Breakfast was great, could use more variety though and lack of gym.

Location is great Stayed there before and will continue to when I visit Leeds. Breakfast is very good plenty of food to satisfy a whole range of people. Friendly staff !!

Clean, nice beds pillows and dove toiletries as well as free buffet breakfast. Close to where we needed to be.

Liked it all except night time there was not a lot of options close for a meal.

Handy for a walk to watch cricket at Headingly. Great to have parking on site. Lovely breakfast.

Riktigt god, tyvärr var inte värmen på en morgon så maten var kall! Åtgärdades men vi hade inte tid att vänta. Åt middag en kväll men det motsvarade inre förväntningarna. Kändes förfabriserade och lite simpla med tanke på priset. Hade kunnat äta något smakfullare til samma pris på annan restaurang.

Would have been nice to have an easy chair in the room. The small chair on wheels not so great for someone with physical disabilities. So had to sit on the bed to watch TV. Also thought hotel was closer to the city centre, much further out than expected.

Decent hotel, friendly staff and were very helpful, had late checkout. Had a discount code for parking which was very helpful. Decent size room and good Chantelle’s for TV. Had options for heating and aircon which was very good and easy to work.

Cleaning of room was disappointing, hair in the bathroom on the floor and in plug holes. Not that close to city centre shops. About 20 minutes work for some people. Cobwebs in places. Not a lot of options for late night snacks.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and we stayed an extra night and had to pay more through booking.com

1 booked 3 weeks in advance but never got allocated a disabled room as I use a wheel chair i also filled in a requirement email this was snswered as a not a problem email back The staff really did try to help but didn't really understand my needs i just took the room and had to muddle through The sheets and pillow cases were well past the use date. There was big black stains that were probably due to the tumble dryers The bottom sheet was badly wrinkled like it has been slept in or not made correctly

Says city centre hotel and its a good 20 mins walk from the centre should advertise it as city centre as I wouldn't of booked it so £140 wasted as wouldn't of booked it but made the most of it

I stay here regularly in Leeds when visiting my young adult children - clean, comfortable and convenient.

The only issue is the cost of parking - it is reasonable for a location close to the city centre but a larger discount for visitors would be better.

Room was very quiet even though it was on a busy road. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Lovely Indian restaurant beside the hotel. And really nice pub two minutes walk behind the hotel - Highland Laddie

It was extremely hot the weekend we visited and the air conditioning was broken so the room was very hot. They had put a fan in but it was still boiling.

Room was clean and as expected with adequate space.

Breakfast was a bit mediocre, egg over cooked, and sausages in particular weren't very good. Parking was quite expensive (£26 for 28 hours after discount - seems it was £13 per day or part of day), and given the time we were there, other options were available which we only found out afterwards.

It was in good proximity to the snooker centre so there were no need for taxis etc.

We booked an air conditioned room and were informed upon checkin that the air conditioning was broken, without offer to re compensate (at least in part). The manager on duty seemed overly keen to refund me the entire cost and, in her words, “Go to try and book a different hotel” they eventually ‘found’ a room but it seemed clear to me that the air conditioning was only switched off, perhaps to save on costs.

We stayed at this location for a sports event at the Northern Snooker Club so our location was literally next door. From the minute we entered the hotel all staff were extremely courteous, welcoming, competent and made us feel extremely welcome. We had been advised that there was an issue with the air conditioning as it was an extremely warm time of the year. A fan was in situ in the room on our arrival but we often feel they just circulate warm air so we didn't use it. We were in a room up high and out of the midday sun so we were able to leave the windows open and allow a breeze. The bed was very comfortable so a great nights sleep was had each night despite the heat. The breakfast was very substantial with a great choice. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing and staff seemed to be always at hand and any toiletries which we requested were made available in reception so no delay. Our number one take was the amazing staff.

The only drawback for me was the room was a little dark even with the lights on but I guess it was because of the positioning of the window. Perhaps stronger lights may be an option but really a very small issue for us.

The fan was a bit dusty. My sister has asthma, so an issue especially for her.also position of lights. Difficult to read or watch tv as unable to get right level of lighting.

Great choice for breakfast, eat all you can over three hour or so period. Location good near city and on multiple bus routes. Very clean modern hotel.

Breakfast was included in our stay, and we quite enjoyed it. The selection wasn't huge, but there was everything you might need for a good breakfast. The hot options included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes and hash browns. There were also croissants, muffins, yogurts and berry compote to add to the yogurt. Coffee and tea were available as well. Overall, it wasn't the biggest breakfast spread, but everything we had was tasty and there was plenty to choose from.

There were a few disappointing details. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been, as we noticed some hairs on the floor, which was a little unpleasant.

We stay here quite often, with our most recent stay being only 4 weeks ago, before we were back again this time! Always clean, staff are so lovely and welcoming as soon as the doors open. I’ve never been woken in the night by any noise and always comfortable.

The hotel is located a bit far from the downtown and train station (25 min walking). There are no restaurants and bars nearby. The whole place is a bit isolated from the main attractions (and everything) - however, this is not critical if you don't mind to walk.

Lovely friendly staff, clean room with lots of extras. The inclusion of breakfast was great and there was a lot of choice on the menu. The location was also very convenient for us visiting Kirkstall Abbey.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. Room was perfect for our needs. Clean ,comfortable and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was good and set us up for the day perfectly. Would definitely recommend for everything from location to price.

The reception staff went above and beyond on our arrival. our room had no air conditioning and as it was so hot, we went to speak to a member of staff and they changed our rooms. Also the staff were very pleasant and chatty.

Air con had broken and it was the hottest day of the year!

Friendly and helpful reception, responsive online, room cleaned every day, comfortable and clean, air conditioning, good breakfast, short distance to a bus stop that takes you to the station/centre. Appreciated that I could drop baggage before check-in time, then was given the option to check in anyway. I was able to watch Wimbledon in the room. We appreciated having been offered some food necessitated by a very early check-out. Could not find my room card at first, was given another one, found the first one later. This was convenient. It was nice to have a bar next to check-in, and that I could take glasses up to the room and bring them back later.

Some wardrobe would have been nice, although hangers were available for my shirts. The light system in the room is a bit confusing, but great once you figure it out. It seemed like there was a slight leak in the bathroom basin, perhaps at the base of the tap: water flowed to the left but very slowly.

The whole stay from start to finish was very good. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and on arrival first impressions were very good , very clean and tidy. The room perfect for our needs for a one night stay , including breakfast which was also very nice. Would definitely stay again.
