Great location close to shops and only a ten minute walk to my daughter’s accommodation. Spacious clean room and bathroom. Welcoming reception area. Great value for a midweek stay. Didn’t try it but breakfast for £12 is a very good deal. Discounted parking at Citipark next door so only paid £7 for almost 24 hours.

Very central, easily located, car park was right next to the hotel and it’s discounted parking for staying there. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely good if as well if you’re going to the O2 Victoria, was only about a 10 minute walk if that. The restaurant that’s attached to the hotel was absolutely brilliant as well, one of the best meals we had while we were in Leeds. Also AC during the summer was a major plus.

The bathroom was incredibly small to the point we had to remove the toilet roll holder just so we could comfortably sit on the toilet and neither of us are big people. The handrail in the shower was also loose and if either of us were elderly or prone to falls it definitely would have been dangerous as it looked ready to come out of the wall at any second.

Não tinha quarto disponível para mim. Efetuei minha reserva com muita antecedência e chegando no hotel depois de um dia de viagem, não havia quarto. Pq o hotel vendeu mais quartos do que havia disponível. Resumindo foram encontrar outro hotel há cerca de 30 minutos de distância as 02 horas da madrugada. Não consegui descansar direito pois tinha compromisso às 8 horas da manhã na acomodação estudantil da minha filha que fica próxima ao hotel Íbis que efetuei a reserva. Uma falta de respeito com o cliente no sentido que, vcs confirmaram a reserva e eu com toda a minha logística organizada. Precisei mudar tudo e passei o dia 15/09 com mal estar por não ter descansado bem a noite anterior e ter passado estresse de não ter local para eu dormir com a minha filha. Peço o reembolso desta estadia que não usufruí.

Lovely young lady on reception when booking in. Very helpful about disability requirements. My husband accidentally pulled the red cord, and within seconds we received a telephone call to ensure everything was ok. We had our dog with us, so had our evening meal by using the seating area within the hotel, but ordering with the restaurant next door. All staff were so friendly, and helpful. Lula was our hostess with the restaurant on Saturday evening, and she was great.

Really nice and comfy room. The staff was nice and helpful. The brakfast room was cute and the breakfast plenty and really nice. When I was there it was quiet and I could rest well. I also like the coffee machine in the hallway. Good value for money.

Plant milk option for coffee machine would be nice. Sometimes mugs were missing and only paper cups. Windows in hotel room would be cool if they opened as I felt a bit claustrophobic..the AC helped though. The view wasn't nice, but nothing to be done here :-).

Breakfast was wonderful, staff were polite well mannered and helpful, quick to help and assist you, very knowledgeable about the area, cleaning staff was amazing and quick turnaround on rooms, please give high proase to the standard of the cleaner who cleaned room 312 on tuesday, was immaculate and smelt amazing.

Only thing was that the glasses in the breakfast area where warm from being washed which made the drinks warm in them, small minor incovenamce. Something and nothing really.

Really friendly staff, room nicely decorated, great value for money, fantastic location, really nicely placed for shops, eateries, the theatre and the art gallery

The breakfast being £12 per person, it would have been nice if they had done a continental breakfast only that was cheaper as my daughter doesn't eat much so £12 was a lot to pay so ended up eating breakfast somewhere else which wasn't as convenient as eating at the hotel. Shower pressure wasn't great.

Good location, was hard to find at first. I felt safe as a solo traveller because I had to use the hotel card to gain entry to the lift/stairs. Really comfortable king size bed. Hairdryer & toiletries. Hot drinks machine in reception area, with amazing hot chocolate.

I had a room at the front & was overlooked by very high rise student buildings. I felt like I couldn't have the room lights on incase I could be seen in the room, even though there was voile at the window. It had the smallest bath room I've ever been in. If you're on the large side, I'd advise you don't stay here. There were no hand towels, I asked at reception & was told they don't have them. Odd!

It was a great location, with easy access to theatre, galleries/museum, shopping, arterial roads and train station.

The restaurant offering was not great. Breakfast was in low supply and was low quality, with some things looking inedible.

Everything smooth, great breakfast, staff was superhelpful. I especially appreciate the low level of noise.

The shelves, bed, and onther surfaces in the room were covered with dust. Also the door in bathroom is not constructed well, since it complicates the movement between toilet, shower, and leaving the bathroom.

Stylish hotel with a good vibe in a perfect location ..greeted with a smile from polite and friendly staff..room was clean and had all we needed ..hot chocolate sachets would be a nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay at ibis Styles Leeds City Centre Arena. This hotel is well appointed, modernly decorated and provides a premium guest experience. The staff are attentive and helpful. Room: Modernly decorated, comfortable and quiet with double glazing and quality fittings. Bed: Very comfortable with good quality linen and four pillows. Bathroom: Modern and in new condition. Nice shower with good pressure and instant hot water. Air conditioning: Ducted - quiet and efficient. Internet: Didn't use. Open wardrobe: Functional and good use of space. Lighting: Stylish, well thought out and functional. Breakfast: Great quality and value.

Comfortable clean room at a great price. Parking was extra but discounted and nearby. Walking distance to amenities in the city. Lifts to the rooms made it easy.

The location and overall comfort of the hotel were excellent. Special mention to James at reception, who went out of his way to resolve a room issue by moving us to two rooms on the sixth floor, quiet, comfortable, and completely vacant. His attentiveness made a real difference to the stay.

We were initially placed on the first floor in a twin room fitted with an accessible toilet, which we hadn’t requested and made using the bathroom difficult. When we asked at check-in for an upper floor room, the receptionist insisted the first floor was the best option, which wasn’t the case for us. Separately, the air conditioning automatically switches off at 2am and 6am to save energy, which isn’t reasonable for guests trying to sleep comfortably through the night.

Windows don't open, if fact there are no windows, the hotel is sealed just like an aquarium. There is no fresh air supply at all, to make you suffucating in the heat wave they turn off air conditioning automatically at 2 am. Bad.

The room was a bit dusty especially around the bed and the bedside tables, otherwise the room was clean.

Amazing hotel, perfectly located for O2 Academy and Arena. Hotel is very modern and our room was perfect! - very comfy twin beds - modern and stylish shower room - wardrobe/desk area - adaptable air con/climate control - exceptionally clean - usual tea/coffee in the room but with additional of decaff tea and coffee - fun inclusion of Yorkshire expressions as part of the decor 😄 - great view of city Loved the free frothy coffee machine in reception! Key card requirement for lifts from reception gives added security and piece of mind.

Love the location of the hotel! We have stayed here multiple times. The hotel room is clean which is the most important part for us. It has the most essential things needed.

This time we got a smaller room with no view. Also they only provide one bath towel per person. So there is no additional hand towel or cloths for the room.

The location was perfect! Central to everything! Rooms were clean and spacious. Very comfortable.
