駅から近い。今回の目的の明治座へもすぐ。全体的にこじんまりしていい。掃除も問題なくされている。 ロビーの方が何かとすぐ出てきて声をかけてくださる。

夜中寝ていたら何か変な音がしてびっくりした。寝ぼけいてサイレンみたいに聞こえた。朝起きてからそれがベッドか軋む音とわかった。 ベッドが大きいのもうれしいけれどシングルだともっと部屋が広く使えるかなと思います。 近くを散策できる地図を置いてもらえたらうれしいです。

壁が薄いのか隣がうるさかったのか寝不足でした

食事、ベッドルームなど、標準てきに良かった。駅からの便も程々だった。部屋の温度、湿度も適当だった。 部屋の外が騒がしいようなことも無かった。

朝食に野菜がもっと有ったら良かったと思う。風呂場がもう少し清潔感が有れば良いと思った。 冷蔵庫が使えなかった。

朝食バイキング会場が、フロントの前のすぐのフロアーで、玄関と共有のフロアーでした。食事時間帯は、何かで仕切るとかした方が、よろしいかと。

スタッフが丁寧だった 朝食が美味しかった エアコンの温度調整を自分でできたので、快適に過ごせた

20時頃の到着でしたが、フロントの方が気持ち良く出迎えて頂きました。高齢者なのでAIでの対応をもたついていた所適切に助言頂き助かりました。

朝食付なので、東横インをいつも利用しています。こちらのホテルはまず朝食会場が狭過ぎて座れず、結局電車に間に合わないため、２日目は朝食を食べられませんでした。 部屋に持って上がっても良いのですが、バイキングの意味がないので、席が空くのを１日目も待っていました。 シャワーの勢いも弱く、いつもお世話になる東横インとは違い、少しガッカリしました。

朝食付きで温かい味噌汁が飲めて良かったです。

エレベーター内が暑い！

部屋にはいった瞬間タバコのにおいがすごかったです。

직원분들도 친절하고 매번 자주 이용하고있는 토요코인인데 니혼바시 하마초 지점은 룸 컨디션이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 생긴지 오래된 지점인가 싶더군요. 세면대에 물이 바로 안내려가고 머리카락같은 이물질이있었고 침구류도 조금 냄새가나고 방안도 퀴퀴하고 답답한 냄새가 났어요. 특히 화장실에서 배수구인지 변기인지 모르겠는데 꾸리꾸리한 냄새가 꽤 심하게 나서 곤란했었습니다..ㅠㅠ

宿泊した日にもよるのか、私が宿泊した日は観光客も少なく非常に静かで混雑もなく快適でした

スタッフの方にとても親切にしていただきました。ありがとうございます。

ご飯はお茶碗でいただきたいです。

明治座利用には最高の場所で朝食がとてもおいしかったです。

Walkable to metro station, not much activities in this around. Restaurants in other area can be cheaper.

Breakfast is not very good as the hotel staff did not replenish all the food that ran out so guests came late did not have enough food.

繁華街ではないけれどコンビニも近くにあるし、施設も問題なし。ホテル内も清潔。朝食も無料にしては十分な内容。 気になる点としては、朝食時、給仕係の女性が、ずっと二人でおしゃべりしていたこと。ある意味感心するほど話し続けていた。ホテルとしてはあまり格好良くないかな。

スタッフの対応が大変良かったです。

中学生の息子と宿泊させていただきました。チェックインの時間に関して事前に連絡をさせていただいた際に対応をしてくださって男性、当日チェックインの際に対応をしてくださった女性、どちらの方もとても親切でした。馬喰横山駅からすぐでセブンイレブンも近いです。アメニティも充実していました。お部屋は喫煙室にも関わらず清潔でしたし、何より無料の朝食がありがたかったです。ごはん、お味噌汁、お漬け物、味付け海苔、パン(バター)、ウインナー、卵焼き、ナポリタン、なすの煮浸し、ひじきの煮物、ミートボールなど、無料と思えないクオリティでした。プラスチックの容器に入れてお部屋で食べることも可能でしたが、私と息子はロビーでいただき、コーヒーのみ部屋に持ち帰りました。朝食は９時(コーヒーは１０時)までで８時半頃に行きましたが、１つでもなくなるとすぐ補充されましたし、なによりそこで一人でお世話をしておられた女性が親切でした。また東京に行くことがあれば多少遠くても必ずここに宿泊します。とても満足でした。ありがとうございました。

美味しい朝食つきで部屋に持って行って食べられることも良かった。 アメニティもあり、すごくよかったが 一つだけ気になった点は シャワーをかけておく部分に髪の毛が引っかかっていたのは残念でした。 なので清潔さは⭐︎2にしました。

Amazing staff! They made our stay incredible. The breakfast is also very good. The rooms are small but that's expected and the bathroom is outdated but still modern. It's in a good place, close to a lot of convenient stores and metro station. Overall 8/10 would recommend!

