Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Anfitriones siempre disponibles. Tiene parrilla y se puede hacer fogata. Si bien no está tan cerca del centro es la mejor vista de la cuidad desde las alturas. Amanecer y atardecer viendo el lago no tiene precio.
Tal vez mejorar los implementos para cocinar (ollas y sartenes)

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Super Lage etwas außerhalb von El Calafate. Sehr ruhig gelegen und mit dem Blick auf den Lago Argentino einfach unschlagbar. Das kleine Häuschen hatte man für sich, was uns als kleine Familie sehr gefallen hat. Der Service war auch sehr gut!

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026This was our favorite stay so far. A tiny cosy house with amazing views. Yes it it quite dated but we had an excellent sleep and enjoyed the wonderfull views during the morning and afternoons. It is close to town by car. We would stay here again!

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026Quite outside the main area. Owner was very helpful and helped with late check in (and had a small army of cute doggies). Cabin was comfortable, and the views outside were awesome. Great spot if you have a car, but right on the edge of walking in and out of town if you don’t wish to cab. Shortish walk to La Cantina which we loved as a lively spot with good food and drinks.
No real complaints.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026La ubicación, las vistas. Un sitio espectacular. El concepto de cabaña con esa ubicación es perfecto, perritos que te dan la bienvenida y bastante espacioso. El baño muy bien.
Nos recibieron de forma poco hospitalaria al principio; incluso la persona que nos atendió parecía confundida sin entender bien qué hacíamos ahí. El lugar necesita un buen mantenimiento, especialmente en las camas, y cuidar más los detalles, como por ejemplo el Nescafé viejo que dejan en la cocina. Nos pareció que no se asemejaba en algunos puntos a las fotos.

The only downside is that we had to clean again the whole cabin when we arrived. The floor had stains, the fridge was not clean, the counters, the bath.. etc. Aside of that, it was very nice ! Just a little heads up on the cleaning for next time ! Thank you !!

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026Located up on a hill overlooking the lake, great view. Our party of 4 was comfortable in the 2 bedrooms, comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. When one of us came down with a medical emergency serious enough to warrant medical help, the host went out of her way to assist us and take the patient to four different clinics until medical assistance was secured. Wow! Kudos to her.
Very creaky floors made for noisy trips to the bathroom at night.

The windows in the bed room(s) don't open. The rooms have ventilation holes that you can open or close, but I like to have more fresh air at night and open a window.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026The cabin was at a beautiful ground. Away from the busy and touristy city. It got an amazing view of the lake Argentina. It was well kept and had everything we needed for our two nights stay. The owner "Patrick" (sorry I might have gotten his name wrong) was friendly and showed us his beautiful cabins and gave us a choice. We picked the one with a balcony though the interior of the cabins were the same/similar. We loved everything about the property. One fact though, it would be much easier if you have a car. Otherwise it would be a bit walk away from the busy town where you could get different choices of food.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026Heel gezellig en schattig huisje met uitzicht op Lago Argentino. Ligging is echt prachtig en rustig. Bedden liggen goed en keukentje is wat outdated maar wel prima. Wij zijn een aantal keer gaan wandelen naar het centrum, langs het water is het een mooie wandeling.
Iets verder van het centrum maar dat weet je als je het boekt. Huisje kan iets schoner maar het heeft ons niet gestoord.

La basura es muy pequeña y desborda a la mínima teniendo que depositar todo por los lados. El primer día al comentarlo cambiaron la bolsa y se llevaron la basura sin problema pero el segundo día ya no. Había pocos enchufes en la cocina y tenias que hacer las cosas una por una (solo un enchufe). Justeaban los utensilios de cocina y la sandwichera estaba grasienta.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Unas cabañas lindas a las afueras de calafate con vistas al lago turquesa. Sitio tranquilo pero con mucho aire (pues estás muy expuesto). El coche se aparca al lado de la casa y es muy comodo.
La primera noche nos invadieron todo de insectos (en verano es común por la zona) y al barrerlos la casa no estaba excesivamente limpia.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026Geweldige locatie met uitzicht op het Lago Argentino. Goede bedden! Dichtbij natuurgebied Nimez. Centrum is iets verder, daarvoor heb je wel een auto of taxi nodig. Geweldige service van eigenaren.
Het kan in El Calafate hard waaien, en dan kun je helaas geen gebruik maken van het balkon en terras. Maar als de wind minder is dan kun je heerlijk voor je huisje genieten van het uitzicht.

Reviewed Dec 13, 2025Gorgeous area right on the edge of town, beautiful lupin flowers throughout the property. Very cute little house. Lovely staff and BEAUTIFUL dogs on the property. Swimmable beach 200m away (water is pretty cold but so so blue)
No windows upstairs made for a hot night and the stove was a bit glitchy. Need a car to be able to drive into town.

Cabaña situada en un entorno natural con área para sentarse fuera, hamacas y lugar para hacer fogón La cabaña tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia, las camas son súper cómodas Sandra es una persona muy agradable que nos dio consejos qué visitar, dónde ir, nos ayudó a conseguir un auto de alquiler cuando la esperanza estaba perdida. Una experiencia maravillosa! Nos sentimos en familia.

Reviewed Feb 5, 2025The view from the property is spectacular. The cabin had everything we needed. Plenty of space for us to each have our own room. It was peaceful at night. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor seating because it was super windy but great outdoor spaces overlooking the lake.
