初宿泊でしたが、設備がシンプルだったので安心して泊まれました！また利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

Friendly staff and great breakfast

当日はかなり早めの到着、荷物をホテルのロッカーに預けて移動開始。 電車移動にも便利。 無料朝食の内容も良かった。 ただホテルのランドリーが少なかったので長期滞在なら近くのコインランドリーがあるかどうかは確認してされた方がいいと思った。

シングルの部屋は狭すぎず、清掃も行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。無料の朝食も充分なボリュームで、味も美味しかったです。ホテルへ電話が繋がりにくい点だけ気になりました。

ホテルのフロント前に荷物ロッカーがあり、事前預けでき利用に便利だった。フロントの対応も良かった。無料の朝食も思ったより充実していて美味しかった。 エコノミーツインのエアコンの吹出し口側のベッドは、何らかの対策がないと乾燥してそうだった。

There is only one elevator serving the entire building. There is also only one laundry machine and dryer. Other than that everything is great. Staffs are very helpful and friendly

今回は、品川駅間近の東横インを利用し、シングルのお部屋の割には広いベッド、本当に快適に過ごせました。。有難う御座いました。

駅が近くて便利。飲食店も多く、隣にはスーパーもある。プリンスホテルが近くてタクシーを捕まえやすくて助かった。部屋も快適でした。

Good location

Just a quick overnighter a close to Shinkansen station, would stay again for convenience. Bed was a little harder than used to however that is how Japan beds are. Staff were lovely, included breakfast was great to get us on our way.

This is quite bad experience for me, especially since I was happy with my stay at Toyoko Inn, Osaka Namba. The difference is the staff members cannot communicate in English adequately, though they still tried their best to assist whatever you need. The other thing is that they don't have working wifi in the room, unlike what we had in the Osaka Namba property. They still provide free breakfast, albeit with less choices and in smaller dining area compared to the ones provided in Toyoko Inn, Osaka Namba. Location wise, the hotel is quite close to Shinagawa Station (5 min walk) which is quite handy if you need to travel to Haneda Airport or using Shinkansen to Kyoto / Osaka. We just stayed here on our last days in Tokyo after a week in Kyoto and Osaka. It is in perfect location since we came directly from Kyoto's Shinkansen trip and will go to Haneda soon in next few days. Shinagawa has good dining options though not as much shopping destination compared to Shinjuku or Shibuya.

環境很整潔， 雖然四天打掃一次（可以額外要求） 但每天都還是會提供新毛巾。 以這價位來說真的無敵了。 但對我來說最加分的是離車站超近且有自助給冰機。

The room was very spacious, the facilities were very clean, the staff were very helpful and kind. I personally liked the lobby area, although it was more a dining area equipped with kitchen amenities and vending machines. My travel companions expected sofas, but I quite liked and preferred this convenient set up.

品川駅のすごく近くにあって、どこに行くのにも便利でしたお値段も。リーズナブルで朝食も美味しくて、満足な宿泊ができました。

Nice breakfast provided every morning. Not a lot of variety but the bread is nice and hot. Convenient location, bus stop train station nearby. However, many construction going on.

Einfache, saubere Unterkunft 2 Minuten der Shinagawa Station entfernt. Zimmer von normaler grösse. Frühstück sehr durchschnittlich und nur 1 Luft für 18 Stockwerke.

隣のKPTで会議だったのでとても便利でした

Very good! Excellent service and incredibly convenient (less than 5 min walk to Shinagawa Station); the downside to that is you hear the trains pass every few minutes. It didn't bother us, but if you are a light sleeper ear plugs are a must. Free breakfast was wonderful. Washroom a bit tight but the room had a great layout with space to do hair and makeup (assume that is why the washroom was small). Washroom also got very stuffy very quickly from showering because it was so small. Bed and pillows hard, so it was good for our backs but a bit uncomfortable to lounge on. Only one elevator, thought that would be annoying but there didn't seem to be too many people staying when we were there so we didn't often have to wait.

