Airport Resort Phuket

.

Nice place whit a pool and everything for less than 30 us a nigh in March Convinient for airport

Very dirty, no safe in room. Shuttle for 200 Baht was reasonable. Not worth the cost.

Very well located, close to the airport for those who have an early flight.

I like the vibe at this property … the hotel is older and could use some repair but the pool area surrounded by the quaint suites is something very special. The pool does need tile repair and updating and the in room safes need to get fastened to the wall or floor but I love this place.

Several issues 1 flood in bathroom , no proper light, toilet does not flush - really horrible 2 stained toilet seat 3 broken floor tiles 4 no soap anywhere 5 no iron and board 6 too much charge for airport shuttle 7 unpleasant behaviour of front desk

Hotel is nice but the toilet constantly smelt and noises from the bathroom all through out the day and night. Very limited sun beds around the pool that wasn’t the cleanest water…. Staff where very nice and overall very average!

I just needed a place to stay for a week by myself and this was a great pick. The surrounding area is convenient for nearby food, convenience stores. Naiyang beach is a short cab ride and seemed like the best thing to do at night. The hotel staff was always accommodating. I felt comfortable. AC was excellent. My toilet wasn’t the strongest and worried me initially, but pulled through in the end. The bathroom was hard to keep dry and it looked like there was evidence of that being a recurring phenomenon. The kitchen makes great food.

Handy to the airport

Overnight stopover for morning flight. Did the job but with no flair. Booked because it had a restaurant. But it had a limited menu and closed at 7.00 pm. So we walked to the nearest food place about 400 meters away. Across very pedestrian unfriendly roads.

Its good for short stay

Toilet doesn’t flush properly. Dining very limited, can’t even buy a good cup of coffee

Good location. 200 baht to airport shuttle.

Property was very clean and staff were very friendly.. this property is located near the airport and a beach.. the beach sell really nice food on my last day i went to the gym and had dinner having the beach as my view which was a lovely site

Need to spray for insects more in the rooms.

It was quiet clean and the staff were amazing and very helpful I didn’t like the toilets near the pool don’t think they have ever been cleaned. No way would I use them but everything else was great Maybe the pool could do with a little bit of work but very clean and nice to swim in.

Second time here, stayed 2 weeks, will stay again if in Phuket. Excellent value for money. Just couple of issues which could be easily addressed- tiled seat in pool needs redoing as number of small tiles missing, couple of sun lounges need new bolts to secure them in upright seating position and new cushions for sun loungers needed. New petrol and restaurant complex next door adds to appeal (includes 7-eleven )

Close to the airport. Spa was not open. Yes there was a T.V but only Thai channels. Understandable in Thailand, but should be made clear to international travelers.

Nice room, good pool, delicious food in restaurant at reasonable prices, friendly staff, free airport shuttle ..a 3 minute ride up the road.

Nice hotel in general, queiter than expected this close to the airport, but a little worn down : Tiles missing in the pool, etc.

Good value for money. Affordable late checkout. Not sure why Expedia is forcing me to write more, especially since you get bombarded with survey requests these days.

The kindness of Your Service Staff was great. But in night IT was very loud...

Nice and quiet location. Money well spent. Convenient location with strip mall next door.

Good to stay for one night, need to improve the shower

Perfect stop over location, 7-10 minutes from the airport with shuttles every hour to the airport. My flight was In early so I was able to check into y room 2 hours before the official time.

Staff was friendly; food at restaurant was great and room price point was great.

Stayed for a few hours and left at 3 am on the free airport shuttle. Woke up to several tiny red bugs crawling around on the bed. Killed one and it was full of blood. I recorded one of the bugs crawling around and showed the front desk girl at checkout. Although she did apologize, she didn’t seem surprised or worried. I advised that they spray the room and she said ok, but I didn’t see her write anything down. Hopefully she made note of the room from my room key, but since she acted so casual, I’m not certain anything will be done. There are many other hotels near the airport - to be safe, it’s probably better just to stay at one of those instead of this one. We had already paid for the room on check-in and were expecting the shuttle any minute, so I didn’t bother trying to haggle a refund.

Great place to stay, good price. Staff were very helpful and room was spotless. Can highly recommend

room is clean, staff friendly.. happy to stay here again next time

Great location as it was just a stop over for a night, breakfast was fine, enough to eat from medium variety of food, l

Nice and quite. Higher than I expected. But no spa service.

Good stay convenient for one night stay and airport early morning, 15min walk to naiyang beach good bars and restaurants

Booked this hotel because we had a late arrival into the airport and they offered free shuttle. It was a bit chaotic to find the shuttle but I think it would have been that way for any hotel. We thought our room would be one of the bungalows in all the pics but ended up in a room in a separate tower. Not a huge deal because we were leaving the next day, just look more closely than we did.

Loved the area. Close to beach and airport with free shuttle.

staff speak very minimal english. restaurant not up to standarts hotel either can not be rated ****, its *** maximun!!! no swimming pool, no spa, not beautiful environment around. i paid 3 days stay, but could not stand it, checked out after 2 days. and they did not returned me 1 day paiment.

