Löcher im Boden (mitten im Raum und an der Dusche), Haare vom Vormieter auf dem Bett, Jalousie geht nicht komplett runter, Katastrophale Fliesen in der Dusche. Kundenservice lässt sich Zeit mit der Lösung bis zum Checkout, damit sie nichts mehr tun können

The hotel's location is good. The room was dusty; I would say it hadn't been cleaned properly. They hadn't removed the kitchen trash left by the previous guest, and as soon as I opened the bin, a terrible odor filled the room. They had provided only one roll of toilet paper for a double room. There was no dental kit or hand soap, and they didn't supply any hand soap. I couldn't understand the experiences of those who gave it high ratings. The toilet is very small, and there is no sink inside for washing hands; you have to open the door with hands that have become dirty in the toilet. Water leaks onto the counter while you are washing your hands at the sink. I reported this, but they didn't fix it.I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

مكان الغرفه سيئ جدا حيث إنها بالدور الأرضي ونافذتها تطل على صناديق القمامة مما جعل استحالة تهوية الغرفة مع العلم اني طلبت أثناء حجز الغرفة أن تكون في الطابق الثاني أو الثالث واهملو الرد علي طلبي وفوجئت إنها بالدور الأرضي وعند استلامي الغرفة تم عمل شكوي بالتليفون وكذلك بالبريد الإلكتروني ولم يتم الاستجابة لطلبي وكان هذا غير متوقع منهم بالرغم اني حاجز من ديسمبر 2025. كذلك الإزعاج المستمر من خبط الأبواب ليلا الذي جعلنا لا نستطيع النوم الهادئ.

La habitación. La ducha muy pequeña, mucho calor, el aire no funcionaba. El estado era muy poblé del edificio.

Ar condicionado não funcionava , não tem porta em um dos quartos , não tem tranca nos banheiros e principalmente não tem Black light nas janelas dos quartos , começou a clarear o dia e o quarto já fica totalmente iluminado prejudicando o descanso

Un desastre la atención. Habia pedido cuna y no me respondieron cuando llego no estaba y me dijeron que tenia que pagar pero no estaba aclarado en ningun sitio. Eramos 3 y no habia ninguna silla para comer. Se suponia que tenia que comer parada? O en la cama? Un dedastre. Horroroso el trato vía telefónica con el alojamiento.

Of the worst scammed experiences I had with hospitality. I'm travelling so often and something like that's never happened to me in my life... the entire building was under Renovations or Constructions, we couldn't sleep in the night because of the noise of the machines the property left at the corridor the whole night even after we complained

Abbiamo dimenticato nella stanza un orologio e lo abbiamo scritto un messaggio subito alla struttura, ma la risposta era “non abbiamo trovato nulla “ noi siamo sicuri di aver dimenticato in stanza.

Ein kleines überschaubares und sauberes Apartment. Alle notwendigen Alltagsgegenstände vorhanden. Günstig gelegen. Zu Fuß oder mit der Tram alles innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

Im Treppenhaus hat es muffig gerochen. Zimmer war geruchsneutral!

The property was awful , was not clean at all. Had a weird smell of mould in the whole staircase and apartments. My apartment was full of ants and no body came to clean the space . The extra bed that I paid for my child kept collapsing and she could not sleep on it. It was the worse property I have ever stayed at . I would not recommend this place to anyone

Ubicacion, limpieza, material de cocina casi por estrenar, buena cama, ducha gigante, ventanas insonorizadas.... El chico del bar de abajo, super amable. Gran conversacion con él, muy bien. Nos hizo sentir comodos muy muy bien. Gracias.

Por decir algo, q el ascensor es pequeño, y que la terraza no se si la podiamos haber disfrutado.

It was very clean.

It was loud outside. We had to sleep with the windows closed at night.

The apartment was lovely inside and had real potential. It had a lovely roof terrace with two clean double bedrooms and a kitchen and living area.

The property was unbearably hot, dangerously so! We were travelling with two children and it was quite frankly unsafe due to the temperature you couldn’t even catch your breath it was that stifling. The apartment is in the roof area with a lot of glass but no air conditioning or any way to cool the apartment. We rang customer services but they were incredibly rude and unhelpful and when we asked for fans they said they were unable to help us. We had two nights booked at this accommodation but due to the heat we had to spend all day/evening out of the apartment as it was not possible to sit and relax at all.

