簡單素雅的乾淨酒店。走路或搭嘟嘟車去熱鬧的市鎮買東西吃飯都很方便，但酒店房間非常安靜，工作人員都很有才親切，樂意幫忙，整體住宿體驗很不錯！

Las fotografías que se muestran en la aplicación de Expedia no se parece a la realidad,les puedo pasar las fotografías de como está realmente el alojamiento.el precio para la calidad que es me parece abusivo.Lo único que se salva es que está céntrico.

Refused to pay me back after my initial booking was cancelled so I paid twice for one room. Very poor behaviour. Refused to answer all my emails as well.

Almost everything, Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food was tasty. Nice cool Breeze at the restaurant.

Its ok but nothing really special. It would be nice if the microwave is free for guest instead of paying 50 pesos per use. That is a rip-off for the guest especially for guest with kids.

Kids loved Nutella French toast, adults liked the traditional Philippines breakfast. We booked all our tours through the hotel and they were fantastic. Whenever we needed transport it was sorted for us and printing out tickets for the ferry to El nido was no issue.

The stairs are not standard size to go to restaurant and could be sketchy if wet or your not paying attention.

Notre séjour a éte catastrophique dans cet hôtel surtout étant donné le prix !!!! L’accueil est exécrable : la jeune fille de l’accueil nous parlait sans nous regarder et ne souhaitait pas nous aider lorsque nous posions des questions. Le wifi est… inexistant. Il y a bien un code mais ça ne capte rien sur aucun de nos appareils. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment médiocre surtout pour le prix (280php) : il y en a de bien meilleurs dans le centre. La piscine de l’hôtel est jolie mais franchement ils auraient pu réfléchir différemment en la concevant : elle est toujours à l’ombre !!!!! Donc trop fraîche. Quant aux chambres… la literie est mauvaise pour une nuit à 60 euros. La Clim ne fonctionne pas bien et fait un bruit de tracteur. Le pompon : à l’accueil on nous accorde un late Check out a 13h30… et à midi cette même personne nous éjecte en nous disant que finalement ça n’est plus possible!!! Nos bagages n’étaient pas prêts… nous avons dû tout faire dans l’urgence!!!! Bref… à ce prix là vous trouverez 1000 fois mieux ailleurs !!!!!!!!

On one hand the staff is very kind. But on the other hand the place isn’t the best bang for your buck. Very uncomfortable beds, small rooms, a/c hardly works in room, tv is grainy and doesn’t work, bathroom is worn down, and not many options at the breakfast that’s included in your stay.

Initially reception couldn’t find our reservation but the staff were friendly, polite and helpful booking us a tuk tuk for departure the next day. On first inspection the room was spacious and pretty good but we couldn’t shut the door without pushing on it and the chain latch was broken. There were ants crawling along the wall, a few bugs on the bed and mould on the bathroom ceiling. The airconditioner was too loud to leave on through the night. The hotel is located a little further out of town but pretty quiet.

Beautiful property with the best staff. They are quick and attentive. The property is settled a little off the main streets resulting in a quiet wake up and away from the noise of the main streets night life and music. This property is still very walkable and close enough to restaurants and bars. The staff was helpful in organizing transportation to the airport for my husband and I.

Overall, it was a satisfying stay!! What makes the experience wonderful were the staff. The services were excellent. Although, the cleanliness is just fair enough most especially the toilet, still manageable. However, what makes it a great place to stay is its strategic location that is close nearby to everything and the room accommodation is competitive. The transport transfer was easy breezy. If you want some tour package, the hotel also have it. Excellent stay! Highly recommended!!

It’s very close to where we needed to go easy access to the main road to commute.

It’s fully air conditioned however the AC wasn’t cold enough and it was making squeaky sound throughout the stay.

Good location short walk to the bars and restaurants, comfortable bed good hot shower the pool was nice with tables and parasols but let down by flat non adjustable wooden sunbeds with no cushions only the thinest yoga type mats on offer so unable to relax around the pool. No ground floor bar / drinks available had to go to the upper floor restaurant.

Really good base for Coron with helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast and helpful with booking trips and airport transfer.

Staff could be a little more attentive and ask about the stay. We had no house service and had to request for toilet paper a couple of time. Not much you can do with ants in the place but preventatives would at least show the actions of the hotel in trying

Attention : To educate every family that have a little ones between 1 and 3 year old . Actually I rate it as Double Zero if you have little child do not book in this Hotel definitely they didn't change the garbage so the diaper will stinks. Comfy bed. Affordable and staff helpful with booking tours. First tour we booked with the hotel was amazing (beach tour) - we had a fabulous time.

Ants. Everywhere. Not just a few ants, hundreds of ants. If they call you a tricycle to town double check the price as some were far more expensive than others for same distance.

It was the perfect hotel to stay at when you are out for the day on Coron adventures. Breakfast is great and the pool is fantastic. Rooms were very comfortable!

Room I booked was wet Floor, walls counters all wet. Severe MOULD on roof of room and bathroom. Showed staff and they moved me to different room and same thing.... more mould. Downgraded me to different room upstairs and refused to give me any refund. Cleaning staff leave breakfast food out all day and came home to find room covered in ants. Told staff, they didn't care. I had to clean myself. Staff didn't care. Vary unfriendly. Spent all their time hiding in corners playing on phones. I saw them painting over mould on last day of the two rooms. Hotel is DANGEROUS and not fit to live in. Slippery painted walkways and steps. In photos on booking.com they show pool with lounge chairs. At hotel they only had flat wooden benches that were unfit to sit on because they were aged and had splinters.

