Really good place to stay in Leeds, well located near the station and good quality and value for money. Reception staff were lovely but it''s going to be self check-in in the future which seems a shame. Only minor issue is that it's opposite a night club and so it was a bit noisy (even on a Monday night!) in the early hours.
An aparthotel with dishwashing/cooking/fridgerator services .Also fresh croissants and coffee on tap .Close to shops. The staff are so helpful .Booking in early and leaving late is possible for a small fee.Second time staying ... we will return
This is our third time staying at this hotel. We are happy with everything, including the location, room size, cleaniness, service, free coffee all day and free crossiant for breakfast! We will definitely come again next time!
I have stayed over 15 years in faculty and associated . excellent apart suites with great facility . good coffee around the clock .great location , remarkable cleanliness
I've not left a tripadvisor review before but Roomzzz was absolutely perfect. Great location, very helpful staff, comfortable beds, great bathroom and kitchen facilities.
The hotel itself is really clean and excellent value for money. The host (who's name slips my mind) was amazing!
Night away with friends. Location is great for lots of restaurant and bars. Room was a really good size with a bed, sofa and kitchen area. We were given a disabled room (although not disabled) which had a large bathroom and our friends had a 4th floor room with a balcony. We were all very happy with our rooms. Debbie on Reception was so lovely - very helpful and informative. Would definitely stay there again
REGULAR STAY AT THE PLACE - Home away from from home , excellent cleanliness , great sleep , wonderful location , pleasant very helpful staff
We checked in to the hotel and were not told that the AC was not working. At bed time we tried switching on the AC only to find out that it was not cooling. We tried opening the window, but it could only open so far. When we complained we were told that the AC was not working and the parts would arrive on the day we were checking out.
It was in a nice location, perfect to get to things around. There was many food locations nearby. Easy to get public transport when needed. Very spacious and came with all needed supplies.
Front of house wasn’t easy to find. There was no air con and only one fan when the weather was hot. The tap in the bathroom was not working either.
Very good location in the City Centre, some minutes walk from the railway station. Perfect space, good rate of price/quality
Easy to find
Old decor
Spacious, clean.and quite. Great front desk staff. They try their best to make their guests feel comfortable. Good value for the money. Example, there was no AC in the room and it was really hot for two days. The hotel staff gave me an extra fan to make me feel comfortable.
I was travelling from out of the country for a short visit. I think the hotel houses migrants seeking asylum. Saw them in the reception whenever I went in and out. Those folks asked me where I was from, religion, etc. Which I thought was a bit awkward.
Excellent room. Lovely bathroom and modern kitchen with fridge. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
Clean,tidy
Good location. Nice supply of cooking utensils. Excellent hot water supply and great water pressure.
Only one chair for sitting at little table - needed 2 for 2 people!
Great accommodation
The hotel is in great location. Nearby to grocery outlets and easy to find halal restaurants.. walking distance to city centre and University of Leeds
room was massively overpriced - perhaps ‘surged’ due to the cricket match. Room felt like council temporary accommodation. Furniture appeared to be thrown into the room with no regard.why a book shelf when nothing to occupy it? The red 1980s sofa was perhaps sourced from a local skip. A warm night in Leeds and no air conditioning. This is a budget hotel at best. I wont be troubling the Roomzzz establishments with my custom again. Very underwhelmed.
The room accommodate for family, easy to find halal restaurants, walking distance to city centre
No air con which made it uncomfortable during the heat wave. Expensive do this should have been highlighted
Convenient location
Information said parking may be available. However when we arrived they said no parking all weekend as they had a party booking. That could easily have been communicated beforehand but wasn't Also, although there is a coffee machine in reception, this isn't always working, owing we were told to children playing with the machine. It seems, therefore, that there should be no unaccompanied children in reception
everything
none
great from receptionist to the the room everyone was very helpful polite and lovely, nothing was too much trouble.
The room was super clean and was equip with pretty much everything we would need over the 2 day stay. Was impressed there was also a washing machine in the room - you don't usually find that! Also thought it was a really nice touch that there was complementary croissants in the morning. The bathroom was fab - clean and fresh with plenty of towels and stocked with toiletries.
Only complaint was the coffee in the room. The sachets weren't very nice and ended up not drinking them. Better quality coffee would have made the stay perfect but other than this i have no complaints :)
Friendly staff, spacious rooms and good facilities.
Nice spacious room, good size bed. Had everything we needed for the weekend! Shower had nice water pressure and the water was nice and hot. Plenty of plug sockets around the room too.
Bed was a little bit harder compaired to what im used to, but thats down to personal preference. Tv could do with updating rather than having basic freeview Tv, most places i've stayed recentley either have access to Sky or some form of streaming that you can connect to via your mobile phone. A fair walk away from the town centre. But plenty of option to use to get into town.
Excellent room with good kitchen. Decor a little jaded but it was really good value and had everything we needed. Their car park was full but there is a surface one across the road which was excellent and easy to get to. Easy walking distance to Leeds University which we were visiting. It was fine for us but there is a fairly steep road to walk up to get there.
