Getaway location near the lucknow city. Good for staycation.

Bad quality rooms. Dirty and bad staff. Do not expect quality for the price you pay. Also venue was fully occupied by a wedding and no attention to the regular hotel guests. Too loud music, loud room corridors. Checkin checkout staff disinterested if you are not wedding or event attendee. Swimming pool outdated and dirty.

The Staffs are amazing. They go out of their ways to accomodate your needs. They are quick in their service, very polite. Ramada is very clean, comfortable, the ambience is amazing. We had a wonderful 2 days and it's a ritual for us to stay in Hotel Ramada Lucknow for 2 days every year.

Just a suggestion... They can add more items in their In Dine Menu Service.

Carpet should be at the seating area in the room.

The overall environment of the place was very welcoming, particularly from the staff - all of them. This was very much appreciated by my family, and my elderly parents in particular. The breakfast was a healthy and sumptous spread.

The dinner menu was disappointing, unexpectedly. With all other areas being ood, the disappintment at the dinenr table was unfortunate. Maybe this can be looked at by the management and take necessary steps.

Het ontbijt. Er is genoeg keus maar bij ons liep er continu iemand achteraan/mee. Er waren op dat moment meer personeelsleden aanwezig dan gasten. Iewat irritant. Ook de receptie waren wat onkundig. Wilde een avond bijboeken maar dat moest ik zelf maar don via de website.

Super professional kind and always willing to help with good attitude. I haven’t got this amazing feeling from any other hotels. I had some eye emergency and management help me without any hesitation l won’t this kind of service any where take care of each customer personally.

The Breakfast spread was good. The service was very good, despite lot of rush due to presence of a large wedding attendees. Housekeeping service and responses were good.

Gown, Iron, Ironing Board were not there in the room, as mentioned in the details while booking the room. The location is far outside Lucknow city, much ahead of the Airport. This was inconvenient as we had to travel long distances to meet our family in the city.

Breakfast was sumptous and the staff in the restuarant was very helpful and attentive to needs. The location too was to our liking based on our need to take the outer ring road lucknow.

The TV required check up before it could function. Should have been looked into before allotting the room.

The breakfast was great with an elaborate spread. The location of the hotel is a little away from the city centre, but it is worth staying in spite of the distance.

The wash basin in my room 506 needs a replacement as it has got a few stains.

I start by mentioning the smiling faces of all the staff all the time. Everybody was active, kind, courteous and helpful. I thank the organisation from the deep of my heart. The swimming pool was very good without the horror of chlorine. We enjoyed all the three days in the pool. The food in the restaurant along with the live music in the evening was awesome. The room was too good. The hotel is beautiful and can be explored by walking. The room service and cleaning were regular. We shall visit again for sure.
