Urban house

L'établissement se trouve dans une rue calme d'un quartier de Bangkok assez animé. Il y a des restaurants à proximité, le Parc Lumpini accessible à pied et le métro est très proche également. La chambre était très spacieuse, confortable et propre. Le personnel à l'écoute, prêt à nous donner tous les renseignement possible pour organiser nos journées. Un service de laundry était également proposé dans l'établissement.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Urban House ! Le personnel est vraiment adorable, toujours attentionné et soucieux de notre confort. Les lieux sont impeccablement propres et l’établissement se trouve dans une rue très calme, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable à Bangkok. Tout est fait avec soin pour que l’on se sente bien. Une excellente adresse où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

URBAN HOUSEの皆さんは、いつも親切です。 近くにはデパートや市場やジューススタンドなどがあって便利ですが、 路地に入り込んでいるので、昼も夜も静かで過ごしやすいです。 200TBで洗濯を頼めるのもお気に入りです。

Super clean place and super kind and practical host. Very quiet albeit in the center of Bangkok. Easy access to almost every where using public transport. Lastly for now, there are tons of food choices nearby.

Large room quiet near Mrt and Skyrain and Silom

Urban house does not have the feel of a hotel it is a house, a friendly house.The room was super clean small but designed and decorated tastefully the bathroom immaculate.Flat screen tv was loaded with the usual apps, wifi excellent.Coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

The Urban house is located on a back street so it's not so easy to find returning at night my taxi had problems finding the street.

駅から徒歩12分程で、疲れていると少し遠く感じるかもしれません。階段のみである点も、人によっては要注意です。私は問題ありませんでした。

This place was recommended by the Earth Trekkers family website. We found it to be basic, affordable, and just fine. It did seem that the things we wanted to see were a 15/20 minute Grab ride away, which was manageable.

Besitzergeführtes Haus, wo einfach alles stimmt ! Angefangen von der superfreundlichen und stets hilfsbereiten Besitzerin über die gut geschnittenen großen und sauberen Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und großzügiger Dusche bis hin zur Lage, die einfach perfekt ist- absolut zentral(nur wenige Gehminuten von der BTS Sala Daeng bzw. MRT Silom entfernt) und trotzdem erstaunlich ruhig. Diesmal sogar eine Rezeptionistin mit Germanistik-Bachelorabschluss. Absolute Empfehlung !

The location was great, close to the train and a big mall. The room was also very clean and comfortable.

It was slightly hard to carry our luggage to the fourth floor but not a big deal at all.

It's very inconvenient to go up and down the stairs without an elevator, and the stairs are very narrow.

Majoitus hyvällä sijainnilla rauhallisen kadun päädyssä. Alue vaikutti turvalliselta liikkua myös ilta-aikaan. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Pääsimme majoittumaan jo ennen sovittua sisäänkirjautumisaikaa.

Huonetta ei siivota majoituksen aikana. Tarjolla on tarpeita huoneeseen itse täyttäen.

However, the bed was rather uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was blowing directly onto the bed, which was not ideal.

This was my second time staying at Urban House . The rooms are super clean and the property is on a very quiet street. BTS,rail and Lumphini park are just a short walk away

Nothing to dislike about the property . However no lift access to upper floors may be a problem for some people .

We had booked this place for our first few days in Thailand and liked it so much that we decided to also stay here for our last few days before the flight back home. Because of our spontaneous second booking we had to change rooms during our second stay which the staff was very helpful with (we could place our luggage in the new room right after check-out). We stayed in three different rooms that way. All were very clean, modern and comfortable. The standard room and the superior room are quite small but for a city hotel it is completely fine. In retrospect we actually preferred the standard room since it was on the 4th floor and the windows were bigger so we got more light in the room. The room with king size bed is enormous in comparison. It was very nice and if you prefers a bit of space it is great. The doors are not that soundproof but since the hotel has only 7 rooms in total on 3 floors you hardly ever hear someone on the stairs or the hallway. The walls to the other rooms are good, we couldn’t hear anything from the neighbours. The hotel is at the end of a dead end street so no traffic coming through. But it is still close to the metro and a lively area. It is a great place to stay if you want to explore the city but still like a quiet night. Also, very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is absolutely great, tucked in a quiet alley, but close to major clubs, shopping centres, parks and two train stations, the staff were very attentive and helpful, the place was clean and it's well kept. I was on the 4th floor and they made sure to let me know before booking the room that there was no lift, so that was not an issue.

No issues, everything was great for me, but just a note: if you are travelling with lots of luggage, have health problems or struggle with stairs you are not going to like it as it doesn't have a lift.

Personnel here are amazing! Special thanks to Khwan and Numkao, who were always very very helpful and friendly, with lots of tips to share. The location was simply amazing—you can walk to many great restaurants, cafés, and bars, and the metro is also very close. The place is quite and thats also really nice.

I found the bed a little too hard, and the water pressure was very weak

I didn't appreciate how *central* the location was until I traveled all around Bangkok and could compare. Loved how everything was close by: public transport + malls + local food places + michelin restaurants + cute restaurants + foreign exchange. Exceptional cleanliness (from someone who's picky!). Superb service and friendliness from the staff, felt welcomed immediately. I borrowed a hand luggage scale on my last day, and they explain to you landmarks around the place in the first. Also loved the intimate location --vastly more enjoyable than staying at a hotel, in my opinion. Thank you for Urban House, will love to stop by again sometime <3

The only cons for a Southeast Asian traveler: there's no bidet in the room :') but everything else makes up for it!!!

Das Zimmer im 4.Stock unter dem Dach war sehr heiß Die Baustelle im Nebenhaus, aber das ist nur vorübergehend.

Conveniently located near MTR and BTS. Local food markets are just around the corner. Getting to the parks is easy too, great for morning and evening walks and runs. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

LOCATION WAS PERFECT, WAS JUST BEHIND DUSIT CENTRAL PARK. IT HAD ALL THE FACILITIES, THE ROOM SPACE WAS QUITE GOOD FOR 3 PEOPLE AS I WAS TRAVELING WITH FRIENDS. THEY ALLOTTED 2 DAYS FOR CLEANING AND THEY ALSO HAD WASHING SERVICE WHICH WAS VERY HELPFUL WE FELT QUITE COMFORTABLE IN THE PROPERTY AND FELT SAFE . THE PRICE WAS ALSO QUITE GOOD COMPARED TO OTHER PROPERTIES.

SMALL ISSUE WITH THE LAUNDRY AS THE CLOTHING ITEMS (COLORED AND WHITE WERE WASHED TOGETHER) SO WE HAD SOME COLOR BLEED WITH THE LIGHTER COLORED ITEMS.

Jeg likte alt på dette stedet. Meget sentralt og kort vei til Lumpini parken. Veldig stille hotel. Her sover du godt.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean which made it easy to settle in. The bathroom area was also really well designed, with refillable amenities. The hosts were super helpful and accommodated for our late check in which we really appreciated. The location was ideal too, conveniently close to coffee shops and the subway station, and quiet of an evening.

The blinds by the window in the room let lots of light in, so an eye mask is recommended if you’re a light sleeper.

En última planta se oía ruido como de motores y el aire acondicionado también hace ruido, a tener en cuenta para quien sea sensible a los ruidos.
