Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones limpias y amplias.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel e lo consiglio assolutamente. La struttura è bellissima, curata e accogliente, ma ciò che ho apprezzato di più è stato lo staff, sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e pronto ad aiutarmi con qualsiasi necessità. La colazione è stata ottima, con una buona varietà di scelta e tutto molto fresco e curato. Un modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata! Anche la posizione è, secondo me, uno dei grandi punti di forza dell’hotel. È abbastanza vicino alla Old Town da poter raggiungere facilmente il centro e godersi la città, ma allo stesso tempo fuori dal caos della zona più turistica e affollata. Ho apprezzato moltissimo poter passeggiare nei dintorni e scoprire ristoranti, negozi e piccoli servizi più locali e autentici, vivendo così anche una parte di Hoi An più genuina. È stato davvero il perfetto equilibrio tra comodità, tranquillità e autenticità. Se dovessi tornare a Hoi An, sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel! ❤️

Das Personal war nicht nur freundlich, sondern auch extrem hilfsbereit und zuvor kommend. Wir durften für den Abreisetag noch bis abends unser Gepäck dort unterbringen und den Pool nutzen. Das Frühstück war das beste was wir hier je in einem Hotel hatten!

The location isn't ideal. You'd still need to book a car especially during the hot days. But it's still not too bad.

Not the hotels fault by any means but we had a rather unpleasant experience with the coconut boat tour that we booked through the hotels front desk. I would urge people to do some research and book elsewhere.

Everything was perfect, we were lucky to have an upgraded room with a nice bathroom and view of the swimming pool. Breakfast was good. The staff is very nice. Thank you for everything!

The price is really good, and the staff is just so friendly. I'm definitely staying there again next time I’m in Hoi An.

Excellent value-for-money hotel on the outskirts of the old town (2-3 km). The staff are very attentive - from the bell boys to the front desk staff, they can’t help you enough. Fantastic buffet breakfast and the pool is clean and refreshing. Put room was spacious and clean, with great shower water pressure; fridge and kettle included. Overall, can’t fault this hotel and highly recommend.

Lovely quaint hotel situated half way between the old town and the beaches with pushbikes available to hire and a pool on the front, and exceptional value.. A selection of vietnamese and Western foods at breakfast, with eggs freshly poached, scrambled,fried or an omelette, cereals, bread/toast, fruit, coffee, tea and juice. The ancient old town is a 10- 15 minute walk or a short Taxi ride away and has an array of restaurants, bars and market stalls. The nearby beaches are wonderful, golden sand and very clean! There is a selection of bars and restaurants along the beach, with sunbeds, parasols, showers and towels, which are free if buy a drink, food available too (very reasonable prices for a beach too!) only a short taxi ride away. Staff are very friendly and helpful, (and speak very good English), always with a smile and the pool was very welcome after a hot day out. We enjoyed our stay and extended by a couple of days there was so much to see in the area.

breakfast was superb with vegetarian options. room neat and clean and serviced everyday. reception staff was excellent extending every possible help all the time to give a family member feeling smiling all the time.

La chambre était spacieuse et avec un balcon, très sympa. La piscine était propre et bien entretenue. Vraiment un endroit sympathique. Le quartier n'est pas trop bruyant, un vrai plus. Un vrai grand merci à la réception, tous le monde a été très serviable et accueillant.

And we were very satisfied with the hotel. We got a free upgrade to a family room, which was much larger. Breakfast was buffet style in the dining room and the selection was really good. The staff spoke English and were very helpful and pleasant. Probably the best accommodation of our trip to Vietnam for a great price.

Una tremenda puzza di muffa che sicuramente viene dai filtri del condizionatore non puliti. Dopo essermi lamentato mi hanno cambiato camera ma il problema era lo stesso

Hôtel mignon, un peu à l'écart du centre touristique mais des commerces à proximité tels que restaurants, supérettes, spa, ... Le centre ville est à 15/20 minutes à pieds environ Belle piscine, propre. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant.

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas très varié mais dans l'ensemble quand même très correct

The ladies at reception are so lovely and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need for the best possible stay. The hotel itself is great value for money and I particularly loved the pool for those scorching days! There are only 4 sunbeds though so best to get one early if you can. It's a 15ish min walk to old town, passing a few local eateries and cafes which we tried and enjoyed.

