A special thank you to **Fadi and Ibrahim** for their exceptional support, kindness, and attention to every detail. I truly appreciate everything they did to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel. L’emplacement : à 5 min de la station de métro et 2 min du centre commercial Deira, tout ça à pied.

The room was good and spacious, expect for the bathroom that was inconveniently small

Not happy with hotel will never book again.

The shower goes cold on its own then hot again the bedroom was clean but the towels where dirty.

المكان حلو وينسبه لي أنا قريب المطار وقريب سوق نايف

لم يعجبني تعامل الاستقبال بما اني اول مره أصادف ، لما وصلت كل واحد منهم يخلني اروح لشخص الثاني وكان الاستقبال غير مرح .

The room is big and clean The staff are cooperative and nice persons especially Fekry, John, Ebraam, and Moustafa from Cafe Location is very good Breakfast is nice and has varieties, but need to add some essential things like yogurt and espresso Room service are very good

Het personeel bij de receptie met name Ebram heel lief en behulpzaam. Ze waren er altijd om te helpen als je met iets zat

De prijzen in het restaurant, dat viel tegen voor een cappuccino en een orange jus 50 dirham dat viel tegen .

Staff were friendly especially Beatrice.

The rooms are not sound proof. You can hear very loudly whats happening next room or along the corridor.

To be honest I like everything about this hotel. It exceeded my expectations by far. The facilities and services were excellent. Location is ideal. Spacious room with comfy bed. Staff is so helpful and friendly and working hard to fulfill the needs of the guests. Many thanks to the whole team for the awesome hospitality. Definitely a great deal. Highly recommended hotel.

We like almost everything. Good hospitality. Good staff. When ever we need room service zeeshan was always there to help. Other staff as well. Comfortable room.

The staff was amazing specially Mr . Ebram facilitated me throught out the trip. A must visit place incase you are travelling alone or with family.

We have stayed many times at this hotel in transit to Europe. It’s very clean and comfortable and location is excellent. It’s only about a 10 minute drive from the airport and a 5 minute walk to the Deira Shopping Mall. You are able to walk through the mall in about 10 minutes to the train station and go to the Dubai Mall.

I had a great stay and will come back to the hotel for my next trip.

Очень доброжелательный и внимательный персонал. Повысили категорию номера. По запросу бесплатно предоставили доп.кровать. Помогли дочери найти наушники забытые в такси по дороге в отель. Отношение выше всяких похвал. Сам отель несколько уставший, но номер и белье чистые. Расположение удобное

Nonostante avessimo avvisato diversi giorni prima dell’esigenza di una colazione senza glutine lo staff non è stato pronto al momento ad offrire quanto avevamo bisogno