This place was perfect for what we needed it for. It had everything we needed. You also have access to laundry just need to get soap but that was a huge plus. Great location too! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Ik vond het verschrikkelijk. Ik kon niet inchecken, dat heb ik uiteindelijk telefonische gedaan. Het hele gebouw stonk. Mijn kamer was bloedheet en stonk ook verschrikkelijk. Ik kon er bijna niet ademhalen. De volgende dag ben ik er weggevlucht. Zonde van het geld. De glazen douchedeur kreeg ik na het douchen niet meer open. Met veel geweld heb ik me door een klein kiertje weten te persen. De koelkast was amper een koelkast.

Der Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück war sehr nett.

Aufgrund eines technischen Problems wurde ich ein Tag vor dem CheckIn in eine andere Strasse umgebucht. Ebenfalls konnte ich nicht auf anhieb in das Zimmer gelangen und musste den 24h Service anrufen. Das Zimmer war sauber, dennoch funktionierte der Kühlschrank nicht gut, kühlte nicht richtig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

De locatie

Het contact met de klantenservice was redelijk. De berichten werden netjes beantwoord, alleen niet volledig en er werd geen terugkoppeling gegeven op wel/niet uitgevoerde acties. Meerdere malen aangegeven dat het te heet op de kamers was en niet houdbaar was om erin te slapen. Uiteindelijk werd er één extra mobiele verwarmingselement gebracht op één van de kamers gebracht. Dit apparaat had ook een soort van ventilatiefunctie, maar werkte zeker niet als ventilator. Het was een soort warme bries wat eruit kwam. Maar beter iets dan niets in die hitte. Het andere verwarmingselement zat onder het stof. Ook aangegeven, maar kreeg geen nieuwe. Daar kwam alleen maar vieze lucht uit en vermoedelijk ben ik daar ziek van geworden. Toevallig kwam ik iemand van de schoonmaakservice tegen. Zij was zo aardig om mijn apparaat in te wisselen. In die week dat wij verbleven was er geen schoonmaakservice en werd ook niet gegeven als je erom vroeg. We konden wel schone handdoeken krijgen en dat was het. De kamers waren netjes en schoon tot op een zekere hoogte, locatie is top, maar daar is eigenlijk alles mee gezegd. Er werd niet voldoende gedaan aan de hitte op de kamers en dat vind ik wel kwalijk. Zeker als je met ouderen of kwetsbare mensen op stap bent.

It’s in a great location though it was very difficult to figure out the entrance. And the apartment would be nicer in the fall or spring.

We stayed during the heat wave and the AC was not hooked up. We could see in the ceiling there was an AC, but they would not turn it on for us and it was at least 90° in the apartment. If they had better curtains on the bigger windows, we could’ve at least blocked out the sun. They did bring us one more fan, which helped a little, but the staff was very rude when we were trying to do laundry, which stated was included, but in reality you had to wait until 3 PM and then fight for the washers. Finally, the sliding door to the bathroom was broken so we could not actually close the door to use the bathroom, which was frustrating as a family of four.

Close to public transportation.

1. No separate entrance, have to enter through a bar/restaurant and no instructions were provided on that. 2. Elevator so small that it’s difficult to even fit two people. Let alone going in with luggages. 3. There were ants all over. We had to find our own spray and get rid of the ants in the apartment. 4. No hand soap was provided. 5. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a small broken glass piece that pierced into my husband’s foot and had to be taken care of. Could have been really bad if it was my baby instead.

The location

The room we had was on the ground floor and the toilet for the bar was on the other side of the hallway. So was noisy

The apartment is in a good location close to the centre of Zurich. It is well laid out with good facilities and it was clean.

The door code did not work when we arrives at 8.00 in the evening. We spent over an hour trying to get in touch with Vision Apartments, without success. Eventually we had to find another place to stay in for the night and spent CHF 45 on a taxi to get there. At 10.30 that evening we received a message to say there had been an entry code malfunction that had finally been fixed. By that time we had settled into the hotel we had found. We returned to the apartment the following morning and entered at 11:00am. I asked for compensation and was initially offered a 30% discount code, presumably for future bookings. I was finally offered a refund of 83% of the first night's cost. I was told this was not 100% because the daily rate runs from 3:00pm each day and we had managed finally to get in 4 hours earlier. A fair response by a good company would have been to offer 100% refund of the cost of the night's accommodation we had missed, plus the additional transport costs we had incurred. Finally, the ventilation system in the apartment was not working, when the outside temperature was 30+. Overall we had a very bad experience with Vision Apartments. Their response to the problems we encountered (which were entirely their fault) was very poor and the compensation offered was disappointing. We will not be staying in one of their properties again.

The room was overall ok

There was no AC and it was unbearable to do anything including the room, including sleep.

No air conditioning and the building appear to be suffering some severe humidity issues as the smell in my floor was bad and a machine to extract the humidity was 24h on the corridor making a lot of noise.

