The room was pretty good.

The breakfast was not good! Black scrambled eggs, dried out sausages, and poor service

I booked online with bookings.com Bookings.com sent an email for me to confirm my reservation by calling the hotel myself, which I did. My reservation had 4 requests which I also confirmed when I called the hotel myself. We needed at late check in as we had a 5 hour drive, I needed ground floor accommodations, a walk-in shower not a tub due to disabilities, and a non-smoking room. The guest service staff said oh yes! We have all of that available. They lied. The last thing you want to have to hear after 5 hours of driving and an 11:00:p.m. check in! We were left to find accommodations else where. I highly recommend The Best Western in Lloydminster! Much better accommodations, service and amenities!

AC was good. The room was clean.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several things that could have been better. The fitness room floor was dirty, and the pool water was cloudy, tasted salty, and seemed to have a lot of chlorine. There were also no towels stocked at the pool when we needed them. Our room was booked for four people, but there weren’t enough towels provided for everyone. It would also be helpful to have paper cups available in the room. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing and could definitely be improved. I also think hot chocolate should be available for kids as part of the free breakfast instead of having an extra charge. The stay could have been much more enjoyable with better cleanliness, proper stocking of basic supplies, and a few improvements to the breakfast and pool area.

Complimentary breakfast was good and appreciated. Nice having a restaraunt at the hotel. It is partly the reason I chose to stay there.

The staff were really nice and efficient.

The air con was broken, the room looked clean until you actually looked. The rooms were scattered and it was hard finding the room and the building its self was a maze.

The hot tub wasn’t working! The underside of the 2nd floor walkways is in need of maintenance and you wonder if pieces are going to fall off

Everything was just fine, but the stand out was the staff. So friendly and helpful. From checkin to the restaurant staff. Everyone was kind and helpful. Made the place sparkle.

Very comfy and also staff were very friendly and were willing to accommodate us as I had my wife go for surgery they helped us a lot and were very good

The restaurant had amazing food! Location was close to the ball diamonds. Waterslide was a ton of fun for the girls.

hot tub still not working we travel to Lloyd alot to visit kids and grandkids

Front desk staff member was very kind.

Requested early check in. Did not get it. Hot tub not working. Wrong room had to be switched as there was only one bed. No hot water the first night. Room was so dry and cold no matter how much you turned up heat. Staircase outside was so slippery broken and dangerous almost fell numerous times.

Check in was great,very friendly. Nice place and a good restaurant. Only issue is it is right next to the highway. I will see what the night brings.

The kids loved the pool area and waterslide. We also liked the motel style, being able to walk outside our room to the vehicle. The one downside is the rooms smell like cigarette smoke even though they're smoke free.

The room still had bits of dirt in carpet. Lint on bedding? Peeling and cracking on underside of balcony and stairs. Woke at 11pm to someone pounding on the door next door claiming to be police. Sand/dirt all around pool area.

We appreciate being able to meet with our family as a group there. And the staff was accommodating for us and our needs.

The place needs a window cleaning and cleaning staff needs to pay attention detail.

Comfortable bed good food at the hotel restaurant but definitely noisy if your room is at the front of the hotel had to buy ear plugs as we were there three nights

For the price I paid, it was not worth it. Housekeeping didn’t even come to our room for our two night stay.

The complementary breakfast was great, the bed was comfy and the shower was hot. It was perfect for our overnight stay. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Pool and waterslide was a lot of fun, room floor was dirty, looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in days, beds both smelled like animals have been in them and sheets had stains.

Liked the couch in the room. Nice to sit on rather than on the bed!

Was great. Pillows were okay. The attached restaurant was amazing! The breakfast there was great too! Stayed multiple times and will continue to.

Hotel undergoing renovations when we stayed. Halls were messy with carpeting materials, so caution was required when walking. Construction workers were polite, friendly and helpful. Staff were as well. Good breakfast (sit down, eggs, bacon and toast served). The only problem was loud and obnoxious guests at the hotel. Surrounding area wasn't great. We were a bit nervous leaving our vehicle parked outside.

At 9 pm on Sunday night I had ask the contractor how much longer he would outside our door using power tools..,. I understand the need to do improvements to a property but perhaps the staff could notify customers of the inconvenience at check in. Travellers often try to turn in early as we did and we shouldn’t have been disturbed by power tools!!!

Staff very nice, rooms clean, area around hotel maybe a little scetchy. Breakfast eggs bacon toast and coffee or juice was very nice as well. Would stay here again.

The property is in a convient location Adjacent to the Yellowhead. There's a Tim's down the street with a Casino close nearby also thr COOP Gasbar. If you are looking for a place thats easily accessible this would be a great place.