Great property! Loved it! I specifically asked for a room with good WiFi and was given room 101 which is right next to reception. You can also slide the door open and walk into the pool. Was very comfortable and enjoyed the breakfast. Only issue is the location which is about 300 metres from all the main stuff. Not really an issue but some might disagree. I’d return.

the staff were sooo nice and attentive! when we arrived, we were served with a welcome drink. there was free breakfast which were good also, my fav was bangsilog. the location was pretty walkable, there was places to eat near the hotel. we also availed their traditional massage for 1,000PHP and it was pretty good. only con was they didn't have any lunch or dinner available and there was a mix-up for our van transfer going back to the airport. overall, it was amazing and we will recommend this to our friends! :)

The staff were kind and accomodating, my wife got sick from the island hopping but they were so attentive on our needs specially helping out on how to acquire medicine and foods ... the location is good its just 10 min from the town... The hotel room and the facilities look clean and bright. The beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is great. Swimming pool was clean and big. Room has a full size fridge.

Breakfast has to be ordered the day before. TV did not work for our whole stay (4 nights). Washroom in the room could use an update / renovation with modern facilities. The A/C has no remote to control the temperature. You can just turn it on or off. No phone in the room to contact the reception desk.

The staff were fabulous and extremely helpful. The facilities are fantastic and the pool is large and refreshing. The only downside to the pool is that there is no shade over the pool, which would have been nice on the 36-degree day we were there.

The shower pressure was very low, but the water temp was great. The pool could do with some shade for very hot days.

Location was OK. Not far from the town but uphill going back. The only good thing about the Hotel, was the swimming pool. It was kept clean and free from dirt. I'm sorry to say that this is only good thing about this Hotel. Breakfast was OK.

When I booked this Hotel on booking.com, the Information was misleading. It said there was two restaurants and a bar. I was so upset when I got there as there was not anything. This meant that we had to go out for food every time in to the town. If we wanted a hot drink, then we had to go down to reception to get hot water. Too over priced for the service provided. We paid Php 4000 per night (GBP 60.00) and that was just for a bed, a plain breakfast and a swim in the pool. I was definitely mis sold this Hotel.

Excellent staff, near restos , souvenir shops and pier for the island hopping tours. Very near Mount Tapyas with the 500 steps with rest stops to get a 360 degrees look of the island. There is a clean swimming pool and drying racks for poolside rooms . Only breakfast is served at the resto on the thurd flloor. Massage on the 4th floor. Unlimited drinking water refill station at reception area. They made arrangements for our Maquinit hot spring , island tour and airport l pick ups. They provided snacks for our early morning return flight . There is no gym but who needs it in Coron.

I couldn't see the point of rooms on the grand floor with pool access, personally I never used it first thing was to hot to open the doors and second while you leave it open mosquitoes will come into your room and you can't keep your curtains open because whoever is in the pool or passing by will look at you so the will not be privacy

Location was great. The look of the hotel was good. The restaurant area was beautiful and offered a cool spot to sit. The swimming pool was pretty. The staff were very helpful, polite and also friendly. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the water pressure was good - nice hot water, too.

The breakfast was very boring, despite choices between local and western food. Every day was the same. The same jam came out every day. The same bread was served - and that white bread was particularly bad. (In contrast the variety of warm fresh 5 peso buns in the main street were delicious). In the restaurant there was no food and precious little drink beyond breakfast fare. How I wanted to have a quiet cocktail up there! Superficially the hotel looked great. However, there were no parasols to protect guests from the sun next to the pool and no seats in reception. Amenities were minimal (it is a 3 star hotel after all) and it was not good to have to ask for a kettle. And finally, the noise from the A/C was deafening. This hotel could be exceptional. Needs work.

The booking was rather tumultuous... however, Lilette, your Manager, was on top of it all and she managed everything with grace in the end. But with our other family members, clarity on every item would have been much appreciated. There were much confusion with the Portuguese families that we booked with.

The sun loungers are just straight wood with no seating /lying area to relax and read and sunbathe . Does not have sunshine all day. No bar available /food in the day or night just basic water/soda.

We were delayed due to the ferry from El Nido to Coron not running due to weather, so I notified the property. They told me to probably look for alternate accomodation as the room I had booked months in advance was now ''under maintenance''. When I questioned this they said ignore it was a mistake. When we arrived after a 6.5 hr ferry we were told our room was indeed under maintenance (ie. we gave your room away because we thought you werent going to turn up). Of course we were absolutely not happy with this - they provided alternate accomodation next door luckily and then wanted to upgrade us for the following nights but the damage was done and we opted to stay at the alternate accomodation. Now they wont even respond to me to give me a refund for the nights we were delayed that they agreed too. overall wouldnt recommend to anyone unfortunately. Sad because the pool. location and rooms appear to be really nice.

The breakfast was of high quality and tasty. I enjoyed eating in the rooftop restaurant. I would love it if the hotel could ask the neighbors if they (the hotel should pay to have this done!) would allow the hotel to trim the neighbors HUGE trees which block any ocean view!
