. Then i askes the receptionist to change room. Fed up, with the same horrible things as stated above, i check out from the hotel after 1 night and burnt my money for 5days 4nights stay.

Dirty walls, wardrobe without hanger, TV remote with weak batteries, ceiling light not working, smelly mattress, blanket and pillows, swimming pool's tiles looks dirty, breakfast only good on 1st day of Hari Raya, but 2nd day was so bad...

Everything is good except for the air conditioner needs to be repaired because it sounds noisy

Bed linens were filthy with stains. Bathroom not clean. Bath towels were old and faded.

Disapointing ,not as shown in the pictures , Bath room door cannot be closed. Room is dirty.

Front desk not so helpful, they ignore our request for extra pillow and there's no housekeeping number are provide in the room

check in was cordial ... got to know the manager..Mr.Satish.. a very warm and pleasant gentleman. in a nutshell, the kids loved the pool... the food ..especially the potion! for the price we paid.. 2 family rooms... a family of 6 ,we were satisfied... the surprise was the live band.. a true delight.. decent crowd.. we had GOOD wine...!! some improvements though...lightings in the room, and better bathroom amenities..and breakfast menu... overall good location...and warm staff...makes us feel we are valued..though we are just strangers who have just walked in.. Kudos. the kids want to go and stay again...and these are 25,22,20 n 15 years old... they have their own mind!...Syabas.n god bless

terrible, room quality did not quite live up to the expectations

except for the nauseating smell of cigarette smoke every evening when I came back from long day of working, everything is good. Food is really great. Check in/out is fast. Staff are great. condition of the bathroom is tolerable since I spent the time in the room mostly sleeping. the bed is comfortable. Air-conditioner is antic (lol) but working nicely. overall satisfied with the stay.

Old school room.. hotel just stay for sleep only... wifi in room too slow...

We rented two family rooms and a queen room. The family room slept three. It's spacious and comfortable. There are two outdoor pools. One for children and the adult pool is 5 feet deep. The pools are not that big but enough for the kids to have a splashing time. You can get ice cream and cakes easily with reasonable price at the lobby for a late night snack. It is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping centre with Hong Leong Bank just opposite the shopping centre. Easy access to eateries. All in all, a good place to stay for family with children.

Good service and excellent environment. very nice.

although the hotel has swimming pool but it's stagnant water and looked too dirty for one to swim in it. The location is at Seremban 2, a little away from the actual Seremban town.

Tv control not provided Call the front desk twice no pickup Went to front desk to ask the tv control twice The bedsheet have stain Old towel wt stain was given

The environment was good when I checked in the room. When I took bath I used the bath towel to dry my body and at the end I saw the dirty stink on the towel and I was shocked. Also the bed sheet got blood stain on it. At least I spent the night and my body won't feel itching at all.

Room is dirty, a lot of dust and sand, seems like never clean before

The only good thing to stay is there is a pool where you can hang out with your children. The water heater in my room was damaged. But if you are on your budget trip, this hotel is recommended compare to another budget hotel

Best

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel its very comfortable even for one night. Room comfortable for two person ( king size bed), spacious and bathroom clean and comfy too. The staffs are friendly and courteous. Highly recommend to all.

Check in was okay. RM100 for a family room was about right here. The aircond was very cool. The toilet can be better with more amenities. We really enjoyed the pool although it was just a small pool. The free breakfast was a bit disappointing with limited selection, we only had nasi lemak and a few toast. Considering the cheap price, it was totally worth it.

No star! Took a very long time to check in, about more than half an hour. The beds are horribly dirty, smelly and with black spots. I reckon they have washed the bedsheet and so on. The towels are even terrible with black spots, its conditions are worse than the floor mat. The leftovers left by the previous customers were not cleaned up and toilet roll were not changed eventhough it was used by the previous customers. It was gross. There was unknown phone vibration at some times. The receptionist was rude too. When i told him about the 'cleanliness', he did not seem to be suprise and did not feel apologetic. He also asked me to locate the phone myself with a very rude tone and with no intention in assisting in this matter. Although the paint outside looks ok, in fact the interior are horrible, not maintained and very old and dirty. Overall, nothing is good in here. Not even value for money, worse than a budget hotel. They dont even value the basic hygiene here. 100 without breakfast for 2? Not worth it. Definitely not coming back to come here.
