Muy sucio la cocina te quedabas pegado si ticabas algo cubiertos los justos platos casi nada solo una sarten muy mal la verda para el dineral que cuesta la igiene pesima y falta de utensilios

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Ci è piaciuta la posizione dell'appartamento e la vicinanza ai mezzi di trasporto e al supermercato e la silenziosità del luogo. Lo spazio dell'appartamento era ottimo non abbiamo avuto alcuna difficoltà.
La struttura è un po' datata, ma basterebbe poco per renderla molto più gradevole, soprattutto il bagno con una doccia ormai obsoleta dentro la vasca con una tenda di plastica. Un consiglio: togliere la vasca e mettere una doccia decente. Anche il water e il lavandino sarebbero da sostituire. Anche le suppellettili nella cucina potrebbero essere migliorati. Poi arrivi a casa e per accendere il gas non ci sono fiammiferi, senza aver avuto comunicazione di questo.

la pulizia non era sufficiente, abbiamo trovato dei peli in bagno e si sentivano sempre i vicini fare casinò in quanto i muri erano sottilissimi

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, le logement est assez grand et propre. C’est un vrai appartement avec salon, chambre et cuisine. La literie est confortable.
L’appartement n’est pas très insonorisé.Nous avons été dérangé par le bruit des voisins , notamment le samedi , pendant toute la nuit dans l’appartement juste à côté, numéro 103. Les équipements sont un peu datés.

Konaklama yerine giriş yaptıktan sonra zeminin son derece tozlu ve kirli olduğunu fark ettik. Bu durum ancak çoraplarımızın altına baktığımızda açıkça görülebiliyordu. Ayrıca, ilanda yer alan fotoğraflardaki yataklarla mevcut durum tamamen farklıydı. İlanda gösterilen yataklar bulunmuyordu; yalnızca kanepe yatak olarak hazırlanmıştı. Dolayısıyla ilandaki görseller ve sunulan konaklama birbiriyle uyuşmamaktadır.

Yataklar çok kötü idi. Ebeveyn yatağı aşırı yumuşakti.Yeterince yastık yoktu.Çocukların yattığı yatak kirli idi. Klozet iyi temizlenmemisti.Buzdolabi çok eski ve yeterince iyi sogutmuyordu.Buzdolabi daha büyük olmali.Firin hiç çalışmıyordu.

This property was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The apartment was extremely hot, and the fan was completely ineffective. It was so uncomfortable that it was difficult to sleep. The place was also infested with flies and cockroaches. We couldn’t even open the windows to get fresh air because there were no window screens, so even more flies and insects came inside. Instead of helping, opening the windows made the problem worse. The conditions were unacceptable, unsanitary, and nothing like what we expected. I would not recommend staying here and would strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026We had trouble sleeping because the weather was extremely hot, and there was only one electric fan for all 3 rooms. Also, the creaky wooden floors create noticeable noise interference whenever someone walks. It would be much better if more fans were provided.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Neighborhood and nearby bahn stop and ease of grocery shopping. Very calm and peaceful neighborhood.
Old building, doors and closets r stuck cannot open and if you pressurize to open it may break, also for everything they have said if you spoil you will be charged. Beds r not at all comfortable. But the manager service response is helpful and they try to help, owner should change the switches r cupboards to new ones and not scare ppl to be charged.

Smell! Especially in the kitchen, old cooking oil smell, but entire flat had a smell. Also noise insulation is terrible, I could hear all the neighbours. Lastly, flat had no iron no ironing board, no hair dryer..

Die Einrichtung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen! Es hätte auch sauberer sein können, da wir viele Haare im gesamten Bereich gefunden haben! Der Kühlschrank war vorher nicht ausgewischt worden! In der Küche und im Bad waren viele Ameisen. Die Heizkörper konnten nicht abgestellt werden, dadurch war es sehr warm.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Ik boekte pas een uur voor aankomst, maar ondanks dat alles digitaal geregeld moest worden was dat geen enkel probleem en ontving ik razendsnel de code voor de sleutelkast. Het appartement heeft een klassieke uitstraling en dat heeft ook zijn charme. Zeer rustig gelegen en met een directe tramverbinding van 10 minten met het centrum.
Een tikje gehorig door de krakende vloeren en dunne muren.

Although the building does not have an elevator, this was not an issue for us as our apartment was located on the ground floor. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful garden view from our unit. The location was very convenient, with a tram station and a major grocery store just a short walk away. The neighborhood itself was pleasant, quiet, and easy to explore. A special mention goes to the hosts and caretakers, who were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel right at home and added to an overall excellent experience.

The heating system in the room was very old & no information were given how to operate the heating system, the room was extremely Hot, could not find anything to operate heating system. the mattress was terrible, you could feel the springs whilst lying on the mattress. pillows provided was not good. Surely the Mattress & Pillows must be replaced.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026It was close to the tram station and the grocery store. Spacious rooms and decent cutlery available. The team is very responsive and provided extra fans upon request which made it easier to manage in the hot weather.
Overall, the apartment was old. Floors were creaky, bathroom and kitchen were very old, bathroom floor looked dirty. The refrigerator did not cool well. No toaster, microwave available. No elevator available. We were given 2nd floor which was okay to manage. The bedding was not comfortable.

The sofa bed, despite its size, was not very comfortable. You could feel the hardness of the couch underneath. That was not great for my back but otherwise, it was fine.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026We love the location for the family. There's a tram&bus stop and supermarket (and the Burkliplatz Migro is a big one) right at the end of the pathway. SihlCity shopping center is a few minutes walk, or 2/3 tramstops away, and there are many ways to get from the apartment to the HB. My kids went ice-skating often, using the bus, and we had lots of opportunity to go for walks in the local area.
Mostly, if, like us, you don't know what -7 degrees means, the fact it has taken us a week to figure out the effective minimum clothing :) in reality, nothing.
