Bungalow gigantesque et magnifique, piscine superbe, accès à la mer pour les excursions et snorkeling, voire kayak ou paddle, très bon restaurant et tout accessible à pied sur l’ile.

The rooms were beautiful, the beds were exceptional and the staff so helpful and kind. Beautiful beaches all around and good location!

Pool wasn’t regularly cleaned, a bit too warm and dead bugs and a few dead lizards floating!

La plage est assez petite et il y a beaucoup de bateaux. Il y avait des travaux à côté de l’hôtel et du bruit toute la journée, donc pas cool.

Nous avons adoré le jardin tropical et la piscine qui sont encore mieux que sur les photos . La chambre aussi est très agréable et bien équipée.

Le personnel est adorable, disponible et très attentionné. L’hôtel est très agréable, bien situé et parfaitement adapté à un séjour en famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse de toute l’équipe et leur professionnalisme. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir ! This hotel is situated on Sunrise Beach. The pool is big and well-maintained, though the rooms are a little dated — still, they were clean. The only downside was the weak hot water pressure, which made showers a bit uncomfortable. On the plus side, paddleboards and kayaks are available for free, the staff were all very welcoming, and the breakfast was fantastic. We really had a lovely stay here. The most important thing: Don’t miss the sunrise!

Das dazugehörige Restaurant war viel zu teuer - das war schade, da wir dort gerne mehr Zeit verbracht hätten ( Ausblick etc. - bzw. für das Essen am Pool ) Die Preise waren aber nicht typisch für die Umgebung.

Mooie ruime kamers in een prachtige tuin met zwembad. Super vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is inclusief en er is voldoende keus met vers fruit. Paddle boards, kayaks en snorkels gratis te gebruiken.

Niets aan te merken.

Aircon. Sauber. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Gepflegte Anlage. Schöner Sand- Strand. Schöner Pool. Relativ ruhig. Tauchschule nicht weit.

Das Essen war wenn auch lecker etwas teuer.

La piscina espectacular, solo haría falta limpiarla más. Kayaks y paddle boards gratis, al estar ubicado delante de la islita hay muchisimos corales cerca. El desayuno muy bueno. Está cerca de la walking street.

Podrían limpiar más la piscina. La playa de delante está sucia y tiene demasiados barcos atracados. Almohadas incomodas.

The swimming pool was excellent – spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The water was clean and pleasantly warm, making it enjoyable for both adults and children.

The floor tiles/SPC flooring in our villa were quite slippery and could be a safety hazard as it is easy to slip and fall. The breakfast selection should be improved, especially for Muslim guests, as there were very limited options available. Unfortunately, there was not enough time allocated for kayaking during our visit, so we were unable to enjoy the activity.

Great stay! Amazing location, super friendly staff, really nice pool.

The entire staff was very friendly, especially woman working in the reception and a woman in the beach bar restaurant. I am allergic to nuts and the hotel staff went extra mile in ensuring I could eat Thai food without getting a reaction. The hotel room was huge and clean and decorated nicely. The next time I visit Koh Lipe, I will stay here.

Nice and clean rooms. Big pool, and on the beach. Great breakfast (from menu) with as much fresh fruit you can eat served i n restaurant on the beach.

The Mali staff is amazing and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and stocked everyday. The pool was perfect. There are kayaks and paddle boards for free. We did three days of snorkeling just kayaking to nearby islands

We stayed 5 nights. Free breakfast, but same 10 options. Most places are like this though. We had a hotel.and would change juices, fruits and meats daily

Can't fault much with this place. Love the tropical setting of the resort with lush garden surrounding the beautiful pool. The rooms are big and clean with complete toileteries. Not to forget the staffs are all helpful with complimentary pick up and drop off to the jetty when checking-in and out.

It's a great location, and the gardens/pool are beautiful.

Our room was not clean. As soon as we checked in we noticed a huge yellow stain on the top of the sheet, next to the pillow, a stain no one could miss, yet the staff clearly didn't think there was anything wrong with that, somthing very telling. We asked for the sheets to be changed and they were. The ceiling is a vaulted tropical style that seems old and they clearly have a termite issue as dead termites were sprinkled on the bed, evidently falling from the ceiling. The next morning i found half a petrified lizard on the floor in the middle of the room. The room generally felt unclean which made it uncomfortable. The smell of mould was overwhelming. Honestly we couldn't wait to leave. I was shocked by all the good reviews I read, but we could have had the worst room as we booked last minute. Our shower floor was full of mould, I understand it's a humid environment but i think that's unacceptable in any hotel. Staff seem sad, somthing I'm not used to in Thailand, but Mali Kradan had the same feeling (except for one lovely smiley lady) it gave off a depressing vibe. Breakfast was ok.

Restaurant mit tollem Frühstück und auch Essen, mega Bedienung (Koi: thank you), Frühstück mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. gute Auswahl an Früchten. Müsli oder Omeletten auch perfekt!! Die Drinks und die verschiedenen Menues (Mittag oder abends) waren sehr sehr gut!

allenfalls im Zimmer: wir mussten jeweils unsere Schlafanzüge suchen, da diese nicht schön auf dem Bett angeordnet wurden sondern achtlos auf die Koffer oder Sofa oder Pult "geschmissen" wurden.... - das hätte allenfalls einen kleinen Minuspunkt gegeben.

