Buffet or breakfast was terrible, beds were old, you sink in the bed which makes it uncomfortable to sleep.

Dịch vụ của hotel rất tốt ạ. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện, hỗ trợ gia đình mình trong suốt kỳ lưu trú tại đây. Hotel sạch đẹp, tiện nghi. Gia đình mình rất thích và ưng ý. Hẹn 1 dịp sẽ quay lại ạ.

The location and the staff are excellent

Even though the room was spacious and remodeled compared to when we stayed 3 years ago, it was not done properly! The hotel did not meet its 5* rating. The carpet that you walked on is not even and the bathroom leaks water all over the floor whenever you took a bath. We had to changed room after one night due to a foul smoking odor that staff could not fixed. Breakfast time was from 6:00 a.m. till 9:30a.m., but at 8:30 or even at 8:00 a.m, lots of dishes were emptied and not refilled. Food quality, even local Vietnamese food, was mediocre.

Better equiped than Muong Thanh grand hotel

No invoice for customer because I paid via booking, though I checked with Muong Thanh prior to book online. Very inconvenient.

Bạn lễ tân ca đêm cực kỳ là tệ luôn gọi điện thoại lại và trả lời một cách thiếu chuyên nghiệp, không có một chút xíu gì gọi là chuyên nghiệp, Nếu mà nói về cách doanh nghiệp phục vụ khách thì bạn ca đêm năm ấy không đáng sẽ làm ảnh hưởng đến khách sạn. Chúng tôi là khách hàng, nhưng bạn ấy không cho rằng chúng tôi là khách hàng. và họ tìm cách từ chối booking của toi. Be careful when you come here and experience it.

Large room, comfortable bed.

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Still ok but lower end of others. Swimming pool not in the property but out the back

Very big room with comfortable facilities. I came here for a business trip, organise event at this hotel. The facilities are very convenient for me to rest before the event on the next day. The staff are very friendly

The swimming pool was closed when I was there so I couldn't swim. Also, food options are very limited.

באנו ללילה בלי ציפיות גדולות. החדרים היו גדולים ומרווחים ומיקום נהדר צמוד לשוק וסופר מרקט.

המלון מתהדר ב21 חדרי ספא. באנו לעשות מסאג הגענו למקום וסגרנו כבר לעשות טיפול ופתאום נאמר לנו שאי אפשר לעשות טיפול באופן לא צפוי. משהו היה תמוה מאוד ולא לעניין. מאכזב ביותר. מיטות טעונות שיפור

Centrally located. One of very few good hotels. Rooms aware spacious. Good buffet breakfast with many food choices.

This is my second time at the hotel (first time was 4-5 years ago) and I can easily confirm that it’s one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in terms of the service and management. Strong smell of sugar era everywhere. Even I’m a smoker, it’s impossible to stay at the room with such a strong smell. Internet is not working. They even charged me for a bottle of drinking water even the sign at the room says that the water is complimentary

Hotel was ok, room floor was dirty and water from shower flowed towards the toilet due to the shower drain being higher. They changed me to a new room which was fine but soon noticed the floor and desk was still dirty but was at the front of the hotel so fairly noisy from beeping traffic. Quite a bit of hair about. I’ve never complained before but clearly the floor hadn’t been mopped when I could clean it in seconds with water in tissue. Hotel staff were great and offered to move my room again.
