بعض النقاط الثانوية ويمكن ان تتطور لتصبح جوهرية مثل: -كرسي الحمام اعزكم الله غرفة 714 كان يتحرك في كل حركة - يوجد بقع حمراء بجوار الباب - الراديو لا يعمل - الغلاية تفصل عن الكهرباء - نوع الثلاجة لا يليق بسمعة الفندق وتعتبر ذات مستوى رديء جدا

The location was superb, the staff were very courteous, breakfast was delicious with varieties. I even got an upgrade to the Royal suite. It was splendid!

What stood out the most was the outstanding customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The hotel is clean and i personally love the style. The breakfast was amazing.

كل شي تغير حرفياً كان من افضل الفنادق 5 نجوم الحين صار 3 بالكثير من حيث نظافة الغرف والاثاث المتهالك والمبقع والسرير من النص منتفخ والاطراف هابطة وغير صحيح انه سوبر كنج مقاسه مستحيل ابداً جداً ضيق ومؤلم للظهر حتى اللباد متعجن طلبت تغييره غيروه بنفس الشيء حتى ضيافه ماتم تقديمها ولا يوم خلال ال 4 ليالي والماء ايضاً قليل حبتين كأقصى حد معاملتهم سيئة اعتقد عنصريه شوي بإستثناء المواقف خارج الفندق راقين كانو ابسط شيء بالغرفه لازم تطلبة حجزي 3 اشخاص تم توفير في الجناح ادوات تخص شخص واحد وبعد النظافة يرجعون يشيلون الادوات ويخلون حق شخص واحد اولها الشبشب والروب طلبت غرفة خاليه من الروائح الكريهة تم اعطائي جناح رائحته مابتكلم رقم الجناح 1512 شموه بنفسكم ماادري هل هم متعمدين عشان نبهت بالحجز اني ابغاه نظيف او فعلاً الفندق صار كذا

فخامه الغرف وحسن تعامل الموظفين ومكان جدا نظيف وخدمه صف السياره جميله ايضاً شكرا للاستاذه البقمي على اهتمامها الخاص واعتذر عن ذكر اسمها لان نسيته

الفندق نظيف وموقعه جيد والنادي الرياضي ممتاز

كنت اتوقع ان الخدمه افضل والمطعم راح يكون ممتاز كونه الرتزكارلتون لكن طلع كل شي عادي زيه زي اي فندق 4 او 3 نجوم لا بوجد ما يميزه الا الاسم الرتزكارلتون اضافه الى ان اضطريتا الى الانتظار لاستلام الغرفه حتى الساعه 12 ليلا والمفروض تكون جاهزه من الساعه 4 العصر تاخير عن موعد الاستلام حوالي 9 ساعات.

Great property with excellent hospitality The food was good too.

Very slow service. I waited approximately 15 minutes for the room to be prepared, despite arriving at around 6:00 PM. When I entered the room, it had been set up for only one person, although the reservation was for three. Additionally, the towels in the bathroom were not clean. I also had to request a bathrobe several times and waited for more than an hour before receiving one.

التكييف كان بارد جداجدا جداحتى والتكيف مغلق إلا ان الغرفة جداً بارده مما تسبب بإصابتي وعايلتي بنزلة برد

فندق عريق وموقع رائع بإطلالة على نافورة جدة خدمة استقبال مميزة، وأخص بالشكر (الأستاذة حنين) على جهدها في تنسيق الإقامة بمهنية عالية وأداء راقي في التعامل مع الضيوف

عدم وجود مسبح خارجي أو داخلي، ولكن يوجد مركز سبا ونادي رياضي يقدم خدمات مميزة

这次住宿简直糟糕…好几次打电话需要客房服务…最后都没人来…直到最后下楼去前台投诉才解决…

没有游泳池…丽思卡尔顿的酒店竟然没有游泳池…

The hotel makes a strong impression even before you enter with its massive structure which is very grand and regal. It looks more like a palace instead of a hotel. The check in was super fast. This hotel oozes calm and tranquility. The lobby is opulent with over the top use of marble and mosaic work which is intricate. The rooms are beautifully appointed and has everything you can ask for. I have been to several 5 star hotels around the world but the first time i have seen complimentary glass water bottles in the room. This is a sign for those who understand luxury. The housekeeping staff would spend more than half an hour cleaning and fixing our room which I have not experienced before in any hotel. The room also came with a very high end retro looking radio which particularly caught my attention. Breakfast in the Reyhana restaurant is something I will remember forever. Everything was super high quality and the decor the ambiance was serene with views overlooking the red sea. To wrap it up in a way on one hand I felt time has gone by super fast and I would have liked to extend my stay yet at the same time there were moments when I felt time has stopped.

Well when we arrived at the hotel I had to look for the porter to help me with the bags. Moreover I found the mattress and pillows slightly more soft than I would have preferred.

الافطار اقل من مستوى التوقعات ابدا، ولا يتناسب مع المكان الرائع ، عدا فتاة شيف البيض في البوفية الرائعة والمميزة. يعتبر اقل بوفية في مطاعم الخمس نجوم.

The hotel’s brand reputation, impressive architecture, and excellent location on Jeddah’s Corniche remain its strongest qualities. The breakfast selection was not varied also the reservation issue was eventually resolved.

Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the standards expected from a Ritz-Carlton property. We booked two rooms for six female family members, with breakfast included for all guests. Upon arrival, no bell staff were available to assist with luggage, and the family had to look for help themselves. Although check-in officially started at 3:00 PM, only one room was ready at 3:15 PM, while the second room required additional waiting. The payment process was extremely slow, with the card machine repeatedly rejecting several cards, forcing us to arrange cash as an alternative. Luggage delivery to the rooms was delayed, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, and despite being told that a technician would come, no one arrived. The room also experienced repeated power interruptions throughout the stay, requiring multiple attempts to reactivate the electricity using the room cards. Communication with reception and room service was inconsistent, with several calls being answered but no action being taken. The most disappointing incident occurred during breakfast. Despite the reservation clearly including breakfast for all six guests, three family members were initially denied entry because the restaurant staff insisted that the booking covered only three guests in total. Only after escalation to the front desk was the mistake acknowledged and corrected. The late check-out request also required multiple calls and long waiting times, and despite receiving approval until 2:00 PM, the guests were later contacted before noon and asked to vacate the rooms, causing unnecessary disturbance. Overall, the experience suffered from poor coordination, inconsistent service, and operational issues that are difficult to reconcile with the standards associated with a luxury brand such as The Ritz-Carlton.
