弘大入口駅1番出口から徒歩5分ぐらいなところ オフィス、住宅地にあったので静かだけど夜道は街灯もあって安心でした。

シーツにシミ汚れがありました。 私は許容範囲ですが、神経質な方は気になってしまうかも知れません。あとは燐部屋など泊まってる方のマナー次第で居心地はだいぶ変わるかな？と感じました。お隣さん、いびきが。笑 テレビでごまかして過ごしました。

Breakfast was just fine. It's too bad that there's no air humidier/purifier again in the room. Last year there's one so the room feels more clean and refreshing.

Since there's no air humidier/purifier in the room (just like last year I stayed), there're more dusk and the air in the room is not quite good.

The room was very small and not suitable for four people. We stayed as a group of four, and after placing our luggage, there was hardly any space to move around. This was disappointing and not what I expected. The only positive aspect was the location, which was very good and convenient.

There were at least 10 mosquitoes in my room that gave me over 20 bites over night

キッチン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機など必要最低限のものは全て揃っていたのと、電源アダプターと複数口数のタップがあったのはとても助かった。

The location is great! Super close to the airport bus and close enough to Hongik University station. The staff was really helpful. The room is also complete with amenities such as the washer and the cooking area

The room i stayed in was underground with no ramp or anything for luggage (the staff helped with the luggage. Was worried i’d make property damage). The toilet was also raised which would be no problem if you’ve got good eye-limb coordination. Also the plumbing can be a tad noisy but it’s just the pump i think.

部屋も広く、施設の周りも静かで、便利でした。ただ、出入口付近の部屋だったので、他の施設利用者の物音が気になりました。

The staff is kind, even though the room is quite small, it's actually good for solo traveller and already has a bathroom 👌

Excellent location, very close to the bus stop and really good restaurants and caffès. The only downside is that it was a basement so it does feel a bit humid.

Completely infested with mold. Difficult to breathe, had a headache for days after. Not well cleaned.

Location not bad. Staff are helpful and they allowed us to leave our luggage at their office when we went to ski mountain for one night.

Old and small. Toilet system doesn’t work properly. We stayed in 2 different rooms. Day 1 - 4 person room, it was super small can even open up our luggage. Toilet was moldy, can’t flush down. Not value for money. Day 3 - 6 person room, this room is slightly better than the 4 person room. But the upstairs has musty smell.

- Relatively cheap - Location is OK, I suppose. Naver Map said it was a 12-15 minute walk from Hongik Univ. Station

- Breakfast (or the lack of). Booking.com listed it as including breakfast. However, only after I inquired about breakfast did the woman manning the little des say that it was inside of some other building. She showed me, which seemed rather close by. However, when I went to look the next morning, the location didn't seem to make sense. I tried following along where she was pointing to, but it just led to some random looking apartment nearby. After I asked about this, only then did they message me with photos of the location. It turns out that that place was in fact where breakfast is. But, it's just a separate spare apartment where they keep their kitchen facility. You make your own breakfast, apparently. She said the kitchen had some eggs, milk, and bread. When it was time to check out (11am), only then did she say that it was still OK to go there for breakfast (despite originally telling me that breakfast is 7am-10am). All of this should have been clarified right from the time that I checked in. - About an hour before I checked out, I heard a group of woman asking if they could just pay what they thought was a fair price considering how small, dirty, and unprepped their room was. I heard them say they had no water provided, there was one small towel for four of them, there was duct tape used on the bathroom floor, and there was dust and mold in the room. My room seemed OK, but I did see what looked like some mold along the bottom wall behind the bed.

