Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Excelente lugar! Estefano fue muy amable con nosotros. El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y todo al alcance de la mano, el lugar es lindo y muy cuidado. Mil gracias por la amabilidad y atención en todo momento, incluso para ayudarnos nos dejó usar la lavadora a pesar de que es de uso privado. Siempre se agradece la amabilidad y el detalle. 10/10 camas y almohadas super cómodas.

NÃO é um hotel. É parecido com um airbnb de 3 ou 4 suites. Não tem portaria 24 horas; o elevador é horrível. Se o taxista não me ajudasse, não teria conseguido entrar. Tive que pedir como um grande favor parar ter checkout às 1130. hrs da manhã pq o checkout é até às 10hrs, o que é fora do padrão mundial; ainda tive que ouvir besteira da moça da limpeza que achou um absurdo o horário, mesmo eu tendo combinado com o proprietário. O Booking deveria avisar que não é hotel! Não vale o valor pago (mais de 260 euros a noite sem café da manhã).

Todo GENIAL, El único pequeño inconveniente es la poca presión del agua en los lavabos y en la ducha.

However, I wanted to provide feedback regarding a lack of communication. We were surprised when the next set of guests arrived while we were still packing up to leave, though fortunately, we were on track to depart on time. Additionally, no one was available to assist with the remaining payment balance. While the property itself is highly recommendable, the communication during our stay was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Very disappointing stay. The property was not cleaned even once during our entire 5-day stay. The bathroom tap was leaking continuously, which was inconvenient and clearly should have been repaired before guests arrived. Most concerning, there appeared to be a serious bed bug infestation. My husband suffered multiple bites and developed a severe allergic reaction with rashes all over his body. This caused significant discomfort and affected our trip. Basic cleanliness, maintenance, and pest control were far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this property until these issues are properly addressed.

My son suffered numerous bites, and we observed multiple bed bugs in the room. I immediately reported the issue to the host, Staffon, and requested to be moved to another room. He stated that no other rooms were available. While he said the room would be cleaned and inspected, this response was inadequate. Bed bugs cannot be resolved with a simple cleaning, and continuing to offer the room under these conditions raises serious health and safety concerns. For the safety of my family, I was forced to leave the property early. We received no compensation, no meaningful resolution, and no apology. In addition, I had to discard personal belongings, including clothing, due to the risk of contamination.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025Everything. It was centric, in a nice part of Rome. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The owner was the kindest person, arranged taxis from and to the airport for us and let us start in the apartment until we had to head to the airport at 5pm. The apartment has everything we could need: sugar, salt, gel, shampoo, shower caps, big towels... the only thing we missed was kitchen scissors and paper towels.
The pillows were on the hard side for me, but my husband loved them.
