喫煙所が無くて駅まで行かないと吸えない事。

The staff were amazing and kind. They were so helpful. My mom didn't speak Japanese too, but they were able to help her when she had a problem. The location was alsp great!!

駅前までのアクセスや、周辺店舗などの利便性はとても良いです！スタッフさんの対応も親切丁寧で気持ち良く利用出来ました！

今回で3度目の利用になりますが、ある程度施設の経年劣化は仕方ないですが、もう少しだけ水回りなどの詳細な部分へのクレンリネスが行き届くとより良いと感じました。

子供と3人でディズニー目的の滞在でしたが、部屋もキレイでスタッフの対応もよく、ディズニーも近くて大変良かったです！

製氷機があるのはたすかったが氷を入れる容器を各部屋に置いてあったら嬉しいです 紙コップが設置してあるが少ししか入らないし上手く入らず受け皿に落ちているのが目立つさっていた

The room was very clean; the location was great, with several restaurants and the train station nearby, and car parking was available.

Erg prettig hotel. Kamer was niet groot maar dat is normaal in Tokio. Kamer was verder prima en comfortabel. De sfeer was rustig. Ontbijt namen we buiten de deur.

室内が異様な匂いがします。トイレ、お風呂は下水の匂いがします。

シンプルだがいろんなものが揃っている。 駅が近い。 洗い場付きのお風呂が良かった。

駐車場を利用したが、すぐ近くに喫煙所があり、クルマが出てくるまで、待っている間、煙たくて仕方なかった。クルマに乗り込むときに煙が入ってくる位置が喫煙所なので、禁煙者の私には辛かった。

Bardzo fajny pokój z widokiem na miasto, w pełni wyposażony: mała lodówka, telewizor, duże i wygodne łóżko oraz czytelny zegar, który dobitnie pokazywał, jak szybko mija czas. Hotel jest niewielki, bez długich korytarzy, z windą. Na jednym z pięter znajduje się automat z napojami, a na innym samoobsługowa pralnia. Śniadania były bardzo dobre i różnorodne i przede wszystkim w stylu japońskim. To bardzo doceniamy. Pobyt był udany – czuliśmy się zaopiekowani, a obsługa była wyjątkowo uprzejma i dbała o gości. Obiekt położony jest nieco dalej od centrum, ale bardzo blisko stacji metra, więc ewentualny powrót z miasta do hotelu i powrót do zwiedzania zabrałby dużo zbędnego czasu ale coś za coś. W okolicy znajduje się m.in. pasaż handlowy ze sklepami, księgarnia oraz supermarket z przystępnymi cenami.

Wszystko było w jak najlepszym porządku. Może mały szczegół, gdyż po praniu nie mieliśmy aż takiej przestrzeni do suszenia ubrań (wieszaki na ubrania), ale to nic nieznacząca niedogodność. Poradziliśmy sobie z tym.

Hotel położony w ciekawej okolicy, z dala od typowych atrakcji turystycznych. Stanowi dobrą bazę noclegową do zwiedzania stolicy Japonii, kilka minut od stacji Nishi-Kasai. Wokół sporo ciekawych restauracyjek, sklepy spożywcze tuż za rogiem. Miła obsługa, jest możliwość zostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu. Polecam spacer zieloną aleją od Edogawa Baseball Stadion do Park Kasai Rinkai.

Płatne śniadanie absolutnie niewarte swojej ceny. Niewielki wybór i w większości słabe jakościowo składniki. Wykupiliśmy na jeden dzień, w pozostałe jadaliśmy na mieście.

周边生活超市很多，逛吃很容易，住时间久了熟悉环境以后，住在这里蛮好的，去市中心有地铁很方便！

卫生间可以更干净一些，可以提供房间垃圾袋更换服务，这样不需要打扫房间的时候可以自己更换一下垃圾袋

周边生活设施很齐全，边上的二个公园也不错

Grande chambre pour une ville telle que Tokyo. Très bon petit déjeuner. Proximité d'une station de métro qui permet de visiter facilement tous les quartiers.

Small room space but clean, they provide pyjamas and amenities. I bring 2 kids and the kids got special amenities for kids including cute slippers. Just beside family mart, there are other convenient store, supermarket and drugstores near the area. 5minutes to nishi kasai station

The hotel was very clean and the rooms met expectations. You don’t need to bring a bag full of toiletries because the hotel provides standard creams, shampoos, conditioners, toothpaste, and even razors, as well as a hairbrush. However, the hotel gives misleading information because some websites and forums say there is a shuttle bus to Disneyland, but there is no shuttle at all. Getting to Disneyland is quite inconvenient and requires a lot of planning with the metro. At first, the reception staff said they could order a taxi, but later, after the staff changed, they said they could not arrange one. The standards and cleanliness are excellent, but the rest leaves a lot to be desired. And the issue with the shuttle is especially disappointing.

I really like the room and the bathroom. It was a good place for the price. Location was amazing. There was daily room service.

The double bed was a bit small and hard, not super comfortable but it was okay. The bathroom was smelled a bit moldy. But it wasnt a big issue for me.

西葛西周辺で1番リーズナブルでした

駐車場が立体駐車場でしたが、狭いので慣れてない人は難しいかと思いました。ただ、駐車場があるだけで良しとします。

La taille des chambres, le professionnalisme du personnel et puis la propreté. On a particulièrement apprécié le fait que le ménage soit fait tous les jours.

少ないですが専用駐車場があったこと、有料でレイトチェックアウトが出来たこと、周りの飲食店が多く夕飯を選ぶのに選択肢が多かったこと。朝ご飯のビュッフェもホテルの規模から考えると充分で補充もすぐにされていた事。

駐車場の場所が分かりづらかったこと。ホテルの隣に立体駐車場があるのですが道路からは見えないので近くのコンビニに停めさせて頂いて連れにホテルまで聞きに行ってもらいました。駐車場の事前予約をしていたのでインフォメーションがあれば迷わなかったのにと思いました。
