This is the second time we - a family of four - stayed in this guesthouse. And we liked it just as much as the first time. Our appartement was very comfortable and well equiped and the garden, braai-area and pool were really nice. The location in a safe neighborhood with nice restaurants nearby is also quite good. And the view is also really beautiful. The hostess, furthermore, was very friendly and accommodating. Next time when in Pretoria we’ll definitely stay here again.

Secure Parking. Large Rooms Bath/Shower

Owner very welcoming and assisted with Uber arrangements

The place was clean and the owner really welcomed us well.

The hot water wasn’t enough to cover all of us😭🤦🏾‍♂️

All Seasons Boutique Hotel is a hidden gem.

The headboard was not stable

Carina is a very kind, helpful and welcoming host. Comfortable bed , lovely bath , it is situated very conveniently for access to most popular malls etc. Lovely and quiet at night. We didnt have breakfast so cannot comment on that but I must say it always smelled delicious.

Area where's located

Friendliness and halpful host

We love going there again and again. It's our home away from home. Lovely rooms, beautiful views and great location. Very attentive and caring host, Carina.

Nothing to dislike.

The owner was so welcoming and helpful. She went as far as checking on us to safely arrive ny calling now and then.

Steps to access the room.

Carina is an incredible host. She was so responsive with any requests and truly wanted to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel location is quiet and beautiful. We stayed in a clean, simple apartment which was perfect for my family and allowed us to cook and have living space. Great value, and great location.

I always find the beds in South Africa to be too firm - here was no exception but the rooms and accommodation were great.

Thank you for making my Parents feel at home after a long travel.

Nothing all was Good!

You get pampered with all hospitality amenities you can imagine. Nice and quiet. Great hospitality from Carina🙏 You won’t regret it. Thank you guys.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our travel needs. Loved the two bed apartment and its facilities. The host Carina was most gracious and made us feel right at home. The facilities are well taken care of, neat, clean and at a high standard. Great value for money!

There is nothing we could fault the facility on. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Spacious well maintained rooms with superb views.

Unfortunately there was nothing to like.

That they didn't even offer a refund. The apartment was so bad that we left instantly.

Everything was perfect. Hostess was very helpful. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Unit was cleaned everyday and coffee and sugar topped up. Beautiful views and quiet surroundings. Would definitely recommend.

The staff working there was so nice. The place was easy to find and in a very good location. The room was clean and everything was so nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The room also had a beautiful view.

Staff is extremely nice and friendly. Very well located. Close to everything.

Voortreffelijk!

The host was very friendly

There were a few issues that affected our overall experience. One of the pillowcases had visible stains, which was disappointing. The couches in the living area could definitely use a proper clean, and the bathroom floors were not very clean either. The kitchen dustbin was dirty on the outside, which gave an untidy impression. It would also have helped if the windows had been opened before our arrival, as the space felt a bit closed-in and could have been fresher. Unfortunately, there was loud music playing nearby until late at night, which disturbed our sleep. Lastly, the mattress in the second bedroom was not very comfortable and may need replacement soon. With better attention to cleanliness and a few improvements, this could be a much more pleasant stay.

We were allowed to check in early. Staff was very helpful. Enjoyed the set up of the Summer unit.

Nothing to note - really enjoyed our stay.

The property was very easy to access, and the security was excellent, which immediately put me at ease. The host, Carina, was truly exceptional and her staff eere polite and helpful; a lovely lady who went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and that all my needs were taken care of. The facility itself is beautiful, with well-kept gardens and stunning views over Pretoria. It’s a gorgeous home, and I would definitely recommend this place.

There isn't anything not to like really.

Friendly staff , very clean would rate a 10 star if i could

The Lady Managing The Place always goes the extra Mile and always Friendly
