An apartment suitable for a family and separate rooms with sufficient space for everyone.

The headboard in the main bedroom does emit a smell.

I absolutely hated the fact that there was no human contact for the check in and check out process. Going to a screen was an awful experience. It was during the day so there was no reason why there should not be a person to interact with.

It was close to the city centre

This is a non-staffed hotel. All booking in was via machine. No staff available to help. Access to hotel at night was confusing as two swipe card machines are located same place and one of them says "cards not valid" . No clear signage to say where the hotel entrance is. In the room the safe DID NOT WORK and no info as to how to use it. On arrival the auto check in machine did not accept the credit card that i used to book the hotel online. Lucky i had a debit card that did work. Had i known it was an unmanned hotel i most certainly NOT HAVE BOOKED. No staff overnight raises fears of my securuty and welfare overnight.

The apartment was clean and roomy. Bed was comfortable.

The airconditioning didn’t work for my entire stay. The woman at the front desk told me it was working, but a lady from housekeeping told me the aircon was out on the entire second floor. Also the bathroom was a ridiculous 30C and underfloor heating. Not sure why that is needed in the middle of summer.

Good location, close to train station and city centre but mostly a quiet area. Good sized room if a little dark.

As previous reviews have noted, there had been a reception with access to tea, coffee,even croissants. Reception now replaced with automated check in. Face to face reception was definitely a plus. We had two teabags for 3 nights and two small toilet rolls which just about lasted! All feels a bit stingy for the price changed, but the company obviously making savings !!

The breakfast was very disappointing. Given that there was a very good coffee shop with good pastries and cakes on the premises the pre-packaged croissants we were given were almost inedible

A bit noisy with traffic when we first went to the apartment. We then found that all the windows had been left open.

I did have a kitchenette with bunch of knives, sadly no cutting board and the electric stove is a bit awkward to use.

The man on the night shift was helpful and reassuring when I expressed concerns about feeling unwell from a smell when in the room.

Building work in the lobby but didnt find it noisy as was out during the day. Very very tired. Everything falling apart. Smoke alarm had tape on it, fuse box wide open with tape where it had been stuck closed together, bin didnt open inside under sink cupboard, window air vent didnt work so window has to be open or closed, room unbearably hot, bed sunken in middle, really loud outside from nearby nightclubs, dated tired bathroom and all furniture and flooring marked, chipped and scratched. Reception staff always on their phones, or with phone on loudspeaker. One staff member sat there on a break and was quite rude. I paid £450 for one night in this hotel during a conference and I'd generally say it was quality of a low end 3* hotel if not for them providing the cooking amenities. I would not think the rooms were worth more than £80 if they didnt have these amenities. Sub par vs other Leeds offerings. Rather stay in a Travelodge !

Adam on the front desk was very welcoming and informative, a very pleasant young man indeed.

Really comfortable room, very clean. Lovely and really helpfull reception staff, greeted me warmly and offered advice.

The preview dsecription was a little bit misleading about the mini shop. Location very handy, but I'd have been a bit anxious going out after dark.

It is full of facility , kitchenware , dish washer , washer machine.

I stay 4 night, no housekeeping for cleaning. At first , they told that housekeeping will do mid of stay , 2 nd night.

In a good location, very close to the shops/restaurants etc. Main bedroom bed was comfortable. The size and layout of the apartment suited us being a family of 4 with 2 older children.

The apartment was in need of some maintenance/repair. The bathroom floor in particular had a number of broken tiles and the others were loose. The bunk bed needed tightening up as it moved a lot and therefore made creaking noises and the curtains in the main bedroom had stains on them.

Spacious apartment, good air conditioning, very little noise from other guests, good coffee and an excellent location. Being able to give our child their own adjoining room was great and meant we all rested properly.

The bedrooms.need some lamps! Also There were a few stains on the curtains and some fixtures were a little worn

Lovely apartment, spacious, clean and tidy. Everything you could need is provided. Excellent shower and comfortable beds. Excellent free coffee bean machine in reception, along with croissants in the morning. Really friendly reception staff. Location is perfect.

Couldn't work the shower straight away, on asking reception , this was quickly sorted

The receptionist Phoenix (I think he was called) was amazing, such good customer service and lovely chat too. I would definitely stay here again if he’s behind the desk he was ace!

Great hotel, with everything you need! The room was spacious, with plenty of plugs, lighting, a desk, sofa and telly; it felt like a studio apartment, and had all the necessary facilities. The main lobby also had a few kitchen items (food, etc) in case you forgot anything.

I couldn't quite figure out how to cast from my phone to the television; it would have been good to watch my own streaming platforms. We also weren't sure on how to use some of the facilities, for example, the extractor fan. If there were stickers explaining how to use some of them, that would be great!

The apartment was just what I needed. There was a good amount of space and comfortable furnishings to make it feel like home. The bed was a good size and comfortable.

When you opened the windows you heard the noise and kareoke but it is a city centre location and you have to expect that.

We stayed in Leeds for daughters graduation as a family of four. We were met by Leah @ reception what a lovely warm welcome she was so friendly professional, friendly and helpful, she was lovely and a real credit to Roomzzz. Our apartment was great, clean and beds were comfortable, great location, great complimentary drinks tea and chocolate and would definitely stay again 🙂
