Location is outstanding near to all shop and easy walking distance, room was really clean and staff are very helpful.

The only downfall will be the breakfast ,should offer more varieties of food.

I had a balcony room but it was next to the road and very noisy. Next visit I will request not to be that side of the motel.

The property was very clean. Easily accessible from street. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Great location to shopping and restaurants.

The variety of food at the buffet breakfast was limited compared to other places we have stayed in Bal.

My partner’s breakfast was good. My breakfast was extremely dry.

Better lighting in the bathroom and a power point and more comfortable bed and the cupboard door needed repairing, otherwise everything else was amazing

The staff were friendly and helpful can't fault them. They were happy to go above and beyond. The beds were also comfortable and location wise it wasn't a far walk from the beach or shopping.

The room had a bad smell of mould, even with a humidifier bought to our room. The kids beds weren't comfortable. The hotel is at a busy intersection and our room was on the side of the road so all we could hear was cars and noise all night! The cupboard in the bathroom kept falling off and the bin in the bathroom was also broken. It was an okay hotel, definitely not the worst i've stayed at but not the best either. Probably wouldn't stay again.

It was a quiet hotel, no roosters crowing at dawn, no disco next door banging on till 3am, in a great area to spas, restaurants, good money changer across the road, 10 minute walk to the beach. Our room was modern Bali, well maintained, clean & the staff were always helpful. Markets very close by.

It was a nice hotel but it was hard to sleep since there was no sound proofing from the balcony door. Therefore you really heard the mainstreet right outside. The bed mattress was softer than my other hotels which was nice. Good breakfast and big hotel that offers about anything you could need. Great location as well.

Great spot and a hotel with all the necessary needs for a perfect trip. Staff outstanding and couldn't do anymore to make you feel at home. Facilities and both pools beautifully maintained Location is the key. In a spot to access all Bali has to offer. The breakfast had plenty of options. The dinner nights were great.

Great experience with nice people. The interaction with the people around, the cleanliness in the rooms and outside the rooms are lovely.

It was extremely loud at night in my first room so I asked to change which they did for me but charged me an extra $90 a night to do so. I had the same issue at the Pullman but they changed my room for free. Both rooms had mosquitoes in them, I ended up getting extremely sick and returned home. Staff were lovely.

Breakfast was great and had abundance of choice. Pools were good. the upper level was nice but view horrible where as down stairs was awesome but loaded with kids and not enjoyable.,

Room - this was NOT what we paid for. we booked the presidential pool view with balcony and sofas. it only had 1 chair so we could not even eat in the room together. also no sofa to relax on like the picture showed. we paid TOP dollar compared to friends and our was the worst room. the BED was HARD and i had to ask for a mattress topper (which they did provide). i was really specific when booking that we wanted pool view for our 26 year wedding anniversary

It was easy to get to the beach, garlic lane etc. The roof top pool was a nice place to relax

The breakfast was average. The shower flooded the bathroom floor and the room coffee machine was also broken. It was a busy hotel and our room looked over the lobby so quite noisy. I wouldn't have bothered upgrading to a bigger balcony had I known this was the room location.

Good comfortable stay in a central location. Breakfast was excellent with good selection and taste. Service was speedy and efficient, especially, Cindy, Nanda,& Muliani. Only issue was that the hotel the lack of toiletries.

Location in Legian is second to none

Our room was near the entryway and we found it to be very noisy and were woken throughout the night by loud motor bikes which was very disappointing

My son and I had a 3night stay in 2 different room types on 5th floor. Son in Deluxe Balcony but looking out onto a side street as he was dissapointed. My room a Deluxe room no balcony but a view looking down to the pool near restaurant which My son said he would have preferred as there was a nicer view. From checkin to checkout staff were friendly, helpful and very accomadating. Restaurant staff were always welcoming us for breakfast and during the day. Food was a lot of variety, Indian, western, local Indonesian so a lot on offer. Throughout the hotel a lot of promotions of various food & Beverage. Mercure in a nice location near a lot of essential amenities like pharmacy, currency exchange, entertainment, shopping etc. Hotel also has entertainment at times which is nice & relaxing with a drink or 2 and a bite to eat. As well as the Front reception staff- Bulan & Wulan & Team. Restaurant staff Ray and her Team, Housekeeping staff , Bar Staff, Accor vacation? Satria as well as so many other staff to mention have all looked after us so well but not only the staff in the front areas but also the back of house areas. A credit to you all. We plan hopefully to come back in April. Michael & Joshua

Nice modern hotel. It’s in a bit of a noisy area, however the hotel is lovely, nice swimming pools, staff are friendly and nice. The room is nice and big enough. Overall good value for money! A special mention for the breakfast which was really good and the staff member NANDA was especially helpful and friendly.

Excelent breakfast with international and local varieties being served. Different local menus are offered on the breakfast buffet every day. Plenty of pastries, cakes, and local delicacies are available. And, if you like traditional coffee, it's also available, besides the international standard choices.

Lack of pool chairs for amount of people staying at facility. A lot of guests checking out have late flights - a suggestion would be to have a check out lounge with amenities where guests can shower & change prior to flights, as guests continue to use facilities & spend money at the hotel up until pick up.
