Comme indiqué il peut y faire chaud mais des ventilateurs sont fournis pour chaque pièce et les grands rideaux coupent les rayons du soleil.

רשום שיש מיזוג אויר, לא היה מזגן היו מאווררים בחדרים. בימים החמים זה לא הספיק גם כשהוצאנו את המאווררים לפינת האוכל זה לא נתן מענה לחום הלוהט. קשה לישון עם מאוורר מרעיש. אם היה מזגן , היה מושלם.

ロケーションがとても良い。部屋はきれいで、調理器具も充実している、洗濯機もあって便利。ホストとのコミュニケーションもスムーズ。荷物をチェックイン前、チェックアウト後も、建物内に置いておける。大変おすすめ。

エアコンがないので夏は暑いかもしれない。扇風機はあり。

Layout was great for a family of five. Managed to cook a Christmas dinner so facilities and utensils were good. Location handy as well and ~15minute walk to station.

Karoline was very helpful before and during our stay, and she always replied immediately. The appartement was very well equipped, and comfortable. It is well located, short walk to the city centre, supermarkets, restaurants just few minutes away. Highly recommended.

La ubicació, l'atenció del personal, i la confortabilitat.

Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, gut eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und absolut zu empfehlen. Die Anbindung an die Öffis ist sehr gut, die Bushaltestelle(n) schnell zu erreichen. Aber auch zu Fuß ist man über die Linzer Gasse rasch in der Altstadt von Salzburg. Absolut überraschend war die Möglichkeit der kostenfreien Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Es hat eigentlich alles gepasst.

das Appartement ist bestens ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und geräumig. Beste Lage: ruhig, aber nahe zur Altstadt.Es war während unseres Aufentaltes ziemlich heiß. Aber mit morgens gut Lüften und Ventilatoren waren die Nächte ok. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Eine Klimaanlage wäre natürlich super!

No tiene aire acondicionado y siendo un apartamento familiar que cuesta 400 euros al día, debe tenerlo. Hemos pasado 2 días de excesivo calor en las habitaciones, superior al calor de la calle o de las estancias comunes, supongo que en Salzburgo no es habitual en verano, pero deberían valorar la instalación y no 3 molinillos que apenas dan fresco

Clean property with everything functional. The beds were comfortable and so was the sofa in the living room. Great apartment to live in - except during summertime when it’s hot

While booking the apartment I had missed the fact that there isn’t an air conditioner. A basic standing fan is provided - but it’s of no use when it’s hot. We had a difficult time due to the heat.

We enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location and had all the accommodations we needed especially a clothes washer. Beds were comfortable and public transit stop was right around the corner.

It was very hot and no way to ventilate the main dining area. Also there was dirty pans left in the oven from a previous guest. Also the door locks were a bit tricky to use.

Very spacious, well equip apartment. Was a group of 6 (4 seniors) and they appreciated that all the kitchen tools they needed were available

I specifically asked if there was an elevator, and was told we were on the first floor, so no elevator needed, in fact we were up on the second floor and struggled with our bags, which should have been clear by the question of an elevator. Also, I asked if we could get help to book a taxi to take us to the bus station, and was told we should do it ourselves, we ended up going to the hotel to get assistance as a our Canadian phones were not allowing us to make calls. Hence the reason as I asked for help.

Lovely and clean apartment, a very short walk (3 minutes) from the start of the pedestrian zone, and 10 minutes walk from Mirabell. There is a small but well-stocked SPAR grocery store 150m away. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable three night stay.

The apartment was in a quiet part of the city, close to a market and a great coffee shop, and a 10-15 minute walk to the river. The aprtment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay in Salzburg! The city is beautiful and the apartment was clean, spacious and close to the sights. We were just a block away from the street cafes and shops of Linzer Gasse!

There was nothing wrong with the apartment. The showers were hot and the beds were comfortable.

Apartment was easy to find and the beds were comfortable. The apartment was a short walk from the old city and many restaurants are around. This apartment worked very well for our family of 5.

Apartment is hot in the summer. They do provide fans but they are not enough to combat the heat that builds up in the apartment. We did use the washing machine but it ruined one of my skirts. I was very unhappy about that. I tried to wash it again and what ever got on it in the machine did not come out.

Great location! Karoline was friendly and very helpful when minor situations came around. Comfortable beds and shower. Apartment has everything a family needs for a comfortable and convenient stay in the beautiful city of Salzburg.

Nothing really. Just be aware the apartment is accessible through stairs and there’s no air conditioning - they provide fans for every room. It was enough even though we stayed during some pretty warm summer days.

The location was fantastic. Easy to walk to many tourist attractions, yet close to the bus station to get out further. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The bathroom was a really good size.

No Elevator but stairs are manageable.We just happened to have elder people with us so a bit hassle to climb the stairs but not really a big problem.

Perfect location, very close to the city centre but in a less busy area. Apartment is spacious, well equipped, beds were comfortable.

With windows closed the appartment was quiet, which is good but we visited Salzburg during a very hot summer week. We tried to leave the windows open during sleep time to get some cool air, but the road was very busy even late at night. Maybe an update with air conditioners could help.

The apartment was spacious given its central location. It had a well-equipped kitchen and large dining area. It was perfect for a family. It even had children's toys.

Beautiful flat, excellent location not too far from the railway station. Excellent local amenities and a short interesting walk to the centre of town, populated by shops and cafes. The flat was well equipped and spotless and modern.

The only issue was that the flat was warm even on a cooler day than has been recently. This didn't detract too much from our visit. We only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay for the week
