Lobby, Breakfast, the building ....... Disappointing Stay Despite Great Potential Unfortunately, this hotel fell short of expectations. The breakfast was not great, and the overall condition of the property needs significant attention. The building is showing its age with poor maintenance throughout. There were visible stains and dust on doors, furniture, and shelves - areas that clearly need deep cleaning. It's disappointing to see such neglect when the rooms themselves offer generous space and potential. This property could be so much better with proper upkeep. A thorough renovation and comprehensive deep cleaning would make a world of difference. The foundation is there with spacious rooms, but they really need to take better care of this building to match its potential. I hope management addresses these maintenance issues soon, as the hotel has good bones but currently fails to deliver on cleanliness and upkeep standards.

Smooth and fast check-in. The room is massive, old style, but the view from the room is amazing! Large terrace, comfortable sofa and beds, tasty and cheap breakfast (brought to the room), free good coffee and cookies at the reception area. Everyday room cleaning.

Construction just behind the hotel. Very noisy during the day. There are only a kettle, few plates with cutleries (no knifes), cups and small glasses in the kitchen.

Staff were very helpful in all areas. Great welcome and follow on support

זהירות ,אין אפשרות לקצר חופשה מכל סיבה .. לא לקחת להרבה ימים ,זה יכול לפגוע בטיול כולו המטבח בשיפוץ. החוף קצת רחוק מהמלון ושומם.

Läget var bra, nära strand och mat ställen.

Städning näst intill obefintlig, de böt handdukar och bädda sängen inget mer. Ingen på fyllning av kaffe mm. Frukost fick man beställa nere i receptionen kvällen innan och urdåligt urval som de sedan skulle ha en exakt tid när de kunde leverera till rummet. Ingen buffé där inte för de dyra pengarna som rummet kostade. Var på grann hotellet förra året och 100% bättre! Välj inte detta!

ห้องนอนสบายมาก กว้างขวาง เป็นสัดส่วน พนักงานก็น่ารัก เป็นมิตรบริการดี ที่สำคัญมีเบลบอยช่วยขนกระเป๋าด้วย ประทับใจสุดคือมีห้องน้ำสองห้อง ไม่ต้องแย่งกัน ระเบียงกว้างเห็นทะเล สระว่ายน้ำไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่ก็น่ารักวิวดี ไม่โดนแดด ลมเย็นไม่ร้อน นั่งชิลๆ จากที่พักเดินข้ามถนนไปนิดนึงก็ถึงทางลงชายหาด สรุปคือประทับใจมาก คราวหน้าจะเลือกพักที่นี่อีก

Ontbijt. Was prima, maar niet geweldig. Je moet de dag van te voren aangeven wat je wilt eten en ze brengen het naar je kamer. De pannenkoeken bleken uiteindelijk wel heel lekker.

性价比较高。从客房就可以看到海景，酒店外2、3十米就是海滩。家庭套房面积大，干净整洁。早餐可以提前定好第二天送到房间。这一点很方便。

地点远离芭提雅商业街，环节比较安静整洁，但打车不方便，等待时间比较久。

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits des Trubels, eher ruhig. Nachtschwärmer sollten daher gut zu Fuß sein oder sich ein Taxi nehmen. Für alle anderen ideal gelegen. Der Strand ist in 2 Gehminuten zu erreichen und lädt nicht nur zum morgendlichen Frühschwimmen ein. Von unserem Balkon aus konnten wir auch problemlos den Sonnenuntergang verfolgen. Ein 7/11, der sehr gut sortiert ist, ist ebenfalls recht nah. Das Zimmer gleicht eher einer Suite, war äußerst geräumig und verfügt auch über ein gemütliches Sofa samt Couchtisch, so dass man nicht vom Bett aus seine YouTube Serien verfolgen musste. Das Wi-Fi war spitze. Keine Unterbrechungen, kein Ruckeln, sehr stabil. Der Balkon war mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet, und es gab auch einen Wäscheständer, auf dem die Badekleidung getrocknet werden konnte. Für die Poolbenutzung wurden Bademantel und separate Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, sowie Badelatschen. Die Einbauküche verfügt auch über eine Mikrowelle, in der man abends auch einmal das mitgebrachte Essen erwärmen konnte. Teller und Besteck und Schalen standen auch zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück wurde auf das Zimmer gebracht, nachdem es entweder am Vorabend an der Rezeption bestellt wurde, für eine bestimmte Uhrzeit oder morgens nach dem aufwachen bestellt wurde und etwa 20 Minuten später auf dem Zimmer war. Warme Speisen kamen auch warm an, und es gab immer einen Obstteller dazu. Außerdem super freundlichen und kompetenten Personal wären an dieser Stelle noch viele Kleinigkeiten zu nennen, die das Hotel bietet und die einen Urlaub wirklich zu einem außergewöhnlichen Erlebnis machen.

The reception staff are rude

This review applies to: Family Suite with Sea View (room no. 53/54): The rooms are large and spacious. The living room consists of two single beds which unfortunately are very hard. There is a small kitchenette and a kettle. Adjacent to the living room there is a toilet (without a shower). The bedroom is fantastic and very spacious. Next to the bedroom there is a shower and toilet. The living room and bedroom can either be kept open or closed off from each other. The balcony is large. The apartment is clean, well maintained, and offers a nice view. Breakfast is amazing.

Cons: - The two single beds in the living room are unfortunately very hard. If you stay here for a longer period, these beds cause back pain. - The Captive Portal internet connection (wifi-connection where you choose wifi then a browser open where you write wifi details)... does not work with Chromecast / Google TV brought by guests, if it was "normal" internet you could connect your Google TV. - Disturbing noise from children crying in the neighboring room. I was woken up several times during the night by screaming children. When I pay for a holiday, I do not want to pay to be disturbed by screaming children.

die Lage bestens nahe am Strand und nahe einer belebten Strasse so dass food and drinks in unmittelbarer Nähe sind grosses Zimmer mit richtig viel Platz naja hatte ich so reserviert und sehr sauber alles vorhanden wie Wasser und Kaffee und demzufolge empfehlenswert

В отеле останавливаемся уже не первый раз, с 2010 года. Мы жили в номере 62, очень просторный номер, большой балкон, отличные завтраки которые приносят в номер. Рядом пляж, магазины и кафе.

It was close to the beach and was in a good location. The room was big and spacious.

The staff weren’t particularly helpful when I asked for recommendations on where to eat or what to do around the area. The towels we were given were ripped. The shower glass door doesn’t close fully half the bathroom floor was wet and we didn’t have enough towels to get it all dried up. The hotel didn’t have too many facilities either.

It’s a really great place. A spacious condo with a partial view over the sea. The breakfast is served in the room. Just 50 meters from the sea.

Le petit déjeuner est servi dans les chambres mais il faut descendre à la réception pour avoir sa boisson chaude, c'est stupide. En plus pas de chocolat chaud, c'est pourtant simple !

Door connects the bedroom and toilet, as well as the main room. The door is made with louvers and does not block sound from the toilet.

It's all ok about this hotel as price is average, but location is great as well as room size and amenities. I've not used to try breakfast or swimming pool, but seems they to be well due management is really working on there.

During low tide, the beach is full of garbage, that actually should be job of municipality, but it's not done. So my suggestion if for business owners to arrange cleaning guy, because beach is part of your stay there.

The property is in a prime location. Near to most of the tourist spots. Very friendly staff. Near and clean rooms.

The property does not have in-house restaurant. This is a major drawback.