Fabulous hotel in a brilliant location on the beach. Rooms are spacious and clean, in a local style. Staff were excellent, especially Koi who worked in the bar/restaurant. Cocktails and food were brilliant too. Would recommened staying here!

L’hôtel est placé au bord de la merveilleuse plage sunrise beach, à 10min à pied de la Walking street. Le personnel est accueillant et très sympathique. La chambre était propre spacieuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuner servi à la carte est très bon. Vous avez une boisson de bienvenue offerte au bar lors de votre arrivée. Il y a également une piscine qui est superbe. Vous avez aussi une possibilité de réserver une session de massage au bord de la plage ou de faire du kayak ou du paddle sur la plage.

Il n’y a personne à la réception de 22h à 6h il faut les contacter par WhatsApp si besoin.

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und gepflegt. Die Bungalows sind schön eingerichtet und alle sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Der Pool ist ebenfalls gepflegt und groß. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand war auch klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders erwähnen wollen wir den Mitarbeiter Pond, der mit seiner Freundlichkeit absolut herausgestochen ist und unsere kleine Tochter mit seinen Tanzeinlagen begeistert hat, sowie die Mitarbeiterin, die immer mit ihm Nachmittags die Bar betreut hat 😊

Der Bungalow hat leider immer etwas muffig/ nach Abfluss gerochen, wenn man reingekommen ist. Sonst hat uns alles rundum gefallen 😊

Piękne położenie w ogrodzie i w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie plaży. Kameralny Resort z wszystkimi potrzebnymi udogodnieniami, beach barem z drinkami i podstawowymi posiłkami. Duży basen wśród roślinności. Bardzo przestronny bungalow i ogromna łazienka. Personel bardzo pomocny i zawsze uśmiechnięty.

The room was a good size, nicely decorated and the window seat looking out onto the garden a delight. Bathroom was huge and the shower had lots of hot water. The figure of 8 shaped pool was beautiful, lots of greenery to give shade and lovely statues to make it interesting. Beach cafe served great cocktails (we had a lot of lychee martinis!) we ate dinner there and enjoyed tasty Thai food and - the inclusive breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly. The beds were super comfortable.

Only one thing - Arrival on Ko Lipe is a bit messy and hot- you have to wait on the beach for passports to be returned by the ferry staff and then queue for immigration. Took nearly 2 hours for us. I think the resort could send some warning about this in their materials when you book so you know what to expect. Then resort staff told us they had to wait until everyone was thru to take us to the hotel. I think given the short distance to the resort, they could organize the pick ups a bit better so as not to keep guests standing in the dusty road for more than half an hour waiting after we all cleared immigration for one more guest to clear immigration

There was a rat in our room, told the staff they said they’ll check it out, but no action taken. Judging by what’s behind on the rooms which is an Empty lot and lots of trash I’m sure that’s where the rat comes from.. room Is clean but that little guys kept on running around at night.

Absolutely love the green and lush garden. The spacious room where we can stay very comfortably with 5 persons. The service from Koi is outstanding, she is a gem. Also the other staff are super friendly. Breakfast is good with enough variety. We absolutely love the vibe at Mali Sunrise resort. Stayed for the third time, this time 11 nights and still want to stay longer haha. Hope to visit again next year! Also really like the beach on this side. And for the divers… the best Dive school from Koh Lipe is just a few meters away: Castaway Divers.

Mali Sunrise is a fantastic place to stay in Koh Lipe. Perfect spot on the beach for swimming. Pool and grounds are lovely. Very comfortable room. Helpful staff who can arrange boat trips to snorkel. The food is fantastic. Generous à la carte breakfast. Most areas are walking distance from Mali Sunrise. If you stay here make sure you wake to watch the spectacular sunrise from the beach. Pickup and drop off at jetty is included.

We liked the air condition in the room, the bed was comfortable, the staff were pleasant, The coconuts were cold which was good after a very hot day. The location was good to the Walking Street. Liked they had a water station near the reception area. Liked that it was close to another resort that had a wonderful gym.

The water in the room was a bit brown and sometimes smelled, too many children screaming in the pool, lounges at the pool need repair, pool water was too hot more like a bathtub, long boats fill most of the beach front so not easy to swim until late afternoon, breakfast was a limited menu. The cost were high for the experience so we should have paid more for more of a peaceful accommodation further away from the long boats.

The location was great. Far enough from the crowds of people, but close enough to walk to restaurants. The pool is great, with a large number of sun lounges. It would be great if the pool water was a little cooler, but I understand that is not within their control. The beach at the front of the resort had crystal clear water. The room was large and well equipped.

The staff, while friendly, were not very proactive. Some staff would rather sit on stools at the bar than collect plates off tables. The room air conditioning turned itself off overnight on two nights, meaning waking up sweating and with a migraine. The water pressure in the shower was terrible.

Le cadre est absolument magnifique, avec un accès direct à la plage et une piscine très agréable. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, souriant et toujours disponible. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner de bonne qualité à la carte L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de Koh Lipe tout en restant au calme.

