Hermosa habitación, ubicación excelente, tenía heladerita que siempre se agradece igual que la pava eléctrica. Las vistas desde las 2 ventanas de la habitación son muy bellas y se encuentra a pocos pasos de las vías del Corso y del Condotti. Muy simpático ascensor, muy antiguo y bien mantenido, pequeñísimo pero adecuado. Baño cómodo y completo.

Hizo demasiado calor y aunque había aire acondicionado por momentos era insuficiente. Tuvimos algún inconveniente con el sistema de ingreso a la habitación y pudimos resolverlo pero nunca vimos a ninguna persona responsable del establecimiento

Charme & Chic We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very friendly and helpful, and communication was easy throughout our stay. Everything was as described, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good location

The staff/manager. I cane with my gf for 2days vacation. We arrived at midnight. The reception worker was very rude! There is a door that we couldn't open and waited outside the building. Reception worker said "we cant do. Nothing only tommorow will bring you a key" and i had to wait long time at night for some other tourist will go outside and open me the door. After that the reception guy just said you cant go outside so i had to go outside alone and my gf waited in the room just to be able to open the door for me. The manager dont even care that he ruined half of my vacation with his worker behavior and we were upset and dissatisfied for a long night and most of the next day. Half of my vacation was stressed and mad. Never coming back there and be careful. Place that cant know he made mistake and not even apologize. My vacation was very bad because of that way of treatment Also the room doesn't look as in the photos, some things are broken and the bath too

Die Lage war sehr praktisch zu Fuß etwas zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war schön und sauber. Die Betten waren bequem.

Das Schließsystem lässt zu wünschen über. Teilweise funktionierte es nicht richtig, es hat öfter Aussetzer.

Je souhaite signaler une situation extrêmement grave concernant une réservation effectuée sur votre plateforme. J’ai réservé et payé mon séjour via l’annonce de cet hôtel sur Booking. Ma réservation était bien confirmée et, avant de réserver, j’avais pris le temps de consulter les avis afin de m’assurer que l’établissement était fiable. Pourtant, en arrivant sur place en fin d’après-midi, j’ai appris que la réservation était en réalité une arnaque. Je me suis retrouvée sans hébergement et sans savoir où dormir. C’est une situation totalement inadmissible, d’autant plus que je n’étais pas la seule victime, une autre femme ayant réservé via la même annonce s’est retrouvée dans la même situation. Je trouve inacceptable qu’une telle situation puisse se produire alors que j’ai réservé en toute confiance via votre plateforme. Cette expérience m’a causé un stress important et m’a obligée à trouver une solution d’urgence pour me loger.

Ottimo appartamento nel centro di roma. Stanza insonorizzata che permette di isolarsi dai rumori del centro. Dotata di bollitore , the caffè,  spazzolini e Dentifricio monouso e bottigliette d'acqua. Aria condizionata e vista  città e letto comodissimo. Pulizia top. Self check-in con codice inviato per WhatsApp ed estrema cortesia dell host professionale.

Porta ingresso un pò rumorosa così come il condizionatore, ma sopportabilissimo.

Never Again As Booking.com now knows, The police were called - the building owner wouldnt come out - the people operating the room lettings started hanging up the phone then wouldnt answer. They cancelled our bookings - me and two separate couples. They said they were hacked and our bookings were made by hackers - not true. we all had proof of our bookings on our apps - zero reason to cancel our bookings. If they were Hacked theyre customer service consisted of cancelling our bookings, then just ignoring us. Stay well clear of this company .

Leider kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Unsere Buchung wurde nur vier Stunden vor der geplanten Anreise storniert, obwohl der Betrag bereits von unserem Konto abgebucht worden war. Besonders enttäuschend war die fehlende Kommunikation: Weder auf unsere E-Mails noch auf mehrere Anrufe haben wir eine Antwort erhalten. So kurzfristig eine alternative Unterkunft zu finden, war sehr schwierig und hat unnötigen Stress verursacht. Ein deutlich professionellerer Umgang mit Gästen wäre wünschenswert.

I am proving the worst review possible because after a last minute cancelation from this hotel, booking told me to make a reservation at Dimora Frattina and that they would refund me for the difference of 695 euros! After several calls and emails booking continue to refuse to give me back my money!! Do not accept this booking solution!! It's a scam!!