The location is good, close to the air bus and the market

The room is pretty old, some damaged are found, such as the water kettle, the base of the bed is broken so the mattress is falling off. Found a lot of hair on the floor. Shower curtain is stain, and have a unused socket at the toilet wall. No body do daily cleaning as we stay here two nights. There have a staircase outside the apartment,not recommended if yo have a lot of luggage

The room was great. The bed was comfortable and close enough to two subway stations (equal distance between Hongdae and Hapjeong). However, my main issue was the bathroom. It was very, very moldy. There were clumps of black mold in all the grout, along the sink, the ground, the walls, everywhere. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, which I think caused the problem. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

The room was not very clean - mould on the ceiling of the bathroom and shower curtain. Although they had been washed, there were also some stains on the bedsheets and holes in the towels. Walls / door is thin, so wear earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as people can be noisy in the corridors with people coming in and out.

- The owner help me for luggage deposit for 2 days, that's very good news for us. - The location is about 10-15 minutes walk from subway. - The bus stop for incheon airport is very close to the hotel (just 1-2 minutes walk) but if the luckkage storage in the bus is full, you have to wait about 30 mins for the next bus. - The staff is so quick response to our question/request, that's very helpful, and i have pleasant stay here!!

Room is a bit small for many baggages

This is an amazing place and there was so much charm, but it is NOT for everyone. It thrummed with LOTR hobbiton vibes all the way, which was very pleasant and made us happy! It was such a lovely apartment with stylish touches everywhere, and we appreciated the lengths to which our host had gone to decorate the apartment and give us a sense of warmth, belonging, and home. What we enjoyed about it was largely the fact that it was a very quaint loft home with curved ceilings demarcating different areas of the place, the low attic ceiling that added a touch of childlike sweetness to the apartment, the comfortable beds, the little knick knacks that decorated the spot, the lovely light switch decals, the thoughtful bedroom slippers... the host was INCREDIBLE. She was so responsive and personally came out to help us late at night, early in the morning... we would give 💯 for sure, just for her hospitality as a host. We liked the neighbourhood very much and it was very close to a wonderful cooking class we took (cooking.with.k), and near the magical mangwon market, which we felt captured the spirit of authentic local Korea

This place is amazing and it's really an experience and reminded us of living in a hobbit hole in hobbiton (LOTR fans will love this), but it's not for you if you have tiny toddlers or young and active children (there's a steep staircase going up to the apartment, another steep staircase in the apartment itself, and the outdoor railing has wide-spaced gaps a small body could pop through, plus it's so low that we were a bit nervous going up and down), a lot of luggage (it was very short on space and we had to climb over suitcases to get around), claustrophobia (again, small spaces), a tendency to be clumsy (the bathroom tiles were super slippery, even with the slippers provided), or a dislike of having to climb up and down stairs (we had an apartment with three beds, two upstairs and one below)

the location is good, there are few cafes and restaurants nearby, convenience store. room is clean, clear information to enter the place. we had a pleasant stay!

フロントになかなか人が居ないので、チェックインがすぐに出来ないです。急いでたら困ります。 電話しないと来てくれないみたいです。 ベッドのシーツが臭いです。毎回洗ってるのか疑問。 前の人が使ったままな気がします。 安かろう悪かろうなお宿です。

Very small but cosy Guesthouse, nice and friendly stuff and easy reachable. The room was quite loud. I was able to hear the neightbors very clear. Additionally I wasn't able to put my suitcase anywhere (no cupboard, to table, nothing).

雖然跟弘大或是合井地鐵站有少少距離，但是走過去也是很快的。如果昰要坐巴士的話，更是方便的說，出了大街就能看到巴士站了。所以想坐巴士來往機場的話，是超級方便！！不管是前台的工作人員或是幫忙整理的妹妹又或是聯絡的都是用中文溝通，這對於韓文不太懂又或是對英文沒什麼信心的人來說，用中文真的很親切，而且很方便。房間的隱私很足夠，而提供的轉插用品也讓人窩心。

Reasonable price and location-wise very convenient... It is in Hongdae district though, quite silent as the house located closed to residential area. Staff are nice too.

施設自体は清潔で、スタッフの方も、丁寧でしたが お部屋同士の入り口がとても接近しているので、気になりました。 立地条件は最高にいいです 空港行きのバス停までは、徒歩2分程度 地下鉄の駅にも 徒歩5分程度でした。
