The heat pump made noises during the night so I had to get up and turn it off. I could hear the traffic.

The room was not really clean,marks on the walls,carpet in need of a clean and the room definetly in need of an update.We would never stay there again.Disability car parks of which there were two,both were taken up, and no disability card displayed,we can only assume they belonged to Owner/management.We were on the first floor and the hallway leading to the rooms one wall all the way down to the end was stripped back to rough concrete making it very cold and grim.

The excessive use of room de-oderisers was extremely over powering causing headaches and nose bleeds. Other guests were having a party which made it difficult to get to sleep. Noise is an issue with the building.The corridors are bleak and cell like with the celebration of concrete and steel.

The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom smelt bad - smells from open floor drainpipe coming into the room, was like being near an outside toilet. The room we were given was right above the laundry so a lot of noise from the dryer.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026It was great that we were able to all have a single bed each which suited us siblings. I felt the location made everything very accessible and it was easy to get to our function.
I hadn't realised there was no bathroom on the mezzanine bedroom which is my fault as I never checked properly. This meant the 2 who slept up there had to come downstairs for the toilet...a little more difficult, especially at night as they are both in their 70's. Also having to carry their clothes down the stairs for the shower made things a little more difficult as well. As there was no door on the shower water splashed on to the bathroom floor