Teljesen megbízhatatlan! Három napra foglaltunk,levonták a szállás áràt,megkaptam a vissza igazolást is. De amikor a szálláshoz értünk és el akartuk foglalni közölte a szállásadó telefonon,hogy nincs semmilyen foglalásom,hiába mondtam meg a foglalási azonosítót ès egyéb minden adatot. Egy idegen országban ott maradtunk szállás nélkül,gyorsan keresni kellett másikat persze több pénzért. A levont pénzt nem kaptam vissza,most jelenleg a panaszkezeléssel vagyok kontakban,de ha nem jutok előre akkor akármeddig elmegyek. Senkinek nem ajánlom,ide ne foglaljatok!!!!

Dopo una prenotazione confermata mi hanno lasciato in strada con la moglie e un bambino per il motivo che non sono attivi su la piattaforma booking e che la mia prenotazione è andata avanti per sbaglio.

Because of this horrible application that is called Booking I lost my entire holiday. Booking.com sent me a message with the cancellation of the payed reservation the day I should have left. It is unacceptable how they procedeed. For this reason a lot of complaints are on the way.

The accommodation is very well situated in a lovely building with the quaintest old lift. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. We welcomed the little fridge and the air conditioning.

This is the second time that we stayed here and I think it was looking a bit run down. I was quite disappointed. The bed was really saggy in the middle and the legs looked like they were about to give way. The tap on the sink in the bathroom had seen better days. The curtains were dirty at the bottom and one of our windows appeared to give no sound proofing whatsoever - we couldn’t work out why. I don’t think I’d come back again.

The location is very good, close to some attractions and all the clothing boutiques. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby. Communication with the host was very easy and pleasant. The woman who cleaned the apartment was very kind.

The apartment is located in an old building, and I assume it has wooden beam construction, because everything creaks when you walk. You can also hear the neighbors around us very clearly. The reception area was practically above our heads, figuratively speaking. When one person in the building wakes up, everyone wakes up. Personally, we couldn’t rest well after a long day. The bed and pillows were not comfortable for us, and the bed also creaked.

Posizione eccellente vicina a tutte le attrazioni. Ingresso senza bisogno di chiavi. Letti con materassi e cuscini comodi.

Scarsa copertura della rete in camera. Della recinzione il wi-fi non funzionava e non ha mai funzionato per quattro giorni.

Z całego serca polecam obiekt! W pokoju było wszystko, co potrzebne (środki czystości, kapcie, ręczniki, czajnik, żelazko). Codziennie Pani sprzątała i wymieniała ręczniki. Bez problemu mogłyśmy zostać w pokoju dłużej i przechować walizki. Stały kontakt z obsługą obiektu, pomoc w każdej sytuacji. Rewelacyjna atmosfera. Na pewno wrócę i polecam każdemu ten nocleg w samym centrum :)

La chambre est très bien située, le quartier est calme la nuit. La chambre est très bien décorée, la salle de bains récente,tout à fait comme sur les photos. La chambre est très propre. La personne qui fait le ménage est très agréable et respectueuse.

Seulement des détails car l’ensemble était parfait : Le coffre fort était cassé et Netflix ne fonctionnait pas.

Bed too soft and sinks in the middle

L’emplacement, le confort du grand lit principal, la propreté du lieu, le nettoyage quotidien de la chambre.

Une couverture pas propre à disposition dans l’armoire, le lit pour la 3e personne dans la chambre est un lit d’appoint en métal pas confortable du tout qui convient sûrement pour un enfant mais pas pour un adulte alors qu’il avait été annoncé 3 adultes. Une bouilloire défectueuse signalée mais pas changée (les plombs ont sauté). Impossible de faire fonctionner Netflix comme annoncé dans la chambre. Un support de sèche-cheveux mal fixé.