Nice property for one night as its very close to the airport and it includes free shuttle.

Overall excellent service.from pickup at the airport & checkin late in the evening nothing was too much trouble.

Good location, helpful and friendly staff. Good rooms.

Really enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. We took the free hotel shuttle to the nearby beautiful beach and small town. We had dinner on the beach and watched a fantastic sunset. We also had a dip in the hotel pool before bed. We flew early the next morning so did not have any breakfast. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it!

Not a good hotel one of the worst I have ever stayed I

Lovely helpful staff, and very close to the airport. Spaviosu room

It is good for short stay, convenient proximity to airport and shuttle. Good pool and a 10 minute walk to the beach with good restaurants. The spa was closed.

Best value for money venue that i have stayed at. Speedy, efficient, friendly check in. Very clean property with all services and facilities. Free shuttle to and from the airport or the beach is great

Close to the airport and free shuttle to beach and airport

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Very close to airport and free shuttle is provided.

Clean, polite staff, close to airport, nice breakfast

Was nice only there for 5 hours to rest before flight

有免費接駁巴士到機場，好方便，房間算大亦乾淨，入住2601，冷氣壞了，員工能已英語溝通，check in時順道預約明而接送時間，短暫休息算是不錯選擇。

Amazing hotel right next to the airport. Fantastic clean room room with a great bed and great bathroom. The site itself is amazing with a great pool and a on site restaurant which we used when we arrived at lunchtime and dinner time in the evening. Staff arranged a feee airport transfer for us which was great. Amazing hotel all round 10/10

convenient hotel for the airport. good service and communication.

Nice clean hotel very close to airport. Comfortable quiet room, great breakfast and fantastic pricing

The room was clean and air conditioned. The buffet breakfast was an excellent addition and the staff were lovely and accommodating. Always happy to help with a smile.

The early morning receptionist was proactive and friendly. There were ants in the bathroom There were Roaches walking around in the dining room area!!

Our AC didn’t work and we didn’t have running water to shower until the second day nor could we flush our toilet. I recommend booking elsewhere

Stayed one night because of the late arrival. The room is nothing special and outdated, needs some improvements and renos. Small mould on the corners of the walls. Also, forgot 8 cans of premium caviar from Russia in their fridge, because of the morning rush. I called 30 minutes later and asked them to send the bag with a taxi driver for what I was going to pay 1000 baht. The receptionist said that they found it and will send it to my new place immediately. After waiting all day, I called them back and the receptionist said that she has no idea what caviar I was talking about... maybe they ate already, maybe they just threw out. Anyway, the hotel is nothing special and 1 night is more than enough to stay there. The breakfast was very simple, no variety at all. English is poor in the whole country, so it makes impossible to communicate with them, as they agree on everything that you are saying.

Staff on reception were friendly. Shuttle to airport and beach were excellent. Room had faulty electrics so all power would intermittently cut out which was scary. Engineer who came up was useless and didn’t fix the problem but by this time we were too tired so just went to sleep. The air con was rubbish- literally took a good 2-3 hours to cool the room and even then it wasn’t even that cool. Pool is nice and staff on reception are helpful. Breakfast is also good

Friendly staff, nice room, nice breakfast and very close to airport. They are building next door, so some noise...

It was nice to have a shuttle to the airport. The rooms were clean and nice. Short walk to the beach maybe 15 mins

Truly fantastic pool and lovely staff. Rooms are a bit rundown and right next to a construction site. Good choice for staying overnight before a flight.

Stayed due to the fact it was close to the airport for one night only. Shuttle to the airport included.

I floor because it isn't carpet so itwas clean. Our room was super hot and stuffy when we arrived.

closeness to airport, beach and night markets. Excellent swimming pool with built in spa and kiddies pool surrounded by lush gardens and adequate number of sun beds around pool.

Hard to communicate with staff, no one spoke English. Location handy to airport, but quite industrial and slummy, no where to walk

Hard to communicate with staff. No one spoke English. Property is close to airport but it is in an industrial area that is very slummy. No where to walk to. Nothing in the area.

The staff did not speak English very well and this made it hard.

It was perfect for a late night arrival. I also liked the beach near the hotel.

Good - Convenient with the airport shuttle provided for the hotel guest from airport to hotel or hotel to airport. You have to book the service upon booking the hotel. Bad- Not comfortable bathroom has bad smell. Swimming pool located next to the hotel building.

Great for airport transfers. Clean room, bathroom, friendly service though we didn’t need them for much. Nice warm pool too! The breakfast/dinner is standard hotel price but instead we went across the street to the food stalls and resturaunts near the 711 and it was great! Much cheaper too.

Booked one night at the airport hotel before an early flight. Room was clean and had everything I needed, which wasn’t much for one night only. There’s currently building work going on next to the hotel so there was some noise, but quiet at night (apart from some noisy guests). Not the most modern or trendy interior but clean, safe and close to the airport with free airport shuttle.

Shuttle to the airport was super convenient. Rooms are nice but little details like the walls needing to be wiped down kept it from getting a great review. Cold fridge. Comfy beds. Great pool. Definitely not a tourist area. 7-11 only thing close but there is a restaurant on site.