No AC, no breakfast, no cleaning or changing bedding and towels, no stuff around if you need anything

Good central location, within walking distance of the town centre and tram/train stations. Nice to have a gym in the basement, which was the coolest place in the building

Temizlik fena değildi sadece lavobalar bence tam temizlenmemişti

Sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Die Klimaanlage war leider nur Deko. Stickig vom Lounge Bereich, über das Treppenhaus bis in dem Zimmer. Terrasse leider nicht zugänglich für Hotelgäste. Lounge Bereich wirkte verlassen und nicht einladend.

There was no air conditioner and It was very hot inside the building.

Location was good for getting to tourist spots and restaurants- but not right in the middle of it, so not too noisy etc.

I never received an email with our check in code so had to wait outside for some time when we arrived - not what you need after you've been travelling with a child ... however once I called the number the person on the phone was friendly and helpful and got us in fairly quickly.

Der Ablauf mit dem einchecke vor Ort war sehr stressig, vieles hätte man vorher schon erledigen können. Da ich für die Schweiz eine e-sim gekauft hatte, dauerte es bis eine Rückmeldung kam. Draußen waren 32 grad und wir konnten nicht ins Haus. Wir konnten nicht telefonieren 📞 da unsere sim dafür nicht funktionierte. Durch eine fremde Person aus der Schweiz 🇨🇭 konnten wir beim Service anrufen und stellten fest, das es ein Problem gab mit der Mail. Außerdem ist es sehr schwierig sich anzumelden mit einer Buchungsnummer, die nicht auf der buchungsbestätigung von booking.com steht. Der Code sollte in der Mail stehen, die uns aber nicht erreicht hat, da wir schon in der Schweiz waren. Außerdem sollte man sich mit Last Name anmelden, ich kenne es als Nachname, aber ich musste mich mit dem Vornamen anmelden, da auf der Bestätigung von booking erst der Familie Name und dann der Vorname steht. Das war Stress pur.

My family and I enjoyed staying in this spacious two-bedroom apartment at the great location. We checked-in smoothly although it was a self-check-in process. Breakfast at the ground floor cafe/bar was fresh, shining and delicious - the staff was really kind.

Très bien situé en centre-ville, très propre et avec un accès autonome facile.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. Les oreillers étaient également beaucoup trop durs, ce qui m’a provoqué un mal de nuque. Dommage, car le reste était très satisfaisant.

Great location and the apartment was very clean. We were sent a code and apartment number before arrival, and easily got into the building, however, we couldn't find the apartment. We were told it was BR001, but there's no apartment with that number. We eventually found an apartment 001 (which had a sign saying it was the ladies toilet), and that was it. I called the contact number several times and got no response. It took them 2 hours to reply to my email. By then, we'd found the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped. Anna, who was in the cafe during the day was friendly.

The apartment was dark so we needed the lights on even though it was sunny outside. The dustbin store was just outside of the window so we couldn't really have the window open as it smelt. The booking info said that the restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but it closed at 3pm every day. The emails were friendly and helpful, but they took a long time to respond, and we never once had a phone call answered. The cleaners completely ignored us, no response to us saying hello or holding open a door for them, just blank faces and not even a smile. The only time one of them spoke was when she let herself into our room at 9am on the day that we checked out to ask when we were leaving. Checkout time was 10am, and we left by 9.30, so there was no need to chase us up. Apart from Anna, the whole experience was very impersonal.

Não fica muito iluminado com luz natural, tinha muitos mosquitinhos, acho que precisa dedetizar e seria ótimo se tivesse incluso sabão pra máquina de lavar.

The location is pretty good, but I didn´t have breakfast at the hotel. I liked also the staff of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room. I would recommend this to anyone who plans to stay in Zürich.

Although the location is awesome, the pictures of the building are way better than the appearance in person. I didn´t like the fact that for many hours of the day, if I had any issues, there would be nobody there to help me. It is an issue specially for older people.

Meillä oli studio huone joka sijaitsee alakerrassa. Alakerrassa kampaamon vieressä mistä kuului kova meteli aamusta alkaen ja käytävän äänet kuten puhe ja ovisummeri kuuluivat hyvin huoneeseen. Oli häiritsevää.

The property was very modern with a kitchen good enough for a short stay. The building has extra facilities like washing/drying and a gym. Location was decent, 15mins walk to Zurich HB.

No hand soap was provided, coffee machine required grounds which weren’t supplied. The room has a very odd layout, the privacy in the bathroom didn’t feel complete/was a bit open although I’m not sure that anyone can see in still. Air conditioner/fan doesn’t work all that great.