De n'être resté que 3 jours nous aurions aimé prolonger le séjour mais il fallait continuer le voyage.

Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nur so mittelmäßig sauber. Die Fotos vom Schlafzimmer sind zutreffend, vom Bad leider nicht (statt ausgewiesener ebenerdiger Dusche mit Glaswand gab es eine relativ alte Badewanne mit fleckigem Duschvorhang). Der in der Buchung ausgewiesene early Check-in wurde leider nicht gewährt.

Bardzo dobre ciśnienie wody w łazience i brak problemów z ciepłą wodą. Dobra lokalizacja - w zasadzie pośrodku między starym miastem a polami ryżowymi. Blisko sklepy, knajpy.

Przede wszystkim widać, że zdjęcia hotelu były robione dawno temu - obecnie jest już doc mocno zużyty. Kompletny brak akustyki - słychać dosłownie wszystko z góry, z dołu i z boku. Mimo, że zgodnie z rezerwacją pokój miał być dla niepalących, od kilku elementów wyposażenia było czuć papierosy. Pokój był malutki, gniazdko tylko z jednej strony łóżka, balkon mikroskopijny - nie było szans korzystać w 2 osoby. Bardzo twarde i niewygodne łóżko. W łazience brak silikonów przy kabinie prysznicowej i nie domykające się drzwi od kabiny - w rezultacie łazienka była mokra po każdym prysznicu. Nieszczególnie sprzątane części wspólne, na śniadaniu stoły były zawsze brudne po wcześniejszych gościach. Cześć obsługi hotelowej była chora - nikt nie nosił maseczek nawet podczas obsługi bufetu śniadaniowego.. Często całe piętro słyszało, że panie sprzątające zajmują się akurat pokojami obok, natomiast szczytem było wparowanie nam do pokoju o 7:00 rano, gdy spaliśmy, mimo zawieszki na drzwiach by nie przeszkadzać.

The room smelled quite bad of mold. We asked to change rooms and after switching to the second room at first it smelled okay and then when we came back later it also smelled like mold so we just dealt with it for the rest of our stay.

Nettes, saubere Hotel in einer ruhigen Straße, ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Mehrere Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Taxi zum Flughafen konnte ich hier zu einem guten Preis buchen. Personal ist superfreundlich.

The staff were so professional, helpful and very friendly, there were concierges who helped us with our bags on arrival, greeted us with fresh juice and guided us on what Hoi an can offer. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was big with very powerful hot shower. Room was cleaned everyday, with fresh towels. If you book through booking.com you can rent the bikes for free. The location was amazing, halfway point from the old town and the beach, away from the chaos very quiet at night, but near enough to centre. Breakfast was amazing.

The air conditioning wasn’t very powerful, but the weather was quite chilly at night anyways.

Niezwykle pomocny i miły personel. Bardzo dobre sniadanie. Spokojna okolica. Do starego miasta 1,3 km- można dojść pieszo lub wypożyczyć w hotelu rowery.

Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze deden een mooie extra voor ons jubileum. Er waren gratis fietsen aanwezig buiten het hotel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met zowel Vietnamese als Westerse opties.

The hotel met our expectations - was clean, had all the necessities. However, what gave addition to our stay was the staff- caring, polite, pleasant. Thank you for that.

Desværre lugtede der enormt fugtigt inde på værelset og det var lidt svært at være derinde nogle gange.

チェックイン時のスタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです。残念ながら一泊の利用でしたが、ホイアンにまた来る時は必ずここに泊まります。

We were so happy here! The staff is so nice and goes out of their way to make sure you are happy and have everything you need. They even cooked us a complimentary meal when everything was closed on the holiday. We tried to extend our stay because we didn’t want to leave but it was fully booked. Will be back!

The hotel was clean with big rooms, a nice pool and a good breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - perhaps the friendliest of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town and you can rent bikes to cycle out to the beach. Would stay again.

Staff are the friendliest I've ever met! Everyone working here made such an effort to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Rooms are clean and so is the pool. Breakfast had a good offering of western and Asian food with fresh fruit.