A fantastic airport hotel, although it is further from the airport (10 minute drive) it is to be expected because it is a nice resort with swimming pool. Hotel was very modern and clean, including the pool and quite luxurious for a reasonable price. Hotel has free shuttle service every hour to the airport 24 hours a day which is very useful. They also have a less frequent shuttle to the nearby beach although I did not go to the beach. I would recommend this hotel.

Convenient to airport & Soi Dog Foundation which was the primary purpose of our visit though the hotel is a long way from downtown Phuket

Nice and close to the airport for very early morning start

A very nice airport hotel - great price, location, service and a beautiful pool to take an evening swim in... Also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and food and service was excellent as well. 4:00 am departure - and complementary shuttle right on time. Like most airport vacinities, not much nearby - but there is pubs and restaurants just off the nearest intersection - still walking distance. Only neutral issue - firm mattress but this is universal SE Asia - and probably helps to prevent insects of all varieties from moving in... All in all, for late arrivals or early departures, this property is a 9/10.

The hotel was nice. Although I had commented during the book that we need shuttle service but I did not get any confirmation from them. So I had to call them to confirm that they will pick us up from the airport. During the drop-off they told us that they only drop at an hourly basis. This was little weird for us.

Clean and comfortable. Short distance from airport

Nice and close to airport and their restaurant was good as well best club sandwich I have had a long time

If you have an early flight or just need a quick place to stay this would work. However the rooms were just enough to be considered clean and the facilities are very old. Not a place to stay for multiple nights but more like a convenience to be by the airport. The staff was nice enough and helped out when I left something so that says a lot about the people that work there .

Continent for the airport, nice room, pool and restaurant.

It was a good transit hotel near airport Very convenient

We booked one night here as we had a flight out of the airport at 3am. After a very long day travelling from the islands we checked in around 7pm. The staff were out quickly to get our luggge, the front desk staff were lovely and already had our paperwok out And ready to go. The hotel is very clean and updated. The room was clean, nice, and everything we needed. The restaurant was reasonably priced and tasted fine. We were able to walk to the 7-11 after dinner To buy snacks for our flight. It was a 5 minute walk. The airport was maybe a 5 minute drive from the hotel and they offer free shuttle every hour. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent service. Staff was great. The hotel is run down, but is does meet basic needs. Free shuttle to airport is a plus.

Needed somewhere close to airport. Free shuttle to and from was nice. Hotel was clean. Front desk ladies could take a lesson in being a bit nicer. Pool was refreshing and nice. There is a free shuttle to and from the beach. We took it to the beach and stayed the entire day and walked back. Probably a 15-20 min walk. For what you pay it is worth the money.

This hotel met my expectations and if I had time for a dip, they had a very nice pool area.

It is ok for airport hotel to sleep somewhere before or after the long flight. Location is ok but on the busy road (you can’t hear any noice from the hotel)

I called them one day before arriving to Phuket, and wanna a reservation to pick up at airport, been told just call them when I arrive. Guess what, they didn't answer the phone when I have arrived at the airport. After I struggled to get to there, they made a bad excuse that they didn't answer because I called from overseas. There is no hair dryer in room, guest have to pick up at the front desk, they even don't send it to the room, imaging a girl with messy wet hair, having to go downstairs. The worst experience in my trip to Thailand.

Great place. We even got massages at the hotel. Close to the airport with a free shuttle.

Free shuttle to airport was great. Also the shuttle to the beach was appreciated.

Nice clean hotel next to the airport. Offered free shuttle whenever needed. Has very nice restaurant with good food. I would recommend if you need a hotel when landing late or early into Phuket.

We stayed at this hotel for an extended layover in Phuket. It has a great pool, is walking distance to Nai Yang Beach (such a wonderful, lesser-known beach) and offers free airport transfers. The room was great - offering a nice big soaker tub. It was a perfect layover spot!

It is a great stay if you just want to have nice and comfort time away from city madness but as it is far away from famous beaches you will end up paying lot of money on taxi fares to get there ..!!!

Close to the airport but the shuttle never arrived the breakfast looked terrible

It was great, My flight had been delayed for 2 hours, and I arrived at the airport at 3am! Still, they came to HKT to pick me up when I called them, and everyone was very nice. I really do appreciate it.

It was great for the price. The the resort was very close to the airport and everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This resort was completely amazing. All around even before check in, they were very accommodating with our needs and services. Extremely friendly and kind staff that was always willing to help. There was no issues with the staff or service throughout our stay and will most likely stay here again during our next visit!

We stay at this hotel the last night of our trip in Hanoi. Very happy with the service! They upgrade our room for us. Only 5mins to international airport, cos about $3 NZD. Will stay here again next time i visit Hanoi.

Very pleasant

Helpful staff. Really clean and lovely food. First night in Phuket just because we got there late booked for our last night too as an early start!! Perfect!!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I able to arrange a hassle-free transfer to the airport. The room was spotless and the hotel generally very well maintained. Only a five minute walk to the Thursday night market. Would definitely stay here again.