First of all the location was great (3 stations nearby)! Also, a direct line to the Haneda airport from Higashi-Nihombashi Station which was really helpful as a first timer in Tokyo. Breakfast was japanese styled and enough to give the energy to start the day. The neighborhood was quiet and it felt really safe walking back to hotel even in the middle of the night. The room itself was small but I only slept there and got enough rest so no problem. All in all I would recommend this place!

The room felt a bit cold especially at evenings but it didn't affect on my sleep so not a big issue really

JR馬喰町を利用して向かいました。 改札から出口までも若干歩き、ホテルまで5〜6分程度歩きましたが、出口からホテルまでまっすぐで道に迷うこともなく、東京駅までも近くとても便利で気になりませんでした。 駅からホテルまでの間にAEON、吉野家、コンビニもありました。 無料朝食も美味しかったですし、スタッフさんも親切でした。 禁煙ルームが空いておらず、喫煙ルームの宿泊でしたが、タバコの匂いも気にならないように清掃されていました。

First time in Japan and this was a very pleasant hotel to greet our family party of 20 people. Like most areas in Japan, this was well-kept establishment...clean, friendly accommodating staff and had everything we needed for our stay. A bonus that is it situated close to most things we needed whether it was a nearby grocery store (7-11 across the street, Mini-Stop a block away) , restaurant (Yoshinoya) or subway stations. I later found out this is a large hotel chain found through Japan. This is along the line as a Holiday Inn or Best Western. Decent, clean, daily breakfast (included with our stay) and safe. Nothing more you can ask for. Priced well too as this being the first leg of our trip, we did not want to go too pricey right from the start. I wouldn't mind using them again in the future.

We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and nicely arranged, which made our stay comfortable. The location is excellent, with a metro station just a few minutes' walk away.

We were very negatively surprised by the breakfast. We are not demanding, but it could have been slightly adapted for European/American guests. The breakfast offered only Asian dishes, and for us, there was just toast and butter available. To make matters worse, they ran out of toast during breakfast, and no one made an effort to apologize or replenish it. This was quite disappointing and left a poor impression.

It is good to provide breakfast.

To provide shuttle bus to airport is better.

The room is your standard Japanese size with all the facilities one would expect. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash are provided and additional items such as tea/shaver/combs etc are located in reception. Breakfast was included and rotated every day albeit again very Japanese style. Daily towel change and room make up every few days. Ice machine located in reception with tourist information. Very friendly staff assisted with queries during booking and on site. used the onsite washer/dryer which was hassle free. Oh! during the early days of our stay it rained and the hotel provided umbrellas free to use. All in all a great stay.

とてもスムーズにチェックイン、アウトできました。

Tall narrow building with a single elevator, resulting in long elevator wait times during breakfast (around 7am) and between 9 and 10am, while many people are all checking out. Otherwise typical Toyoko. There is a convenience store (7-11) across the street, mini aeon supermarket with better prices less than 5 minute walk away. Elevator-enabled access to Bakuroyokoyama station is also near (5 minutes away), convenient with luggage. Ningyocho station is about 10-15 minute walk away. Love hotel right besides Toyoko, fun for people watching.

The breakfast was too stingy and shabby, and I was reluctant to refill it after I finished eating.

Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Mi sarebbe piaciuto se a colazione ci fosse stato dello yogurt o delle marmellate, c'era la colazione tradizionale (che comunque era specificato ), ma giusto due cose per venirci incontro. Il resto davvero ottimo.

Value for money. Great location. Neat and clean room. Good breakfast. Luggage storage facility available on the day of check in and check out free of charge.

Cleaning work happens between 10 am - 4 pm and the property is unusable during this time. This duration is on the higher side. And when I returned to my room in the evening, I saw no cleaning was done, except fresh towels kept outside within a carry bag. I didn't understand why 6 hours are needed for this. During check in, they will not allow to enter room before 4 pm very strictly. Also, the room is quite manageable for a single person like me, but room size is really small if 2 persons are staying. If you have a large suitcase, it will be almost impossible to open it inside the room

Location is ideal for Nihonbashi and Bakurohco subway stations. Close to Ginza too. Quiet, but that could have been time of year- end of December. Breakfast was good.

Room smaller than other hotels of similar price range.

Yeah, guys, I'm supposed to stay here in a little over a week. But here we go. It's cheap. That's really all there's to it. And the rooms are surprisingly big. Big enough for a large suitcase.

Totally my own fault: I don't actually like Tokyo. It's just a convenient city. I hadn't slept enough before coming to Japan. I hadn't slept enough on my flights over. And I arrived in the morning, proceeded to drag my jetlagged ass to Yokohama to find the Hard Rock Cafe. When I finally went to bed, I sort of had a mental breakdown. Sure, first nights are always the worst, but this was worse than that. Got over it, enjoyed the two full days I had in Tokyo and then moved to Osaka. Next place, please.