Ho chiesto ben due volte tramite messaggi Booking se potesse essere possibile appoggiare la valigia o comunque chiedere orario di check in. Non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta entrambi le volte. Il giorno del check-in non preoccupatevi di chiamare la reception né per domande generali, né per problemi, né per informazioni, perché non risponderanno. Risponderanno 30 minuti prima del check-in, intorno alle ore 13:30, per darvi le istruzioni di accesso alla struttura. Mi è stato detto di aver avuto problemi con whatsapp. Avrebbero potuto rispondere alle due telefonate fatte 2 ore prima, ma niente. I messaggi sono arrivati, quindi in qualsiasi caso credo sia una balla. Mi avrebbero potuto contattare in qualsiasi altro modo. Per quanto riguarda la stanza, il materasso duro e non confortevole. Le pareti sono praticamente di velina e le camere attaccate. Di conseguenza è stato impossibile riposare il pomeriggio e dormire la notte/mattina. Ho sentito quando ogni singolo ospite è entrato e uscito dalla struttura, anche alle 7 di mattina. Per il prezzo penso si possa fare molto meglio.

Замечательно! Останавливались в этом отеле на неделю. Находится в самом сердце Рима, все главные достопримечательности в 15 мин. ходьбы, ну может Ватикан с Колизеем чуть дольше. Рестораны/магазины каждые 2 метра )). Отель находится на 3-ем этаже старинного дома, очень аутентично, заходя в подъезд чувствуешь себя жителем Рима, все очень красиво и чисто. Номер удобный, санузел теплый и чистый. Батареи подогревают комнату до комфортной температуры. Кондиционер работает и на тепло и на холод. В номере есть холодильник, чайник, чашки, стаканы. Можно попросить у горничной любую дополнительную посуду. Убираются каждый день, белье меняют регулярно ( белье качественное), нормальный матрас, есть дополнительные подушки, в шкафу много вешалок. Персонал очень старается выполнить все просьбы. В предыдущих отзывах писали, что очень шумно .... Если сильно реагируете на внешние раздражители или хотите спать до обеда - берите беруши. Нужно понимать, что дом находится в самом центре , на улице Корсо - это одна из самых оживленных улиц, на ней практически нет машин, но есть жизнь - люди ходят, разговаривают ))). Нам хватило закрытых ставен в дополнение к окнам, мы обошлись без берушей, хотя мы любители тишины. Несмотря на то, что заселение бесконтактное, сотрудники отеля всегда на связи, оказывают необходимую поддержку. С утра и до середины дня есть горничная, которая всегда готова помочь. В общем мы очень довольны проживанием в Charme&Chic и с удовольствием остановимся в нем в следующий раз.

The room was really good. The only bad thing was that the room was really warm and the air conditioning wasn’t working. So when the window was open we were woken up by bin men in the early hours.

Comunicazione con lo staff da remoto in quanto non presente nella struttura e non pronto ad assistenza se ci sono problemi

La posizione era buona: potevamo andare ovunque a piedi (per chi ama camminare).

Che tutto possa essere sentito tra le stanze. Ma potremmo anche sorvolare su queste cose. Comunque, l'ultimo giorno, ovviamente, visto che il check-out era alle 11:00 abbiamo deciso di partire con treno dopo mezzogiorno. Invece, quando siamo uscite, la porta della stanza non si chiudeva con il codice a causa di un problema tecnico (c'era scritto sulla maniglia). Abbiamo provato a contattarli subito dalle 6:15 fino a dopo le 7:30, con evidenza, senza ricevere risposta. Considerato questo, e ovviamente no potevamo aspettare perche avevamo già cose da dare, abbiamo deciso di prendere i bagagli e lasciarlo in un deposito a pagamento. Questo mette in disagio perche se ho la stanza pagata fino alle 11 come devo ancora pagare senza usufruire di una cosa che già è stata pagata, non avevo chiesto niente di strano. LA COSA PEGGIORE È CHE LA PERSONA CHE CI HA DATO UNA RISPOSTA, CI HA DATO LA COLPA È PRACTICAMENTE DI NON CAPACE A FARE UNA COSA SEMPLICE COME CHIUDERE LA PORTA. Lei o Lui, non capiva per niente. Senza leggere i messaggi inviati, senza capire il mio malcontento, chiamando come una persona tossica ( quando ho detto che basta perche avevamo gia dato soluzione al problema) e lasciando messaggi senza scuse, tutto male! Cioè bastava una " Scusa, non vi siamo sentite perche iniziamo più tarde, non alle 7 come c'è scritto" ( ah! Questa persona diceva che abbiamo scritto dalle 5 dal mattino, è que aveva reception fisica e virtuale dalle 7 am, tutto falso). Per quello dico, un problema che non era per diventare così grande alla fine è stato così.