品川駅に近いため、電車の音が気になりますが…無料で付いている朝食が最高でした。 焼きたてのパンも出てきてとても美味しかったです。

今回、一泊させて頂きました。駅からも近く便利で以前から何回か宿泊させて頂いています。無料の朝食もますます充実されている感じがしました。ただ今回はテレビのコントローラーの電池が切れかかっていたのか，反応が悪く何かとストレスでした。翌朝には全く作動しなくなったので受付に待って行き電池を受け取り交換した所直りましたが。。それ以外は問題なくスムースな滞在でした。ありがとうございました。

朝食時、人が多すぎてビッフェは大渋滞。時間ずらすのは限りがあり、部屋への持ち帰りを取るのも大変だった。

My stay was good for the price. Only complaint is that the room smelled so much of cigarette smoke. Other than that it was clean, the bed was hard but I like that, and the location was easy to get to from the station and along the airport line, perfect for my quick layover in Tokyo.

La struttura si trova in una zona molto comoda per i mezzi di trasporto. Davanti alla Shinagawa Station. Nei dintorni molte opzioni per mangiare.

立地が便利

コンパクトで便利で良かったです。線路と交通量が多い道路に面しているのと、夜中に工事中だったので、多少音が気になりましが、概ね満足しました。

2人で泊まりましたが、部屋も広く荷物を広げても余裕がありました。 近くにコンビニがなく、スーパーがありました。

狭く古いですが、金額や無料朝食や駅からの距離を考えると品プリのイーストタワーに泊まるよりかは価値あります。

A little run down but the staff are working hard to prevent the old building getting older. Bits and pieces of the room were also falling apart like the electric sockets

Everything is excellent except they don't allow baggages to be stored even for 2 days after check out with another reservation make at the same hotel

Hotel was close to Railway Station. Staff were unwelcoming and we felt this was because we were older female tourists. Beds were hard and uncomfortable and request for extra pillows was denied.

Stuffs are unfriendly. The room is poor and stinky. It’s OK, but not my choice.

Small room but good location. Breakfast is included, and also free coffee and water. The washing machine and dryer were dirty tho.

The one big negative for me was the bed was too hard, Was like sleeping on the floor. My back would get very sore from the hard bed... It was not comfortable at all. I could not sleep. I slept sitting on the bed with my head against the wall. That was better than trying to sleep lying on the bed. The hotel morning breakfast was wonderful... a mix of Japanese and American. The staff at the front desk was very helpful.

I stayed the week prior for 3 days and was put in a room with non-working internet. In all my 11 years of staying this change, it was the first time. The response at the front desk was "sorry." I eas not offered a different room or having it fixed. The bathroom tray and 2 plastic cups usually standard, were missing. But this last one-day trip at this same hotel, the internet worked and the bathroom tray and 2 cups were there. The staff were helpful with my luggage hold needs. I'm glad they redeemed themselves. My choice is to stay near the train station, so expect to hear the trains! In otger words, it's not totally quiet. But its location is worth the train noise "inconvenience." Love their breakfast buffet!

Small room, but typical of most japan hotel. It's very close to the shinagawa station which is great. Free morning breakfast was fantastic, fresh croissants! soft scrambled eggs, two kinds of soups, salad, spaghetti and more. The only issue we had was the a/c was not really working properly, so it was quite warm in the room.

Close to the train station, staff can speak little English, enough to get by.

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from Shinagawa Station, perfect for shinkansen. The rooms are on the small side and the bed and pillows were a bit hard but we were jetlagged and did not care. Many dining options nearby, as well as a small supermarket. The gowns supplied by the hotel are all the same size and very big. The breakfast area is fairly small but the selection of items is adequate. Lots of vending machines in the lobby.

Very little English spoken. Dining options limited but comparable to other options. Very small room. Configuration was poor. Staff were as helpful as they could be.

I like this location because it's pretty close to Shinagawa station. It's about 4 minutes so it's convenient especially for an early morning shinkansen trip. The breakfast was good but you must get there early to have a selection. Room was small but functional.

the conversation with counter staff is using google translate, however, all was good. the dining area a bit too small, but they allow us to use the take way box to bring breakfast back to our room that was the plus point. the breakfast was good though.