Nice room, nice staff
Shower in my room, 910, wasn't great. Seal was worn on the shower head, so it did spray out of the side.
Complimentary croissants and coffee were a welcome bonus,
Nothing to add.
I have stayed here a number of times now as my daughter has been living around the corner in Hanover Square. The staff have always been friendly, the rooms all have fully working kitchens and are clean and all in good working order. You can walk or easily bus into the city (and to the railway station) too. I book a parking space at the bottom of Hanover Square if I am driving. Rooms at the front of the hotel offer a view over part of the city and are on a fairly busy road. The evening traffic noise is not a problem for me but light sleepers might prefer rooms to the back that face onto quieter student accommodation.
Room was uncomfortably hot. No air conditioning.
Not enough parking spaces and not enough staff on reception
Size of room
Decent equipment on kitchen
Room a bit stuffy. Re the location: Burley Road busy and noisy on a Saturday night.
Very friendly staff and great location.
Handy facilities nearby and easy (if hilly) walk to university campus. Staff super friendly and breakfast croissants fine.
Nothing I didn’t like
A good location 20 mins walk from the centre. Very well equipped room and kitchenette. Could have made a 3 course meal here but our culinary skills only reached the kettle and the tea bags.
Limited parking facilities
very dated
Dirty. Dirty socks left. Noisy and when mentioned to staff theres was “nothing they could do” Ideal location by think it’s b
Accessibility 24 hours to room due to issue of being let down by previous accommodation
Miscommunication between reception and housekeeping staff
Great stay as usual yes not a 5* hotel but for under £100 it's perfect for going back to after a gig in Leeds. Staf friendly, place is clean and has all the bits you want from a hotel/apartment for a short stay.
Excellent location 5 min walk from railway station but in a quiet street. Room had everything you could need and bed was very comfortable.
Fabulous stay profesional & curtious service deliverd and appreciated
Best hotel experience I’ve had so far, The staff are always lovely and helpful. Special shout out to Debbie on reception for being welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend Roomzzz to anyone for short or long stays. Breakfast included is always a bonus
Great location with the bonus of complimentary croissants and hot drinks. The kitchen facilities were a nice touch and well-equipped. However, the shower was quite small, the mattress wasn’t very comfortable for my taste, and the room wasn’t very soundproof .I could hear everything from the corridor.
The privacy and the room layout. The place was near everything within walking distance.
The mattres was a bit soft to my like
Good location, drinks machine and room is clean , warm receptionist.
The room are too hot, the fun small, the shower small, no Air condition, after 3 days room wasn't clean, we want to ask for bin bag and toilet roll at the reception.
Free hot drinks and a croissant for breakfast! Spacious room and fantastic value for money 💰
The door to reception is on Burley Road close to eateries - we wandered around the back before realising this. Car park attached to hotel difficult to find but we used the big council car park across the road (Burley Road) which was great value. These aren't really deal breakers - just pointing them out for other users.
Stayed at Roomzzz on Saturday night as booked a night out in Leeds with a friend. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the bars. The facilities in the apartment are great and the mini shop in reception is a great idea, as myself and my friend got the munchies at 4am lol. Staff were very friendly and approachable, especially the guy (sorry didn’t get your name). We will be returning :)
Clean, good location.
Rooms were clean and light. Friendly staff were helpful and desk is 24 hours. Safe and secure. Great location with affordable parking and a few minutes from museums. Great facilities in kitchen, large fridge in apartment very handy. Beds very comfortable, probably one of the best in a budget style hotel. Great free coffee facilities in lobby with complimentary pastry for breakfast.
Nothing
Location wasn’t the best and also All we could hear all night.. early morning was food slamming on every floor
Great sized and fully equipped rooms 👌... perfect for an odd night or full week. Comfortable beds lots of storage space, fully equipped kitchen including washer and dishwasher!! Black out curtains were amazing!!
Everything was great.
The staff were really lovely and welcoming and very helpful.the price was fantastic and the rooms very spacious and foot kitchen space too.
Could have have been a bit more updated, the shower is very small and won't fit tall/larger people in sadly. But it was very clean and the bed was comfortable 😊
Close to city cente
Quite outdated dirty and there was hair on the bed from previous customers or staff
The team were really accommodating with us having to change dates, even allowed for us to switch to a double bed at no extra cost. The room was lovely, had a kitchen and good TV. Highly recommend. Very clean and even had nice snacks and stuff downstairs at very reasonable prices.
The area wasn’t the best. Felt vulnerable at night
Close to the Stylus. Nice coffee. Very spacious room. Staff member was very polite. Quirky place.
Bed was a little uncomfortable, but not bad enough to not be able to sleep.
Spacious studio with useable kitchenette not far from city centre
Everything was fine from our point of view, though I noticed there was only one chair for sitting at the bench table - so if we’d been eating in, only one of us would have had a seat. We managed to get a parking fine in the public carpark opposite because we didn't realise that the hours of operation continue to 10pm.