Petit point d’attention : au restaurant, il serait important de préciser clairement que la viande n’est pas halal. L’information donnée au départ était contradictoire, et il n’y avait finalement pas de certification.

Les jardins sont tres bien entretenus et luxuriants. Le personnel est tres serviable mais paraît tres fatigué.

L'accueil de l'hôtel est magnifique est récente malheureusement c'est la seule choses de récent dans ce dit "resort". Notre chambre était affreuse, humide, vieillotte et délabrée. Le linge de lit et de toilette etaient sales et poisseux. Tres peu lumineux cela semblait faire parti du décor... La salle de bain ne donne ni envie de se soulager ni de se laver, le sol est collant ou glissant quand on a été obligé de prendre une douche. La piscine chaude, et loin d'être propre vraiment loin (traces de moisissures, cheveux et substances bizarre.) Une vraie déception. Il y a pourtant un vrai potentiel.

Everything was amazing and exactly what you want from a resort. The room was spacious with beautiful traditional decor, the beds were comfortable, the staff so friendly, the gardens tropical. You could use the kayaks for free and paddle to very close islands for great snorkelling, ferry pick up and drop off included. Good breakfast included too, staff so friendly, and fantastic location.

An incredible hotel situated right on the beach! A very large room which was clean and well maintained. The pool was lovely and warm with lots of sunbeds available. The breakfast was good with lots of options. We ate at the restaurant many times in the evenings as the food quality was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful - we would highly recommend!

Les chambres méritent un grand rafraîchissement y compris la salle de bain qui sent la rouille, nous n’avions même pas de pommeau de douche il semblait avoir été arraché. Le ménage est très limite voire très mal fait, beaucoup d’insectes volants sortaient de nulle part la nuit et on retrouvait pas mal de résidus dans le lit même après que le ménage « soit fait ». Nous avons demandés à ce que le ménage soit fait correctement et la personne à l’accueil a été très à l’écoute. C’est dommage de devoir le demander ça devrait être la base surtout pour le montant que nous avons payé. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, les claquements de portes toutes la journées étaient insupportables, nous étions juste en face de la piscine et des enfants y jouait du matin au soir aucun répits pour faire une sieste ou se reposer.

The location was great and the beachfront was lovely. The reception staff were friendly and super helpful as were the drivers and concierge team.

The room was quite run down and don’t smell great. The cleaning each day was quite poor and the there was little attention to detail. We asked to have the top of the blind wipes down because the dust was so thick it was falling on everywhere. The pool was also so hot that it was not refreshing at all which was quite disappointing.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Koi in the restaurant/bar area was amazing! She was so helpful. Free kayaks and paddle boards, great pool, location….everything! Don’t hesitate to stay here

The location, the pool, the staff, the rooms, breakfast. Absolutely everything! We stayed as a family of four with a 5 year old and a 2 year old - and the resort exceeded every expectation we had. This was our third trip to Thailand but our first to Koh Lipe and the first and this resort was probably our favourite of all the places we have ever stayed. Cannot recommend highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really nothing at all. The shower head in the room was a little clogged with limescale and so didn’t work great, but this was totally minor and didn’t affect our stay in the slightest.

Beliggenheden og at det ikke er større end det er. Hytterne var perfekte og god wifi.

Vandet i poolen var for varmt. Den unge pige som serveret morgenmad, lignede en som ikke gad sit job, men resten af personalet var fantastiske.

The size of the room was surprisingly spacious and very nice with covered deck right off the pool.

Hele vriendelijke personeel die altijd helpt met alles, locatie was goed 7-8 minuten lopen naar de walking street of met de scooter/tuktuk ben je er zo, resort zelf is schoon en er worden elke dag handdoeken gewisseld zowel voor de douche als voor de strand. Voor de lunch zijn de pizzas van het restaurant zeker een aanrader

-De airco deed het niet zo goed waardoor we het af en toe benauwd kregen -er komt weinig water uit de douchekop en je moet lang wachten voor warm water. - misschien lag het aan onze kamer of aan de eiland maar de elektriciteit ging elke dag weg het duurde nooit lang altijd rond de 10-20 seconden.

Location is great. Only walking distance to center. Breakfast was more than enough and good quality. Beach is in front. Pool was very attractive for our kids.

Annoying part was only receptionist lady in there. When we checked in she asked us to pay 2.000 THB/night for our 6 yo son for extra bed and breakfast. Even we were keep saying that we will share our bed with our son, so we don't need extra bed. But still she was quite pushy till we did the payment. Then during check out I asked her to allow us for check out at 12.00pm. But she was very pushy again to leave room at 11.00am. Almost 10 minutes I was telling her my kids are still in the pool and only 1 hr or even 45 min extension that I am asking. She was not listening at all. Then she sent cleaning staff to my room at 11.20am and they were keep knocking the door to let us leave the room. I never practice it before at any of my accommodation so far. It was too much annoying. Otherwise I loved the hotel, food and everything except the reception staff. Other staffs at their bar and restaurant area was great. They were very kind and helpful. But because of their reception staff our mood was down during check in and check out......
